Streaks in all the windows and some where he totally missed spots. Tracks not cleaned just vacuumed. No ladders 🤫? Brushed screens inside our house. Felt like a rushed job....

We shopped around and got bids. My husband said, "I really like this guy. It feels right." Whatever that means... Then Ettore shows up, on time, ready to go. He takes the time to go through everything with me, the wife who is actually at home during this service. This man continued to astound me, from his tip-toeing around my desk while I was in a meeting on speaker phone, to the multiple passes over the windows as I watched from the speakerphone of my desk. Throughout the day he checked in, asked my satisfaction and offered over and over to go over the windows with me.

At the end of the day, the windows were so shiny you couldn't even see into the house from the street. The sun and outdoor literally gleamed from the shine.

Oh, did I mention he dropped his price in the morning because the job (while quite big - 3200 sq feet) was less than he thought on the phone. I was willing to keep the price quoted but he insisted! These Italians! 🤪

Anyways, I don't leave a ton of reviews but this one deserves it. 5 stars all the way!
