The owner Richard Grindland was excellent to work with, very professional and conscientious. My carpets look great and I couldn't be happier. Richard even put me in contact with a contractor to restretch my carpet before cleaning. I'll definitely use Mountain View Carpet Care each year going forward.

I highly recommend Mountain View Carpet Care for your carpet needs. Richard and his team arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time which being retired military is important to me. They looked around the house and let us know what was needed for our carpets. I told him that I had been doing my own carpets for a few years and was not getting the results I wanted. Richard told me the carpets would look new when they were done and he was right. They were able to get a stain out that I had been battling for a couple of years. Richard and his team were very friendly, professional and quick. I will use them for my carpet care from now on.

Not only did Rich and his wife fit us in very last minute on a Sunday morning, they did a magnificent job cleaning our carpets!! The difference in appearance and fragrance was worth every penny and they also gave us a great deal. We won't ever hire anyone else to clean our carpets as long as Mt. View Carpet Care is around!

Had our entire upstairs carpets cleaned by Mountain Carpets. They did amazing job and were very friendly to work with. I would highly recommend them and getting your carpets steamed cleaned (like getting your teeth cleaned at a dentist vs your daily brushing) carpets are left looking brighter and cleaner, plus it keeps us in compliance for our carpet warranty. The team worked well and thanks to their extra efforts my carpets were left lightly damp (vrs wet) and dried quickly.

Very professional services. Rich, the owner, worked with me from the start to make sure that I knew what to expect, he and his team were very thorough, using the "RotoVac" on my heavily soiled carpet (which hadn't been professionally cleaned in about 7 years).
The carpet looks MUCH better now - they were able to remove the stains, and treat the carpet so that it is better protected against future stains.

I would highly recommend Mountain View Carpet Care. My wife and I plan to use them again on the other section of our house.

Rich & Dakota did an excellent job with cleaning our new-to-us RV. Rich really knows what he's doing, and is up to date on the newest equipment and methods for all things carpet cleaning. He really takes pride in his craft - a rare trait these days. He's also a great conversationalist and just all around friendly dude. His assistant was also on the ball and very attentive. The two worked great together and were perfectly in sync, sometimes it seemed like they could read each others minds. I have no doubt in my mind that Rich is the best around. He did an excellent job communicating when he would be at my house, and he showed up right when he said he would. If something unexpected came up and he was going to be late, I have no doubt in my mind he would've called to let me know asap. 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Rich and his team are awesome, and their prices are more than reasonable - and he showed up within 24 hours of us calling. Our carpets were filthy from the kids and fur kids, and Mountain View Carpet Care made it look and smell brand new. The amount of hair and dirt he got out of the carpet was astonishing! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning job.

SO HAPPY we went with Rich! The house looks amazing, and he not only showed up on time, but he finished in less time than it takes me to vacuum my whole house! VERY reasonably priced and friendly! Thanks so much for a great job! We’re definitely going to be calling him in the future!
**Update 1 year later** We called Rich back after moving into a new house, and his ability to tackle every stain (including ModPodge and “washable” black paint- thanks to my kids!) is unmatched! We’ve never been happier with our floors as we are when he’s done with them!

Service was fast and my carpets look and feel amazing! The only trace they left was clean carpets; they even had special wall guards to prevent marking the wall with their equipment. Richard was extremely knowledgeable on carpets and cleaning techniques; you can tell he’s passionate and enjoys his work.

Long story short, we needed to find someone that could clean our carpets last minute, and Rich rearranged his schedule to make that happen! He was friendly, professional, and he and his crew did an amazing job. Our carpets look brand new!! We'll absolutely will use Rich again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Rich!

Richard and his crew saved the day! We had a devastating experience with an industrial sized can of pepper spay in our home! Rich knew exactly what to do! He even advised us on how to handle the situation until he got there. He went above and beyond & got us cleaned up in record time! Their heavy duty, high heat professional equipment along with their expert knowledge of chemical types & emergency restoration really makes them stand out. Richard Grinland at Mountain View is a life saver! I had scheduled an appointment with Chem Dri Carpet cleaning in Vancouver to have my carpets cleaned right before pictures were taken to sell my home. Chem Dri never showed up and after calling 4 times and speaking to two different receptionists, they said sorry they couldn’t help me.
I was upset and desperate to find someone else on a dime to clean my house before pictures tomorrow, that’s when I called Mountain View Carpet Care and Richard saves the day! He took pity in my situation and came out even after they were closed for the evening. He and his son did an awesome job! They were thorough, efficient, and got all the stains out! They even charged me less than what Chem Dri quoted me! I will forever come back to this company for all my carpet cleaning needs! There customer service and quality job is impeccable!

Just had them do my carpets, Living room, bedroom and office. Beautiful work, and even though I pointed out some animal spot areas, they let me know that they didn’t see a need for the extra priced cleaning supplies, the regular would be good enough. Quick job, excellent work. Would definitely recommend.

Mountain View Carpeting was called at the last minute after another carpet cleaner had to cancel. They worked us into their busy schedule to accommodate our having guests arrive the next day. They did an excellent job cleaning the pet stains from the previous owners pets and the carpets looked new. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Rich is a really nice and professional guy who does amazing work with some really nice cleaning equipment! I just thought my carpet was dirty, but found out my carpet was filthy!
