Two lovely ladies cleaned my home today and did AMAZING! I asked them to clean my first home before we would move in to save me the hassle. They defiantly met my expectations. They deep cleaned everything and removed all the dog hairs that the previous owners left. ewww. Prices are fair and everything was sparkling! Thank you so much to them!! Highly recommend.

Silverline cleaning does the best work to keep my house looking great. I’m disabled and can’t bend down for long without balance issues and my hands and feet are numb so cleaning for me with these symptoms with MS is extremely difficult. Fair pricing and very detailed! I have 3 kids and these ladies make my house spotless and smelling amazing! I have bamboo floors that I’ve had difficulty cleaning without filmy streaks and my floors shine after they’re done. Very flexible with times and accommodating with different budgets. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬PLEASE READ my experience recently. I called for an est. and I talked to the lady in charge (Liana) that my house 🏡 do "NOT" need to clean Toilets, Sinks, Bathtub, Faucets, Microwave and Floors. I'll replace all new later. Just to clean 🧼 dust off Kitchen Counter, Wall Baseboards, Fridge, Windows and Oven. To be honest, my house is in Average condition to clean. (If your house not dusty, you don't need to clean) She quoted $165 for 2 person, $55/hr per person for one and a half hr. I asked her why need 2 ppl to clean a simple job. She told me faster for 2 ppl same price. She looked at my house condition when they arrived & agreed the condition of my house. IT TOOK THEM 3 hrs for 2 ppl to cleaned for $300!!!!! It was TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I didn't argue & paid $300, which is NOT what we agreed on before $165. If she 🤔 the house needs longer time when they arrived, then they should talk to me first with a NEW ESTIMATE and let me decide YES or NO. Which is NOT delayed the job & asked me for more money 💰 💵 💵 💵 at the end. I asked them Why did you use Comet & wire brush to cleaned & left swirl marks inside my oven!?!?!? WHY don't you use degreaser spray on oven at the beginning to avoid scratch & save time. That's what Oven degreaser for!! (WASTED 25 mins) They didn't even bring any ladders 🪜 purpose for higher cabinets or walls to clean. I don't know how ppl rate them, but I made a "MISTAKE" hired them based on the Google reviews.

Great experience with Shane and Dan at Leaf Drop Gutters. They replaced over 1700 feet of gutter at my apartments. Super professional and great communication. Very reasonable price for the quality I received. Got the job done in great time and left no mess. Also returned quickly for minor adjustments here and there. This company saved our bacon! Unfortunately, we originally booked the job with Home Depot. After waiting 7 weeks from time of down-payment until actual install day, only to find out the wrong product was ordered, getting hung up on by our sales rep, and then waiting another week for a resolution that never came.....we were referred to LeafDrop.

LeafDrop’s service and expertise were phenomenal! Dan, the owner, called to let me know Erik McDaniels would be calling us to set up a bid. Erik called that day and we scheduled for him to come out to our home the following day. We agreed to his reasonable bid and Erik’s team had our gutters installed that very next day. Three days- start to finish! I was beginning to think great work and customer service no longer existed. I was wrong. Call LeafDrop. They will take care of you.

We received a referral to Leaf Drop from Grumpy's Drains because, in addition to our gutters aging out, we have the not-so-distinct distinction of living among 15 massive fir trees (needles) and one equally gigantic, magnificent, leaf producing oak tree. Our gutters and rain drains are constantly under seige. Dan came out to share some wisdom, provide some guidance and offer an estimate to replacing all our gutters. His bid seemed respectable and more importantly, his solution to handling what rains from our sky besides the rain itself seemed like it might be the right solution for our home.

The gutters look great and seem to be functioning as promised. Very shortly after the installation, we had a tremendous downpour and, despite the cold wetness, I went out to inspect the gutter system in action. To my surprise, I found multiple handfuls of needles already present in each of the two traps on the side of the house that is directly under one of the largest firs. Having this material be swept out of the gutters, down the spouts, and trapped where we can easily reach and clean them is a life and limb saver, as our aluminum roof, while attractive, is NOT to be messed with. Dan and his team member treated the roof with the care it requires and while up there, even cleaned it off for us, which is a feat in itself.

We look forward to the LeaveDrop solution proving itself again when the oak tree sheds its leaves next fall.

Love this company. Great install and great product. Love the wide opening downspouts that prevents clogs. I had them replace all my gutters and downspouts after residing my siding and replaced my roof. That was over a year ago. With recent rains I noticed one of the corners had a small leak, so I called them Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning they had someone at my house to fix the issue. He even inspected the rest of my corners and provided some proactive maintenance. When I initially called I was kinda expecting them to say, “fix it yourself”.This company stands behind their product and has exceptional customer service.

We used this company to replace our existing gutters. Dan provided us with an upfront estimate and various options (repair or replace). We liked the thorough explanation of the process. The installation crew was very professional and completed the job in less time than expected. The final product looks great and really enhances the exterior of our home. Great quality and a competitive price. We highly recommend this company.

I had new rain gutters installed . Working with Dan, Devon and Kenny was terrific and they did what they said they would do. They were professional, polite and respectful to my needs and concerns. I would recommend Leaf Drop for new rain gutters, at a fair price and quality work.

I had LeafDrop install all new gutters on my house in August 2017. Dan Kerr the owner gave me a fair price and was able to start the job sooner than other gutter companies. LeafDrop people did a great job installing the gutters. One short section came loose because of snow and ice a couple of weeks ago and LeafDrop promptly came by to fix it. This shows me LeafDrop stands behind their work. I have recommended LeafDrop to friends an co-workers. One co-worker of mine is waiting to have some roof work done but has already contracted LeafDrop to install his gutters.

Dan and his employees did a great job on the original gutters. After I had the breezeway roof redone the employees that came out didn't seem to know what they were doing but finally got the job done. Three years after the original gutters were installed one of the downspouts on the garage came loose and someone came out and fixed it right away. The gutters are excellent and well worth the money. I would use Dan again if the need should ever arise.

I had Leafdrop install all new gutters with their special leaf screening system. As long as you clean out the screens occasionally during fall these gutter really perform well. It’s easy to do. Whenever I remember or walk by the downspout I clean them out. It takes seconds and is much better than having your gutters fill with debris and overflow which could cause damage to your fascia and other wood trim. The price was very reasonable as well, considering the competition. Also, the service was great. Very friendly and responsive. I even called a year later with some questions which the owner gladly answered. Overall, very satisfied.

Dan arrived for the estimate right on time and explained all the pros and cons of the best size gutters for our house with no pressure to upgrade. Pricing was fair and competitive but by far we choose Leafdrop because it makes so much sense to put the clean out where you can reach it. His crew arrived right on time and left with everything cleaned up. The gutters are beautiful they installed a 72' run without a single seam. Thank you Dan Kerr and crew!
