I couldn’t be more pleased! They (Rich and Dakota) were so accommodating for scheduling- tho they are very busy, they notified me of their arrival (which was when they estimated they could come) SUPER professional and enjoyable to talk with, very detailed and thorough, protected corners and my “stuff”… my old carpet looks FANTASTIC (I wouldn’t have believed it could look so brand new again) and they were so efficient with their time.
Yay for Mountain View Carpet Care…. I will be using their services again and HIGHLY recommend them…..they’re really good people❤️

Richard and his team were able to come over immediately to take care of the carpets in 2 rooms in under an hour! Not only were they fast but the carpets look and smell amazing, and his costumer service was excellent. I will definitely be reaching out again when we need carpet cleaning services, as well as when we need any pressure washing done outside the home. Thanks guys!

I can’t say enough good things about Mountain View Carpet Care! When I realized my carpets really needed professional help, I looked at Google and saw more than twenty different companies listed. Honestly, I felt a little overwhelmed trying to choose the right one.

So, I did what I’ve learned to do, I said a prayer and asked God to guide me to the right company. Right after that, I picked up the phone and called Mountain View Carpet Care. And I’m so glad I did!

They showed up on time, worked hard, and did a wonderful job. My carpets look fresh, clean, and better than I imagined. Their professionalism, care, and quality service really stood out.

Rich and Mountain View Carpet Care work magic! My dad had used Rich for years to clean his carpets and was always very pleased. We are now trying to sell my dad’s house and after a sibling living there, us sorting through things and an estate sale, the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. I thought they needed replacing. We called upon Rich to clean the carpets one last time, with me fully expecting some of the black stains to remain. Well, Rich worked his magic and the carpets turned out way better than I expected with ALL of the stains and traffic marks gone. I would, without hesitation, hire Rich for any carpet issues you may have. He works efficiently and professionally to provide the best service possible.

Very knowledgeable about carpets. These guys worked hard to get a stubborn odor from a spill on our carpet and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets over all. Great customer service, down to earth and personable with great results. I will definitely use them again!

I was doing my morning laps around Vancouver Mall this morning when I noticed someone cleaning the windows. I asked her name, and she introduced herself as Madison from Fish Window Cleaning.

I complimented how great the windows looked. They were spotless. We only talked for about five minutes, but during that short conversation she spoke very highly of the company, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys her job. When I asked if they do residential work, she clearly explained how the process works, including that they will come out to my home and provide a free estimate, which I found very helpful. She answered my questions professionally and gave me a business card.

Even though it was a short interaction, the way she spoke about the company and the pride she takes in her work really stood out. Because of her, when it’s in my budget I’ll definitely be calling Fish to have my windows cleaned.

I wanted to write this review so this excellent interaction could be seen by others. I truly appreciated the kindness and respect she showed during our conversation. They really have a hardworking and kind employee. 😊

Always great service, we use Fish for all our property management accounts. I also use them for my own home. Roger runs a great operation.

BEWARE! They left two (!) 26" scratches on my triple pane window. Roger came to see the damage and agreed to replace the window. Yet, when I called back, he refused to take responsibility. He was argumentative and evasive. Even implied the scratches were there originally. Avoid this business.

Really appreciated Fish Cleaning, Vancouver for the great work they had done on the roof of our house. Tanna,(sorry if I spelled your name wrong), is a very hard worker. He has a great attitude and very polite. Also, thanks Roger for coming by to look at our place and give us an estimate. We'll use your company again, and I would like to have Tanna to do our next cleaning project. Mahalo!

I have called on 4 different occasions to get my windows cleaned in Camas. No response just blows off business.
I was told today that they had 1 person doing all of clark county and he wasn't reliable. If you run the place maybe you should be out in the field doing the work as well. I have used them in the past but will no longer use them or reccomend them to our clients.. Please do yourself a favor and go some where else.
