We have had LeafDrop gutters on our home for several years now. Living under several very large Fir, Cedar, and Maple trees these gutters are fantastic. They don't get clogged and the screens in the downspouts are much easier to clean than climbing on the roof or a ladder to clean the gutters out. Dan is always great to work with and very quick to respond. If you need gutters, you need to get a quote from the LeafDrop team.

I love my new gutters - something I have never said before - despite having paid for new gutters twice before, over the past 20 years. These are beautifully installed and are now a stand-out feature of the new exterior design on my simple house.
Dan and his crew are very experienced, knowledgeable and responsive. They were recommended by my contractor and quoted a very reasonable price. After installation I spotted what I thought was a leak and called. Dan was here the same day, investigated thoroughly and discovered it was a very small problem with the roof design. He didn’t just walk away. Instead, he constructed an appropriate fix and installed it.
Leaf Drop can also install special, wide downspouts for locations where leaves and needles are a significant problem. You do still need to clean the gutters, of course, but likely, not nearly as often.

Dan and his team did an amazing job with our gutters. They were fast, efficient, and respectful of our property. Any questions I had they answered, especially during the quoting phase Dan made sure I knew what I was purchasing and how gutters work. The quality of work and the product looks amazing. If I ever need gutters I know where to go! I’ll make sure to recommend them to friends and family.

From the initial meeting, owner Dan was personable, professional, thoughtful and thorough in planning the scope of work. The bid was fair and reasonable for the extent and somewhat trickiness of the rooflines. The crew arrived on time and completed the project in one day, with comprehensive cleanup around our property including the street in front of our house! Dan and his crew did a great job installing gutters on our newly renovated Portland home. It is always refreshing to work with a contractor who cares about the quality of the work and doing the best job possible. They were courteous, cleaned up after the install and did a perfect job. Dan really went the extra mile; making a special trip to drop of metal color samples and returned after the install for fine tuning!! They are great.

I got to know about LeafDrop Gutters and Downspouts through independent internet research and referrals. Dan is very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk with and flexible to work with. He answered all of our questions about the types of gutters, downspouts and drainage routing solutions that would work best for our project, installed leaf-traps in ergonomically convenient positions and installed complimentary monster leaf traps in the high traffic areas. He gave us the most competitive quote for the project, came out on a bad weather day to get the gutters installed and have our home ready before inclement weather. He also cleaned up our roof as part of the gutter install. Dan and his entire crew were very professional, thorough, quick at their work, friendly and happy to work with the parking and driveway constraints we had at the project site, not to mention they cleaned up the project site immaculately after they were done.

Finally, the product is of high quality, and backed by a solid warranty. Highly recommend LeafDrop Gutters and Downspouts.

I am confident that the gutters will hold up well over time, will post a review after the gutters have been through a full season of exposure to rain and debris.

Dan and Evan did a fantastic job on our gutters. We have had constant issues with rain pouring off the gutter ends, and adding screens wasn’t enough (by the way Dan has a complete gutter system which we could have used instead of screens had we known years ago!!). They upgraded the gutters to 3x4 which included a rotation on the front side because of the gate, and on the back, easily integrated our rain barrel bypass and added a ‘monster’ filter above the rain catchment filter for the win, which will definitely help keep sediment out of the barrels.

Very professional, communicative, informative, and absolutely knows what he’s doing to resolve common, and more complex gutter needs.

11/10 recommend for excellent customer service, fair pricing, quality work, and a system that works well.

I highly recommend Dan at Leaf Drop Gutters. The installation job itself was amazing: fast, clean, and the final result looks incredibly professional and durable. Even more impressive was the great after-the-sale service; when a minor issue arose, Dan responded immediately and fixed it quickly. We are very happy we choose Dan to install our new gutters.

I was referred to Leafdrop by my drainage contractor to replace a gutter and two downspots. They quickly gave me a fair bid, then did a professional job in just a few hours.

Dan and Cameron were professional, on time, gave a reasonable, best priced bid, to replace the broken rain gutters on the shed at the Wildlife Botanical Gardens. Dan, son and crew did excellent work supplying gutters for my new barn/shop.
They provided custom gutter brackets for the 10/12 facia, something you can’t find. Tim and Cam were fun to work with and work is of high quality at a competitive price.

LeafDrop Gutters and Downspouts installed new gutters for us this summer. I had no Idea how good they would work until this falls Atmospheric river hit! I am so glad we went with LeafDrop! These things are incredible!! The owner Dan is very responsive and his crew that did the install were fast and efficient. if you live in Vancouver, this is probably an excellent service for you. However, I hired this company upon a recommendation from another business, and felt confident that they would provide what I needed.

The crew has been nothing, but stellar during the entire time they have cleaned my house. They are a delight to work with, fast, friendly, and efficient.

I have compensated them well because I feel that they are doing a very thankless job. In my earlier days I was also a person who cleaned houses and so I understand how exhausting and time-consuming this job can be.

skyla, the person who is been the lead at my house for the length of time I have contacted this company has always conducted herself in a very professional and friendly manner. She makes sure that her employees, or I guess I could say crew, are doing what they need to at any given time. I have heard her giving them compliments and supporting them in what they are doing which I applaud. I have never ever ever heard her degrade, backtalk, or demean them in anyway

unfortunately, I have continued to have issues with the agreement for monetary compensation with the owner of the company for the duration of the time, and her rates have grown over the time I have had them come to my house.

I am writing this review based on an experience, ultimately, the final one, that I had from the crew yesterday.

The owner of the company contacted me and told me that they would be an hour late to which I said I understood. Once they arrived at my house, they were here for an hour of time because the owner told them to do a rush job at my house since they needed to drive back from Tualatin to Vancouver and she wanted them to get there as fast as possible.

The crew did the best they could in the hour provided at my house, which is normally an hour and 40 minutes. They did a stellar job considering they were shorted 40 minutes of the time they normally had given that the owner of the company chose to short them this time.

I am very sad to say that we have decided to part ways because she chose to charge me an extra 40 minutes of time that was not only a erroneous, but clearly wrong based on the time that I opened my garage door to the time I closed my garage door .

We continue to argue over text conversation and eventually I paid her most of the fee. She charged me which was still $45 more than it should have been.

ultimately, I did not want the crew at my house to suffer, because the owner of the company had personal issues with paying them for a drive time, sitting in my driveway, or exiting my house, or entering my house. Nitpicking does not serve anybody.

again, if you are local to her area, I am sure that this service is probably amazing because her crew is stellar. The owner of the company, however, is nickel and diming me as a customer so I can only wonder how she might be compensating her crew… Or not compensating as the case may be .

Skyla Jenni and Jen came to clean and they did such a good job! I had some spots in the shower and sink I couldn’t get myself and they did it. They were nice during the time here and I feel better having a clean house. Will definitely use this service again!

I’ve been using ASAP Cleaning for several months and I really appreciate their cleaning service! Skylar,Lexi & Bailey are the 3 hard-working cleaners that have been cleaning my house for the last several months while I have been recovering from surgery. They are very understanding of our love of animals and cheerfully get my house shiny again.
