We have hired several cleaning companies over the years, mostly the big commercial outfits. Sparkclean is by far the best experience we've had. We learned of them as they were parked in many of our neighbors houses who had hired them. It turns out, there is a reason everyone was working with them. They are detail oriented, conscientious, and very kind. The house doesn't smell of strong chemicals, they don't overmop leaving puddles of water on the floor like other cleaners. One day they had returned to our house an hour after they finished cleaning. I opened the door and asked if they had forgotten their keys or something. They mentioned they forgot to clean one glass door in the back of the house. They had already cleaned 99.99% of the house but came back for the one thing they had forgotten. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing house cleaning services.

We’ve used a few cleaning companies since we moved out to Washington in 2020. Each time we were left underwhelmed by the price and cleanliness…until we used Sparkclean. It feels like a family affair where they truly care about their clients and pets. We’ve been using them for close to 3 years now and have watched them grow from basically 2 people to a full staff. But they still make us feel like they are a small operation. We’ve recommended them to so many neighbors that I see their car almost every day now.

What really sets them apart is their honesty and transparency. Accidents happen, like a broken fridge magnet that fell when cleaning. Immediately they brought me the pieces and started asking how much it was or could they take it home to glue it up for us. It probably cost $5, but that wasn’t the point, you could tell how upset the accident it made them. They’ve earned our trust and continued business.
