Travis and his team did an exceptional job. Travis was very professional and knowledgeable. They hand cleaned the roof [not pressure washed] and treated it. Travis power washed the driveway, sidewalk and side walkway.
Their work was better than expected. Yes we will refer him and we will use him again!

Their guys came out and did an excellent job cleaning and treating our roof and cleaning our gutters. When I called back with a question about one area of the gutters Travis, the owner, had his guys back out the same day to check the area and make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them without a doubt to anyone looking to get their roof and gutters cleaned.

Upright Exteriors is a fabulous company. Their prices are very reasonable, and they stand behind their services. Travis and his crew were pleasant, professional and did a very thorough job on our difficult, steep pitched, 3 story newly purchased home. They cleaned and treated our roof for moss, they carefully cleaned out all the pine needle & leaf build up and things growing in the gutters!
There was no mess or "splash" over onto the sides of the house - they cleaned up after job was done. Couldn't even tell they had been there except that the gutters and roof looked great!!
We signed up for their reasonably priced annual service & we strongly recommend them.

Update: 12/20/2025 we chose them because they said they would clean our roof and gutters. It was very expensive at the time but was needing a company that could handle this 3 story home. They refused to come out the following year because they said cleaning the gutters was a waste of there time. I'm very angry with them saying they would take care of us they bail out when asked to clean our gutters. We no longer recommend this company for that reason.

Travis and Caleb far exceeded my expectations and hope today. Both gentlemen are professional, courteous, efficient, honest, reliable, respectful. They went above and beyond in cleaning my gutters and power washing my driveway/sidewalks. I highly recommend this business!

I was in search of a company to do moss removal, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing for my home. I took a chance on Upright Exterior, Travis was so easy to work with, they got my business. His team did a great job, very pleased with the work they did a while back. We recently had a massive windstorm, which quickly blocked my gutters sith leaves, then dumping rain, so I called Travis again to see if he could come clear the gutters again, he was in the area, and came right over, cleaned them out, installed a protector over the downspouts, and included this as part of the original work done. So polite, personable, professional and compassionate. Travis and his family company have a dedicated loyal customer in me. Highly recommend giving them a try!!

I had my driveway pressure washed a few years ago through Upright, and recently I got my roof cleaned and treated. Quality jobs both times, professional, and Travis is very pleasant to work with. Will hire again.

Travis did fantastic work - he gave a lot of expert advice about not just the roof, but also other ways we can protect the longevity of the house in relation to the exterior and drainage systems. I'm deeply appreciative, and grateful that I found these folks.

Just had Travis and his team out here to pressure wash my driveway. Extremely impressed with the work, I have tried multiple times to pressure wash my driveway and have not even came close to what they did. 5 Star service, and would highly highly highly recommend!!!

We had Upright do a number of things for us, including deck and fence restoration, power washing our house siding, and cleaning and treating our roof. Every interaction with Travis, Leah and their team was fantastic! Top notch communication and customer service. The results, particularly for the deck and fence, are nothing short of amazing! Our deck and fence were not new when we moved into our home 11 years ago, and they were looking ratty before this project began. Now, everything looks good as new. Travis was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the services they provide. We absolutely recommend Upright Exterior Services!

Isaiah was very friendly and took the time to give me suggestions about maintenance for the gutters and shingles.

I tried to make an appointment three times (2 too many) based on a recommendation, but I could not get a follow-up from the company unless I did the follow-up.
First call was 11/11 to get an estimate. The person who answered the phone was tied up and said they would call back after their appointment. No call back that day or the next so I called back on 11/13 and I was told they would drive by to look at the roof on 14h since it looked steep on Google. No problem but no call back. On 11/18 I called back and was asked to text a picture (which I did immediately) and I was given a price and told they had openings for 12/18, I agreed and waited. 12/18 came and went with no communication from the company. On 12/23 I did text asking about the scheduled cleaning but I did not get a response. I had to move on and to another company. The other company was $200 cheaper and did a great job. This is the reason for the below average rating. I tried to use them based on a recommendation but I’m disappointed that the company did not follow-up at all after 3 request from a potential new customer asking for their service.

Upright Exterior was the right choice for us in NE Portland! The nice technician de-mossed and treated the roofs, PLUS he washed the siding above the window line and washed the aluminum awning that was very soiled. It sparkles now!! An easy company to communicate with, and I respect their business model, too. Great way to support a local family business.

Super happy with the service received. The outside of the house and concrete look great! They took great care to take down hanging plants and rehang when done. Put the barbeque back when done. Great company to work with. Very responsive and everyone was friendly and professional. I had a big pressure washing and roof cleaning job that was not exactly in their business model, but they came and looked the job over, gave me an estimate, and did a good, fast job. Will call on them again as needed for my roof cleaning needs.

Travis responded quickly to my request, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely. We had some problems with our old stain and Travis went above and beyond to give us a great result.

We hired Upright Exterior Services three years ago to pressure wash our front stairs, pavement and small driveway. We were very pleased then with the results. We hired Upright again last week and once again found them punctual, efficient, and courteous. Our next door neighbor saw them at work and asked them for an impromtu cleaning of his driveway, as well. Our driveways adjoin, and they both look great.

Travis is kind, respectful and full of integrity. I would refer him to my family, friends and customers, He makes me look good by referring him! He helps out the community and I wouldn't trade him for any other pressure washing company. If you need a driveway cleaned, roof, siding or literally anything else he is the man!!
