Chad did a great job an was super clean while cleaning our ducts. The actual ducting has not been cleaned out since the home was built and was very very dirty. Chad did a great job by showing us the filters before and after and we were shocked at how dirty our sysytem was. Highly recommend Chad and his company!

These guys were great! Offered to come ahead of time to work on a dryer duct that was clogged since they didn't have any full appts available for a week. They called when they were running a little bit late, kept me informed, gave tips on being proactive and went above and beyond what was expected. They did a great job!

Chad and Brad did a great job cleaning our ductwork. Chad offered a lot of good insight on how to move forward with less dust . I liked being able to see what came out after 20 years. Very happy with the work they did and they even removed their shoes (bonus).

These guys are awesome! One of my favorite things was that they gave me a small window of when they would be there so I didn't have to wait around all day. AND they called when they were on their way and were right on time! They weren't pushy with upsells but when I mentioned we were doing this because of allergies in the home they suggested a sanitation mist as well. Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I will definitely use them next time and recommend to my friends and family!

We recently moved into a new home and realized the duct work and dryer vent had never been cleaned. I gave All Pro a call this morning and they were able to come out on the same day to knock everything out. The guys we're super nice, professional and offered future advice to keep the duct work in good working condition. Definitely happy with the service.

Chad and Brad were very professional and had excellent communication.
There was some old drywall pieces and a plastic bottles they found in the vents from construction workers when the house was built.
They were honest ,clean and respectful of the home. Chad gave us some tips to help keep air in the the house cleaner.

This business is amazing.
I called numerous businesses to come to my house to clean our vents. Chad was very timely (with reminder texts, thank goodness), professional, helpful and safety conscience. Both Chad and Brad were very thorough in their work and also explaining what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves very well. It's amazing how much better the airflow and quality of air is in the house.
Chad also returned to replace some ducting below the house. I can't stress on how much he seems to care about how well he does his work.
I highly recommend this company for duct cleaning.

It was great working with Chad. Great communication and response time, more than willing to answer questions, and very reasonably priced. He also went above and beyond to work with me on some non-standard aspects of my job. I also appreciated his advice on furnace filters. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely call All Pro again.

FIVE STARS! All Pro Duct cleaning did an outstanding job! They were very friendly and professional. They educated me on the process and showed me what they were doing along the way. Part of the service was showing me all that they collected. Seeing their filters, I'm expecting to be dusting less and physically feeling better breathing cleaner air. I've had health issues and this, I hope, will help me while I heal.

Before they left, they made sure and clean up everything including the debris that fell on our sidewalk from the catch reveal. Chad also helped me select the right filters online for our furnace. I'd been receiving conflicting information so I welcomed this extra information.

I asked for a card because I plan to recommend All Pro to my friends.

Just purchased a new home and replaced the gas furnace with a heat pump. Chad and Jacob came to clean the ducts as who knows when it was last cleaned (probably 30yrs!). Great guys that did an awesome job and found 3 tennis balls plus tons of old / black dust in the vents. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys! We just bought our first home, which had previously been owned by a family that lived there for 18 years, so we wanted a fresh start with clean vents. They were professional from start to finish. Getting a quote and booking the appointment was easy breezy with Chad. On the day of the job, Jon texted and called that he was on his way and arrived promptly. They were professional and courteous through the whole process and explained what they were doing and showed us the results (ick…so dirty!). Both Jon and Ron were friendly and a delight to have in our home. They did a fantastic job and left everything very clean and orderly. We will definitely be using them again! Well done, All Pro!

I am updating my review due to a recent bad experience with this business. Chad came by a few years ago for duct cleaning, and I had a good experience. Recently, I called him to schedule an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. He showed up and told me that he would be back the following day because they did not have a long ladder to reach the roof.
Chad was supposed to return the next day but didn't show up. I contacted him, but there was no response. I wish he had informed me ahead of time, so I could have reached out to other companies for an appointment. It was a waste of time. We are unable to use our dryer until the duct is cleaned out due to safety issues. When running a business, don't forget your original intentions.
