James came and cleaned three of our bedrooms this morning. He was on time and very professional. He did an excellent job and got the stains up as well. Our house smells fresh and the carpets look great! I appreciate his attention to detail and how careful he was to not scuff the baseboards. We will definitely use Top Notch again and again.

I've used Top Notch twice now and each time I've been more than happy with the results. I live in an older apartment. The carpeting was pretty nasty when I moved in. I called Top Notch last spring and they had me scheduled right away. I ended up with a carpet I wasn't embarrassed to have guests see. Justin was so nice, personable and professional...and cared about my satisfaction.
Now it's time for a good spring cleaning...and for getting rid of the nasty funk smell from my sons room. Again, I called James and he scheduled Justin to come over within days. And this time I think Justin added some miracle to whatever he uses to clean but my entire place smells clean and fresh...and my sons room doesn't reek.
I am a very VERY happy customer and can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you, James and Justin! See you next year...or later if I move and get a new place. You're the only carpet guys I'll ever use in Vancouver!

We were not sure if the carpet could be saved since it appeared the tenants NEVER vacuumed (ugh!) but knew it was worth a try for $165 vs the cost of new flooring. James pretreated the carpet then used his power scrubber & then his steam cleaner & it was amazing to watch the dirt all come out! We have used him for years & he is always honest & upfront w/his quotes, no extra add-ins like other companies we’ve used in the past. Fully recommend Top Notch Carpet Cleaning & James to ALL my real estate clients, friends & family! He’s the BEST!!🤩

The carpet cleaning service was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The technician was punctual, professional, and thorough. The carpets were noticeably cleaner. We would confidently recommend this company.

My husband and I were quite happy with the customer service and quality of work James gave us when he came to clean our carpet. He was very professional. James used plastic foot covers and gave both of us a pair to use while the carpet dried. James used wall corner protectors and clips to hold his hoses to our bannister so he could more easily clean our carpeted stairs. He had to work backwards on our stairs to get that job done because of where he had to park his work van. Our beige carpet and stairs look like new now! We were very happy and will definitely be calling James at Top Notch Carpet Cleaning for our next cleaning.

Justin was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He took my older carpet full of miscellaneous stains and made it ten times better. First time client review here and I could not be happier with the experience. I have a brand new carpet and was looking to do an annual cleaning to maintain my warranty when I found Top Notch Carpet cleaning through a Google search. I called and spoke to someone right away, got a quote over the phone, called back a few days later (after getting several other quotes) and was able to book my appointment for the next week. The technician, Nick, who did the cleaning was on time, professional, friendly, quick, and thorough. I will definitely be using them year after year!

If i could leave 6 stars i would, i contacted James at 8:30pm for an emergency job, unfortunately we are outside of their normal service area. James took the time to look over my other quotes, guide me on the type of service i needed and the cost i should expect to see. All off hours for a job he knew he wouldn’t be doing.
