Top Notch are fantastic, I moved into my new home and was able to get a next day booking for carpet cleaning. The booking process was straightforward and Justin’s work was professional, I am very happy I booked with Top Notch!

I like to wait a few days before rating a carpet cleaning but it was unnecessary in this case. This was by far the best carpet cleaning experience I’ve ever had and I have had many years of having my carpets cleaned. I was amazed at how well the problem areas cleaned up.
I will definitely call Top Notch the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

James did an amazing job at refreshing our carpet. Our living area was overdue after the combined efforts of our toddler, puppy, adult dog, and senior cat. James was able to bring the life back to the pile in high traffic areas + the entire carpet looks, feels, and smells clean. Nick did a wonderful job and was very polite and respectful of property. He put up protection for the stairs and walls to make sure to safeguard the paint so the hoses didn’t rub. Also the communication was great and it was very easy to make an appointment online and get immediate confirmation. Carpet looks and smells after years of not cleaning. I would definitely recommend and use again!

Found this place through a reddit post. It came highly recommended so I decided to try them out. Their responses were quick and they arrived exactly when they said they would, down to the minute. That's unheard of these days. Justin provided amazing service and after care instructions. I will absolutely be using Top Notch from now on for all of my future needs.

James was very friendly when I spoke to him to schedule. He was also accommodating to our busy schedule. Justin showed up on time and got straight to work. He explained what he would do to clean/deodorize our couch and the products he would use. He did a very thorough and efficient job cleaning the couch and it smells great. If we ever need carpet/couch cleaning in the future we will definitely use Top Notch again.

Man...these guys lived up to their name: Top Notch indeed. Timely, knowledgeable and professional which produced the desired result: clean carpets. I mean really clean carpets including removal of an olive oil stain. There was one issue of an odd stain that presented itself and they came back and fixed that within 2 weeks at no cost. We are thoroughly pleased with the work. We will use them again without hesitation. I'd give them 6 stars if that was the scale. If you need your carpets cleaned...Top Notch should be your choice. I'm glad I made the call to request and secure their services. Many thanks to Justin and James.

Awesome experience. I was kind of nervous about it, but Justin made it effortless and painless. He made my 15-year-old renters grade carpet look new again! Highly recommend.

Top Notch came to clean our carpets, three small area rugs, and one chair today. We just asked for traffic areas in the three bedrooms and office to be cleaned, and one large living/dining combo room. Justin was kind, courteous, and respectful of our home. We had a lot of carpet areas to clean, and paid for extra scrubbing - we have an old (but sweet) dog with intestinal issues. Need I say more? It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. The carpets look great. I know that as they dry some deeper spots may come to the surface and Justin said they guarantee their cleaning and they'd come back and work on those spots, which I appreciate. The cost was higher than I typically pay, but this was a bigger job than we usually have done. Justin lowered the price a bit from the estimate and gave us the $20 discount, which brought our cleaning down to $660. That's kind of high, but we'll probably call Top Notch again. Justin was very thorough.

The whole experience was very professional! The service was reasonably priced against other options in the area, and the team was very flexible with our work schedule and came to the apartment at a time that worked for us. They provided professional, timely, and thorough service and answered all of our questions that we had. I was very pleased with the communication that I received leading up to the appointment as well as during the appointment. There were no hidden fees to worry about. I was extremely impressed with this service for our house in Ridgefield, WA. Justin was awesome, I got a text when he was 30 minutes out and he arrived on time. He did wonders with a DISASTER of a carpet that had been abused by renters for over 10 years. We were ready to throw in the towel and re-carpet. He did an amazing job and now the carpet is actually useable! We're not re-carpeting thanks to Top Notch Carpet Cleaning! Also, I over-estimated how big the rooms were and he made sure he gave me the correct price, which was lower than I estimated. I really appreciated his honesty, he could have just gone with my higher estimate and said nothing, but he made sure he gave us the correct price. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We would absolutely use their services again in a heartbeat.
