They were on time, quick and efficient but their equipment was unable to clean some of the carpet that I think better equipment would be able to do.

I highly recommend Express Carpet Care! Not only did they do a great job, they didn't try to push other products and services like some other carpet cleaning companies. These guys (brothers) were polite, friendly and professional..and reasonably priced!

Going to have to get another company over here with a truck mounted machine. My carpet was dirty but very disappointed with the machine he used. I used to run properties and my carpet guy was 10 times better with a truck mounted system that uses HOT water.

I recently hired ProCare Cleaning to clean my house. I decided to go with ProCare services after hearing about the great service they provide.
I was very impressed with thier great attitude toward customer service. They were on time and prepared for the services I hired them for. The cleaning professionals were always on task and wasted no time in getting the scope of work completed. The house looked great when they were done. All of the nooks and often missed details were all addressed. I will definitely use ProCare again in the future.
I was also very impressed with the owners. They are very active in the services and really showed that they cared that project was complete to my satisfaction.

Nothing has changed since Procare took over Bedknobs and Broomsticks. Same friendly, professional staff that does excellent work. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

This company is the best we’ve ever hired. The teams are thorough, careful, responsive and nice. The administrator communicates on schedule every month and is easy to work with if a change is necessary. The price is very reasonable.

The teams at ProCare are friendly, professional, thorough, punctual, and fast. I have a few areas where I like a little more attention, and after discussing it with the team on their first visit, those items are always accomplished (for years now), regardless of the personnel. Communication with the teams and management is excellent. I highly recommend them.

The Team 7 girls are amazing! They always do a great job and very courteous and professional. I love how they always make our house look so inviting. I am so glad I have Team 7 and always look forward to seeing them. Good job girls!

The reason for the 4 start rating is that I feel getting to the office staff is challenging. There is a switchboard system you need to leave messages with. They do respond and work with you on any issues. The gals that are cleaning do a good job and are nice to communicate with.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for the past couple of years and have bee extremely happy with their service. They do a great job cleaning our house, are always timely and get right to work and never waste any time. Today we had Danielle and Hannah clean and the house looks wonderful! What a great feeling to come home to a clean house!

We have a hardworking team who does a good job and are reliable. Anne and Kaitlyn are thorough and always on time.

I am very happy with the consistency of the service offered by The Cleaning Authority, Vancouver. In particular, team #12, Danielle and Hannah are our favorite team. They are friendly, thorough, respectful of my sleeping teenagers and efficient. We recently had team #14 come last week, Shauna and Riley, and they did a terrific, thorough job as well. All teams work well with my rambunctious dogs, which I appreciate so much. The only thing I wish this business does, particularly in light of the Coronavirus, is use stronger ingredients in the bathrooms and kitchens. They use natural products, which I appreciate, but I'm used to the smell of bleach or a cleaning product, particularly in the bathrooms that relay a sense of sanitation. Other than, that, this business is great.

I'm used to being happy and satisfied when I come home from work and the Cleaning Authority has picked up and cleaned throughout the house. The cleaning crew today was amazing. I came home and it looks like a completely staged, brand new house. I was so impressed with their work and thankful for the load they take off my to do list.

Team 7 - Maribel and Alejandra are fantastic! They are so nice when I am home, they are respectful and careful with our things and do an amazing job creating an organized place from chaos. Thank you both! You deserve a bonus! Thank you also for The Cleaning Authority Shawn for his swift responses to our requests. (when we changed to night shift for one week, they were able to ensure the cleaners didn't come until noon). Thank you for keeping us with Team 7 - they are THE BEST!!!
