Olimpia and Kathy did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our home for a one-time service! My husband’s jaw literally dropped when he walked in — the house has never looked this clean. They went above and beyond, even doing the dishes and cleaning the oven. Every room sparkled, and they paid attention to every little detail. Team #5 — Maritza and Leda were absolutely phenomenal! From the moment they arrived, their kindness and attention to detail stood out. Every wall, baseboard, and blind looks brand-new, and somehow the whole house just feels lighter. They worked with such care and efficiency that it honestly exceeded all expectations. Team #5 Kaylee and Maritza did a great job on my very dusty house. The did a top to bottom deep clean on my bathroom, master bedroom, and living room. It's nice to have very clean home to live in again. Thanks for the great job Kaylee and Maritza.

. . .Worse Each Time - Not Worth the Money. . .

This is a small studio apartment. After an initial “deep cleaning” and few visits, the service quality became worse each time. This was not a one-time issue, Molly Maid had multiple chances to improve.

Areas were consistently missed. Surfaces were cleaned only around objects and not underneath them, even items like a salt shaker; the kitchen countertop still had visible light stains that could have been removed with a wipe.

Even as an small studio I requested cleaning only for the kitchen or the bathroom, hoping for better results. Unfortunately, the quality of work did not match the price.

Molly Maid requires an initial “deep cleaning.” This was more an overpriced light cleaning or basic dust removal, not a true deep clean.

This felt like an expensive, floor-only light mopping. Many spots were missed, walls were untouched, and most surfaces were barely dusted. If there was a light office chair with wheels, it was not even moved a few centimeters to clean underneath, only the dust around it was removed.

Requested a deep clean of only the kitchen, nothing else, including removing items from cabinets and drawers and cleaning inside them. Only a few cabinets were cleaned. I had to point out a dirty drawer and politely ask them to clean it. (There were several other untouched areas as well).

Requested cleaning for only the kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, this seemed to be understood as half the work, half the quality, and half the time.

This is not what you expect for the high amount of money charged

I had a move out clean done yesterday and I am very unhappy with this company.
1) The clean took more than double the amount of time they estimated for an empty 3 bedroom, 1 bath home. So my final bill was MORE THAN DOUBLE what they estimated and it ended up costing me almost $700!!!!
2) I very clearly asked the cleaners to avoid a section of my tub that had a chip in the finish. They did not, and the chip of paint came off exposing the brown tub underneath. I now owe the buyer of my house $550 to refinish the tub, and Molly Maid customer service just let me know they will not help contribute to that and also will not give me a discount on my cleaning for the mistake.
Terrible estimating. Terrible time management. Terrible customer service. I highly do not recommend.

The women you had clean were unbelievable! They did a fantastic job. We really appreciated all they did. Took more than two days because apartment was awful. Friend in hospital 3
months and her place was a disaster.

Team #11, Olimpia and Kathy did a fabulous job! Their attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Very professional. It was so wonderful to have the entire house cleaned all at once, instead of cleaning a couple of rooms at a time. They cleaned walls, fans, windows, baseboards, floors and every single surface in-between! Thank you Molly Maid for sending such a wonderful team!!!

Team #4 (Enedelia and Rosalba) did an incredible job with my moveout clean. Not only was my place spotless but they were extremely efficient which kept the cost low. They were also on time and notified me when they were on the way. 10/10 experience!

Marcela and Nallely were absolutely fantastic! After extensive plumbing work, drywall repair, and air-duct cleaning, our home was extremely dusty - and they made everything spotless. I’m so grateful to have the house clean and fresh just in time for the holidays. I will definitely be calling Molly Maid again and highly recommend them!

I hired Molly Maid for a move out deep clean before putting my condo on the market. Team 4 did an amazing job with good communication. I found an issue after they left and contacted the company directly. They took ownership and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend Molly Maids!

Maritza & Leda, team #5 are awesome. They moved like fire leaving behind a trail of clean. They were super sweet & respectful. I am so excited that they will be my long term team. I was nervous at first as I have never hired long term permanent cleaners before. There was no reason for me to worry, they are both great.

I switched to Molly Maids for my business cleaning after trying several other companies and Molly Maids is the first to deliver such a high quality and professional job. Katty and Olimpia did a fantastic and thorough job. They were on time, professionally dressed and took care of every forgotten nook and cranny. Very impressed by them and can't wait to keep using this service. They are well worth the money

We had a wonderful experience with team #8, Fabi & Mary. They contacted us they were on their way, showed up on time and were polite and very thorough with their cleaning. Our house was super sparkly afterwards! It was so nice to just be able to relax in a clean space! Bathrooms are always our main concern and we had a tile shower. It was beautiful afterwards. Thank you for being so diligent. I would highly recommend.

Rita & Ana (Team 1) was professional, punctual, and communicative. I appreciate the work they did 5 stars to them! Four stars for Molly Maid as their prices are quite high and their estimates are not very transparent. I also think they probably book their teams back to back so they have less ability to add that extra touch or go the extra mile per Clint. I would maybe use again for a move out clean but not a consistent service just due to high price estimates.

This company (M&M Landscaping) has done my landscaping for over a year now and I love them so when they said they were going to start offering cleaning services I decided to try it out. I have never had a cleaning service in my house before but I have a chronic illness which makes it tough for me to deep clean. I have to say they do an amazing job. They are so detail oriented, professional, and talented...I swear I want their secrets to getting everything to clean and sparkling! The woman that cleans my house is even an artist and makes designs with the toilet paper, blankets, and towels. It adds a beautiful touch. This has helped me immensely and I feel really comfortable with this company. They are always very responsive and on top of things. I highly recommend.

Very responsive and compassionate to my plight of incoming visitors. Dusting was my main concern and the team did a fabulous job! A few things were missed (window track, spots in kitchen,) but they were minimal and I was able to correct myself. Overall the team did a great job and I recommend Octomaids.
