I Had my house windows cleaned by Ettore he was recommended by a friend. Great job by him, he took his time to make sure all windows were spotless and cleaned all the screens as well without me asking him to do so. Very professional and honest with his prices. Thank you Ettore will call again this coming spring for another cleaning!

Ettore did an absolutely awesome job on my windows both inside and out! He’s such a hard worker and SO focused on making my windows sparkle which they are doing right now! It’s like putting on glasses and being able to see clearly!

Very quick to respond to inquiry and questions about the process for this newbie. The person that arrived was very professional and also answered questions. They were careful not to cause any damage to my roof and killed off the moss. Now the waiting game for it to fall off. It’s all changed colors and dead before they left.

For a few years now, I had considered purchasing a pressure washer. In the Pacific Northwest everything grows. Concrete grows, roofs grow, things even grow on your cars when you're driving them. But I never really could find the time and I also didn't really know what I was doing. I didn't want to damage the concrete and I also wasn't sure how often I would have to do it or how much work would be involved.

Eventually I started searching for a local company who could clean our embarrassingly mossy and living driveway and sidewalks. I saw a few companies but a lot of them seemed very much like hiring a neighbor to do it and I was a little concerned at the lack of insurance and bonding. I came across Northwest soft wash initially on a Facebook ad. I didn't think too much of it until it came across my feed in Yelp as well, so I went to their website to take a look. On a whim, I called and asked for a consultation and estimate.

One thing I can say without any doubt is that they have the best customer service. There was actually a part of me that was worried that it was a scam because of how nice they were and how quickly they could get out to the house. After they took a look at the square meters that they would be pressure washing they sent me a quote. The quote was not the cheapest around, but it did offer a treatment that could reduce the speed of the moss growing back and you get what you pay for. So I agreed to the fee, paid a small deposit, and within less than a week they were out to pressure wash my concrete.

Steven was super friendly and did an amazing job. He was out at our house for almost 4 hours really making sure that the concrete was clean and looked well. He also made a point to get the mud and Moss cleaned up afterwards so it wasn't just sprayed into the street. When I was paying for the service, I mentioned my gutters and he offered to get on the roof and look and take photos of it for me as well no charge. The customer service at this place is amazing and I highly recommend them. So far they have only pressure washed our walks and driveway, but I could definitely see utilizing them for gutter cleanings and roof cleaning in the future!

Andrew and Marshall did an amazing job! The exterior of my home looks nice and clean! Care was taken with structure AND plants. Very friendly and professional. When the estimator came out to quote the project I did ask about the removal of previous beehives in our eaves and spider nests and I might have misunderstood him but I had thought that the hives would be removed as well. They are still there. All in all, they did a great job. Thank you

The guys at NW Softwash are incredible. Outstanding communication in several different formats (text, email) and always very attentive. They always replace lights when needed and the lights get awesome comments every year!

Marshall did an amazing job. We have a white house, and it literally blinded me when I went to check out the job he did after.

He did it within 2 hours, which would’ve take us days and we get the two year warranty in case it comes back.
