Team #4, Erica, Ashley and Sarah did our house this week, and as always they are courteous, professional and quick. Everything sparkles when they are done, and we couldn't be more pleased. Nice work, ladies!!

I have been using the cleaning Authority for over a year now and have only had positive experiences with them. They do a great job and are very flexible to work with.

I use them for both general cleaning and also special projects. Would not replace them for the world !!!

We’ve only had our first of two detailed cleanings but it was great. The house feels so nice and, well, clean! Three ladies were in and out in 1.5 hours and did a great job. So far, I’m very happy.

Clean #1 was excellent. Everything was spotless! We were very impressed with the two cleaning ladies. They were very thorough and professional.
Clean #2 today was very good but not quite as thorough as Clean #1. Several things were overlooked with today's cleaning. But it was still well worth the cost. I am very pleased with the Cleaning Authority.
Cleaning today and last month were fantastic! Team 7 does a great job, everything is spotless! We would like to ask for Team 7 to be our permanent cleaning team.

Cleaning Authority always does a wonderful job! Efficient but thorough. Sam and Sabrina are great! Consistent results no matter which team performs the cleaning.

Team #8 - Whitney, Sarah, and Toby(hope that's correct)- always provie us with a clean fresh home after each visit. We greatly appreciate everything they do for us.

The Cleaning Authority Team of Ashley & Trinity cleaned our house this week. They greeted us and worked hard. Cleaning Authority divides the house into areas & super cleans one area each visit. I like that they don't neglect the other areas while doing that! Nothing is dusty any more!! Also with the app, I have a time window in which I know they will be arriving.

I’ve been using this business for my house cleaning about a year. I love that at least one of the pair that come out is a regular, so she knows me, the house, and most important my furbaby! The gals are all so friendly and my home clean.

Updated May 2024: I continue to use this service. I had to request they come on a different day due to us leaving on vacation, they accommodated us graciously and Team 14 really did an exceptional job! I was so appreciative not just for coming a day early but really cleaning well. We have a wedding coming up and a lot of visitors coming to town and I have a presentable house!

We’ve been using the service for over a year. It used to take me 4 hours to do what they accomplish in much shorter time and in greater detail. They come every two weeks and we have been very happy with their work on our 3 level, 4 bedroom, 4 bath home. The teams are punctual, pleasant and professional. We get a notice on our phone with a timeframe of when they will arrive which makes it easier to plan our day. Highly recommend them.

Meredith Mariel and Savannah were absolutely wonderful. They worked so quietly with it was unbelievable. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction and beyond looking forward to seeing them again thank you for your service.

Nelly , Inessa & Katy have been cleaning my home for almost a year now; they are fabulous! Thank you for getting to all the details I cannot; it feels so wonderful to come home to a perfectly clean home.

Great work. Very dedicated. This is the second time we have had this team at our house. We love the way they take care of our house. Very mindful of things going on, willing to adapt. We are looking forward to having them back in a few weeks.

New to the area and did 4 biweekly services with TCA. Had to ask them twice if they were mopping because there were always spots on floor when they left. They also forgot trash bins and I would still find dead flies and dog hair on windowsills. $400 a month for a *light* cleaning service is a rip off. I have used much better cleaning services and don't think it will be hard to find someone better than them moving forward.

Out Team 13 with Ashley and Jessica are the best~! I can tell a difference when another team comes to clean our house. They simply pay attention to the details that make all the difference. Thanks Ashley and Jessica!

Jac and McKayla were a dynamic duo over at my little farmhouse. Top to bottom and all over, those two did a fantastic job on a post-construction deep clean and now my place feels like home! A clean, tidy home. Thank you Cleaning Authority!

I had mixed reviews on the teams that came out to clean my house but regardless of what complaints I had, the leadership always took care of the details. I love that. Cindy (management) and these two lovely ladies Mckayla and Jaclyn have been a joy to work with for this paraplegic to have a clean house!

Excellent work. Team 15, Kaitlyn and Mackenzie are so thorough and leave our home spotless and smelling fresh. We can always anticipate nothing but the best from these adorable young women. They deserve bonuses and Brownie Points! We highly recommend this company to everyone!

Team 13, Ashley and Jessica are the best! I’ve used TCA for many years, and my current team is the best one I’ve ever had. Selfishly I hope they never leave! However they could both work anywhere they wanted and would succeed, so I hope they are appreciated.
