Sam and his team far exceeded my expectations. We received two other quotes from local companies and Sam’s quote was by far the most affordable. Not only were we happy with the price, we were also so happy with the end product. Sam went above and beyond and even did more work than what we agreed to/paid for. We highly recommend him. Kind, professional and very respectful.

This was so smooth - Sam is really easy to work with and reasonable. He can provide real world examples of the quality of the wash, communicates well and he even let me know about other issues with my roof that were not related to this job, such as a broken tile. I will not go anywhere else for moss removal and softwash now that I know Sam is here.

Sam did a great job installing gutter guards for our house. His price was reasonable, and he completed the work quickly while also fixing a gutter leak without additional charge. Would highly recommend.

Sam with Mossguard did a great job on our home. He soft washed the roof, fixed a small waterproofing section, cleaned the gutters, and power washed the driveway and walkways. The roof looks good as new.

I am extremely satisfied with Mossguard and recommend them to anyone looking for moss removal and power washing services, etc. The owner, Sam, went above and beyond in cleaning my very high pitched roof, gutters, downspouts, driveway, sidewalk, and patio (see the before and after pics). Sam is very knowledgeable, thorough, and consciencence, and makes sure his customers are happy with the final outcome.

Sam was easy to work with from the very first phone call. I will be honest, we did our homework, we called around to other businesses offering the same service. Sam was eager, honest and ready to do our job. His quote beat every other bid we received and it was easy to schedule our job around our schedule.
The day of our scheduled job, Sam reached out to confirm his arrival time, which he arrived on time, he went over his bid again, then talked in detail about our project, and what we could expect in the end.

They did an amazing job. My roof had moss growing and now it looks new again. They also managed to get the stains out of the driveway. They are awesome and friendly too!

I've tried to power wash our patio and will never again having found Upright! Amazing experience from start to finish. I requested a quote via the website and had a response from Leah within a matter of hours. We got schedule within a week. Not only were they on time for our 9am appointment, but even a few minutes early!

I found Upright Exterior by accident, but I’m extremely glad I did. We wanted to have our roof and gutters cleaned from moss and leaves, and they responded quickly, they showed up on time, walked me through their services and did a fantastic job. We will be using them for additional services in the future.

Erik arrived right on time and was very nice and professional in carrying out the gutter cleaning services. He found a problem and let me know then took care of it. Their price is comparable to other businesses. It hasn’t rained yet to test out the clean gutters but I’m sure they will hold up.

The night before Upright E.S. was scheduled to do pressure washing at our home my wife and I went out to dinner and one of the main topics of conversation was our combined hope that the next day's work would leave us with the idea that on that day we'd be fortunate enough to meet a new friend. A friend who we'd be able to call on for future work with complete confidence in getting a job done well for a fair price. I'm happy to say that our hopes were realized.

I was looking for someone to clean my gutters, but when I saw all the additional services, I decided to hire them to do the works, including roof cleaning, pressure washing the whole house and 2 decks, and the driveway. My house looked so different when they were done, it almost looked like a new paint job! Excellent communication, price was right, work was done flawlessly, everyone very professional.

Great work done by Upright Exterior Services yesterday at my home. Hunter and Spencer, the technicians who washed our siding ,were absoloutey fantastic. They truly cared about our home during the siding wash and had great attention to detail. Our house looks refreshed and clean!

I had a roofing company charge $700 for moss removal and imagine my surprise when I found out I could have had the whole house AND roof done professionally for much less😖

Travis and his team did a great job. Our driveway, sidewalks, patio and deck were a mess and now look good as new. Extra care was taken with our prefab decking and they even returned the next day to clean the dirt that flowed dow the street in front of our neighbors driveway. Very pleased!!

Our concrete driveway was very dirty and had a good deal of moss growing on it also. Upright Services was right on the appointed time and did a fantastic job leaving the driveway looking like new!
