Elijah and Noah hung up our Christmas lights today and they did a fantastic job!! They showed up on time and worked fast. They were both very professional, kind, and great at communicating. We will be forever customers of NW Softwash!

NW Softwash was on time and worked in a timely and efficient manner. Did exactly what they said they'd do despite the poor weather conditions. Cleaned up all of the debris and gave me a thorough explanation of the services provided as well as the general condition of my roof and gutters. I would recommend NW Softwash to anyone in need of roof and gutter cleaning.

Isaiah was prompt, courteous and super dedicated to the job!! He answered all our questions, kept us up to date and provided a lot of pics upon completion. We had the gutter cleaning and house ready and we'd be more than happy to have them come back for other services. Thanks Matt for getting us all set up and for being super awesome to work with as well.

Disappointing experience with scheduling and communication.

I first reached out on January 22nd and was later told by Stephen that my February 6th appointment was reserved. As a company policy, we do not store credit cards with non-recurring vendors, so I requested to pay in full by invoice, which Stephen confirmed was an acceptable option.

During that exchange, the reserved date was released without notice. When I followed up, Stephen was dismissive and simply stated the slot was gone and the next availability was February 18th, suggesting I find another provider if that didn’t work.

If the scheduling team struggles with a straightforward booking and payment request like this, it raises concerns about how other issues might be handled. I’m glad I chose to go with another company.

Edit to their response: Thanks for the response. A couple corrections for accuracy: this was not a “home I was selling” — it was a 9-lot development sidewalk/curb storm tract cleanup.

Also, your email stated the policy was card on file with 10% deposit OR invoice paid in full at scheduling. I requested the pay-in-full invoice option (we don’t store cards with non-recurring vendors). The Feb 6 slot was then released and the next date offered was Feb 18.

The only thing I appreciated was the suggestion to use another provider. We ultimately hired another local company who visited the site the same day, provided a clear scope and fair price, scheduled immediately, and invoiced after completion. The process was straightforward and professional.

These folks are amazing! They did a great job the first time around, but I have huge trees, and two years later, more moss appeared. They honored the warranty without question and just finished cleaning my roof for free! Competent, professional, friendly technicians and customer service is superb. I am now a loyal customer and give my highest recommendation!

They did an excellent job of clearing my roof. Very professional and easy to work with and they were very quick to get me scheduled. It only took a couple hours for a nice clean roof!

NW Softwash has been to our home and it sparkles. I’m very happy with the work done here. They were here from 9 am to after 2:30 pm. My windows, siding, gutters front, back door and garage door look as if they were just painted. We had planned to paint but I think only the eves need it now.

Just got a quote from NW Softwash's "Matt R." to softwash the siding of my home -- the same project they completed very well on the same house 3.5 years ago for $575. He sent me a quote to do the exact same project for me for $800 --- that is a 39.13% INCREASE for the same exact service on the same exact house! That is utterly ridiculous, and irresponsible business. Price gouging if I ever heard.

I politely inquired for some sort of discount and to at least COMPETE with what I paid them before and to at least COMPETE with a discount quote I received for the same service from Grant Roofing. His reply? No. "That is our current pricing that accurately reflects our quality of work and commitment to your project."

No amount of PR-speak mumbo-jumbo reply can justify paying $225 more than I did for the SAME EXACT SERVICE in 2022. A 39.13% increase, folks -- that's even more insane than the insane inflation rate over the course of the same time period. Your customers aren't stupid, NW Softwash.

Bottom line: Take your business elsewhere. Although they do a great job, you're getting raked over the coals by NW Softwash, and are being punished for being a repeat customer who sincerely wanted them to return and do another great job. My lesson learned is that NW Softwash will not even try to earn your business; even if you're a previous customer who gave them nearly $2,000 total of your business not that long ago. I'm sure they'll have some corporate PR response to this Google review to object, and perhaps make me look like the unreasonable one here, but don't fall for it: Save your sanity (and $$$), and find a different service provider.

This crew is simply awesome! This is our second time using NW Softwash, first time for Christmas light installations. Their professionalism setting up our appointment, promptness and ease of communication was outstanding. Their overall professionalism makes it a no-brainer to call them again. Marshall specifically was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and very safely harnessed on a crane over our three-story house. He was just a joy to work with throughout the day. I can’t say enough good things about him and our second experience. I 100% recommend NW Softwash and the entire team.

Then scheduling process was excellent. I was very impressed with the contact updates for our gutter and driveway cleaning. On the morning the work was scheduled I received a txt with the technicians picture and location to include the estimated time of arrival. Ford was our tech. He explained what he would be doing and set up his equipment. Two hrs later Ford was done, had cleaned up and asked me to walk around with him to ensure I was satisfied. I recommend NW Softwash if you need this sort of maintenance!

They've done my siding twice with great results, and just now took care of my super-mossy driveway. There was a miscommunication during the estimate process about services and surfaces, and they immediately took steps to make it right, financially. The technician, Ford, checked in with me at each stage to make sure I was happy and to fine-tune the areas to be cleaned. Really appreciate the communication and attention to detail!!

Amazing response inquiry and turn around! I submitted and online inquiry, to which I received a reply of “…we will get back to you with 30 minutes if submitted during business hours.” My first thought? Okay…I’ll be impressed. Not only did they call in 30 minutes, I had my quote by that afternoon based on images of my property (we have a clear and updated google view that made estimating easy). I approved the next day, confirmed schedule by end of day and had my service completed within one business week! Good communication on arrival time, including picture of the technician arriving to my property made it easy to trust who would be pulling up - bonus - fully outfitted vehicles that are professional! Brightened the natural cedar and did their best to protect our siding in the process. Thank you NW soft wash!

Could not believe the attention to detail my appartment was cleaner than it was the day I moved in 1st time I got a full deposit back which I was not expecting 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone

We've been with Merry Maids for 8 years and have always been thrilled with the great care they take with our home. I like the monthly "extra focus" areas in addition to their standard cleaning service. And it's great to know there are additional services that I can request if needed.

We love Merry Maids! They are consistent and easy to schedule with. Great cleaning, bedding replaced, dusting pictures, etc. Brooke did our most recent cleaning and she, along with all the cleaners we have had, are all trustworthy and pleasant. Thanks for a great service!

Merry Maids has given me hours back in my day! Specifically Havvy and Abbi have been a delight to work with. Their attention to detail, and the speed at which they get the cleaning done is excellent. I'm extremely pleased with their work. Taylor who works in the office is fantastic at reminding you when they will arrive always pleasant with communication and adjusting for your cleaning needs! One of the best choices I've made to free up some of my own time.

I have searched for quite some time for a cleaning company that provides an initial “walk through “ prior to date of cleaning. This is critically important if you want specific, or even general cleaning performed. Many (most I think) services want to just get an idea by filling out online forms. This doesn’t work for me. Now, i have Merry Maids. Never thought to try this company that has been in business for over 40 years. I could not be more pleased with their performance. It’s the best home cleaning I have ever had. Incredible group of people (namely Courtney, Addi, Tony and Mabbi). They are dedicated, punctual, very polite and truly seem to enjoy their job - a rarity.
I highly recommend Merry Maids. I will continue hiring them without question. Totally 5 Star service!
