We had our exterior cleaned from the top down. Softwash of the roof and treat for moss, clean the outside of the gutters (insides didn't need cleaning), softwash the house, power wash the patios and deck. Everything came out beautiful. I don't have before photos, but suffice it to say there was lots of moss, especially on the patio surfaces. You can see that everything is clean!

Canaan & Elijah were professional, efficient, and thorough. We'll be back when the time comes.

NW Softwash just completed my aluminum roof cleaning a few hours ago and I wanted to leave a well deserved and detailed recommendation. Other than an initial hiccup in getting me a customer reference for personal phone contact, the crew and the job they did was exceptional! This was not an easy job, as the wet metal roof with areas of algae and moss made for a dangerous, slippery work area. The team went to extraordinary lengths to insure my Japanese style landscape was protected from the treatment run off. It's rare these days that you find this kind of customer service and talented workmanship in so many of a business's staff. Collin, Matt and Miles, who all performed the cleaning, deserve high praise for their communication and eagerness to meet my high standards! I can't say enough about how far they went to insure my satisfaction. They each were great to work with! Shout out to Loni in the office as well. She was prompt and very pleasant to work with. All the employees I came in contact with were professional, congenial and genuinely proud of their work and the company. The roof looks great! Thanks

So clean! We didn't even know how much the house was covered by dirt, moss, and by whatever else covering it.
Eaves and gutters especially look nice and they look like they just got a fresh coat of paint!
Stairs and driveway look like new. Riley and Miles are a super team! Process was smooth from an estimate to execution. (just enough touch points) We would recommend NW Softwash and would like to use their services again!

This is the second time we’ve used Softwash and we’re pleased with their professionalism and results. Their communication is great, everyone we’ve talked to and worked with is friendly and professional. Marshall did the last visit and he did a great job and was easy to work with. Wonderful job, very friendly and on time. Couldn’t finish due to a type of algae on my metal shop roof. Made arrangement to come back on a Saturday to finish. House and shop roof look great. Very responsive and great customer service. Highly recommend.

$320 for 40 minutes of work is $400 an hour. That's outrageous. Blowing gutters out for $320 is a scam. Can't believe you stay in business. It would be hard to believe you get return customers. I'm in the construction business I know a rip off when I see one. I did not like the work your so call best employee did. He left gutter debris everywhere. The window frames where covered with gutter debris. The BBQ on the deck covered with debris. So for $320 if your company would do a professional job for the price that would be different. But you didn't. Your are a blow and go outfit. Then you have the audacity to ask me to change my review. (Unbelievable). For $320 you should do better and be professional. 40 minutes in and out and leave gutter debris everywhere should be zero stars. Like I said I'm in the construction business and the worst review is by word of mouth. The work you performed at best should have been $150. You had the nerve to ask me to change my review, so here you have it. You say you asked if the work was satisfactory, you never did. You said you where done and left. Get your story straight.

Andrew and Canaan showed up on time and ready to go. They were polite and pleasant the entire time - even covered in all that schmutz! Very respectful of the property, and when a small clay pot was bumped on the deck (not the work area) they were adamant that I let the company know. As for results? Everything looks great! My wife is very happy!

NW Softwash did an excellent job getting rid of moss that had accumulated on the roof of my house. They were professional and very careful to not damage plants and make sure the chemical they used didn't get into our pond. I also like that they guarantee their work for three years.

Fabulous service, highly recommend! Excellent gutter cleaning with loads of pictures to show how clean they are, and really great communication, always available to answer any questions and make sure everything is clear. Proactively message when they are coming, any updates during the cleaning job, follow up after, etc.

I recommend D and C pressure washing 100%. From the first meeting till job end they were professional and did what they said they would do. They did moss removal and treatment on my roof, an excellent job and left my home spotless. Thank you Steve and Cole and Larry!!!

Requested a roof cleaning softwash and gutter cleaning. They were able to quickly provide a quote and next available service dates. They came out and did a great job, provided before/after pictures per request, and cleaned up well!

The service was professional and personable . The end product was excellent. My overall experience would’ve been 5 stars if the communication was better. It was scheduled for between 0900 and 1000. I texted at 1010 to see if they were running late. Only to get a reply that shifts were changed and they wouldn’t be there until around 1300. My wife and I had our entire day to get ready for family Thanksgiving scheduled out. We had to readjust our entire day. We needed to be notified way before. I should not have been the one to initiate contact. Also not the way to make a first impression on a first time customer.

NW Softwash are easy to work with, professional, and they do a fantastic job!
We called in the evening after 7pm to request a last minute appointment to clean our clogged gutters and even though they were booked the next day, they fit us in. The work they did was 5 star and the price reasonable.
