I don't usually leave reviews but after a couple years of having the cleaning authority I have been very happy with their services. I don't keep track of who cleans out house each time but it was Anne and Kaitlyn this time. Others also have been good and efficient.

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for more than two years. They have been prompt and thorough on the cleaning. There has been some variability with the cleaning from team to team but nothing significant. Two teams stand out based on performance and cleaning results. Thanks to Carease and Jessica and also to Team 7, Sam and Sabrina.

We have these guys come every 4 weeks to clean our house. My husband and I both work demanding full time jobs, and we have 2 dogs and 2 cats. The Cleaning Authority cleaners do a great job, are very professional, and save us hours of house work with their service. There was one time when an area got missed (master shower), and we notified management and they sent a team the next day to clean this thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Thank you! Team 13; Jessica, Anne and Megan showed up prepared and had read notes about cleaning our home. They stayed on task and did everything they said they would do. My husband and I are very satisfied! Again, thank you!

Having the team at The Cleaning Authority take care of our home has been such a relief. We no longer have to spend an entire weekend day cleaning! Sarah, Anne, and Liliana did a phenomenal job this last time, our house was truly sparkling! Thank you TCA!

Team 13 did an excellent job cleaning our home impeccably today, even during a heatwave. They are so nice, friendly, trustworthy (& they greeted our doggie so kindly when coming in). The Cleaning Authority teams we have met have also all been wonderful. Thank you team 13 & your whole group of hard workers!

In January, I began using their services, and initially, I was impressed. The first two cleanings were thorough, albeit a bit pricey at just over $400 each. However, the quality declined afterwards, especially with Team 8. Unlike the efficient Team 2, Team 8’s performance was subpar - they seemed to just move the duster around without actually cleaning. Food was left on the floor, items weren’t dusted, rugs & stairs not vacuumed and essential areas like baseboards and window sills were neglected. Despite raising the issue with both the manager and Cindy, who provided the original quote, it took the intervention of a new team, sent the following Monday, to rectify the situation. While Cindy and the manager were easy to communicate with, inconsistency in service quality remains a concern. Although I understand minor mishaps occur, paying $206 biweekly warrants a higher standard of cleanliness. I’ve reached out via email and hope to resolve the issues encountered during the last cleaning session with Team 8. Attached are some photos for reference.

Ashley and Katie do such a great job. The attention to detail and care for our individual needs is fantastic. They are personable and they care for our pets as well. They take great care of our home and have for a couple years. Trust and respect is imperative for this line of work and they check all the boxes.

If you’re looking for a housekeeping crew that combines professionalism, precision, and a touch of magic, look no further than Team 13 of the Vancouver Cleaning Authority. From the moment they arrived, it was clear I was in expert hands. Punctual, polite, and prepared for anything, they tackled every task with efficiency and enthusiasm.

What really sets Team 13 apart is their attention to detail. They didn’t just clean—they cared. Every corner was spotless, every surface gleamed, and even the hard-to-reach areas were handled without me asking. They moved through the house like a well-choreographed dance, leaving behind a space that felt not just clean, but refreshed and rejuvenated.

They also respected my time and space, working quickly but never rushing. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home—and that peace of mind is priceless.

If I could give them 13 stars, I would. Thank you, Team 13, for making my home sparkle and for raising the bar on what housekeeping services should be. You’ve earned a customer for life.

The Cleaning Authority Vancouver did a very poor job during the first initial "deep" clean. The crew showed up much later than expected and rushed through our house. Nothing was deep cleaned as outlined in the welcome packet, no baseboards were wiped, cobwebs remained, floors were left streaky and with obvious fur balls in corners. Bathrooms were supposed to be the focus of the first initial clean, but as you can see in the photos, toilets weren't actually cleaned, bathtub faucets weren't wiped, shower tile was obviously not touched, etc. They have also been impossible to get a hold of to share this feedback / allow them to make good on their "satisfaction guarantee". I would not recommend them at all, very disappointing and very poor experience.

Frustrating experience. I want a cleaning team that can do a better job than I can and give me pointers, tips, and tricks instead of vice versa. I received the first two "deep" cleanings, and they were okay... It was obvious that certain areas were rushed, cobwebs remained, and requests or warnings were not adhered to. One entire room was not dusted/polished at all during the second visit. Two pieces of ceramic artwork were broken, and no one told me this had happened - I had to discover them on my own. Two different teams showed up for the two cleanings, and the inconsistency in their products, tools, and equipment also led to inconsistency in each cleaning. I had to request my vacuum be used because theirs did not do anything but leave lines in the carpet. The communication is pretty poor, as others have noted, even with use of their app. I also had someone else's paperwork left at my house during the second cleaning. I was assured that my paperwork was still in their work folder, but I would expect my information was left at someone else's house, which is a huge violation of trust, information, and security. The last straw for me was my scheduled cleaning for 11/26 was changed without my knowledge, notification, or permission. The company claimed that all cleanings during the holiday week were moved to the prior week. I was never notified of this - not even in the initial walkthrough. Yet somehow after my inquiry and complaint, they said someone "cancelled" on 11/26 and I could have my cleaning that day. How did someone cancel on a week that there was to be no cleanings?? The lack of proper communication, two broken art pieces, having someone else's information left at my house, and the scheduling issue, along with a lack of quality and completeness in the cleanings prevents me from doing any future business with this company, or recommending them to anyone.

In spite of myself, because I consider myself a tidy person and am always trying to keep things clean, I so look forward to Maribel and Samantha coming! It is really a treat to come home from work to a clean house! The work hard, fast and are efficient! What they can do together in the hour and a half they are here is miraculous. I am very grateful for team 14!!

Ann and Jessica do an amazing job every time they clean my home. They are reliable, thorough, and leave everything looking spotless. I really appreciate the care they put into their work. They are also incredibly kind to my dog, which means a lot to me.
