Fantastic work! It's tough to find an honest/trustworthy air duct cleaning company and they exceeded our expectations! They were on time, very thorough and left everything spotless. Our 1950s home had never had it done, and boy did it show (the return air grill was AWFUL despite us cleaning it ourselves a few times). If I need them done again I know exactly who to call. Thanks Power Vac!!

I cleaned my vents almost every year when ever it came on sale BAD IDEA. Called Power Vac, LLC and the had them come out, Ryan Tracy started working around 8:30, working slow and got everything. Very nice guy and professional cared about what he was doing and took his time to make sure he did it right. Very good company

I had sent them an email about scheduling a service at my house. They got back to me quickly, and scheduling was a breeze. I needed dryer vent cleaning. And even though my house is relatively new, due to the recent wildfires, I scheduled air duct cleaning too. But when the techs came to my house they inspected everything and told me that the air ducts were clean. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity. I'd definitely be using their services again.

Power Vac with John and Jayden cleaned our ducts today, the service and smiles were outstanding. John and Jayden were very knowledgeable and friendly. They work hard to provide great service and quality work.

I had the best service imaginable. I called at 10AM on Tuesday, February 11th and because of an earlier cancellation, I had my duct work service at noon same day. My service person, Eric, was amazing! Very personable, and also very knowledgeable. He took care to not damage any of my belongings and also made sure my indoor cats were secured before beginning the service work. Mary, who made my appointment, was delightful as well. I highly recommend Power Vac LLC.

We were referred by a Longview HVAC company to PowerVac LLC out of Vancouver for our duct cleaning. We had 2 quotes from other businesses for our 2 story, older, 13 vent house. We chose to have our ducts cleaned because we just moved here and we had new hardwood floors installed which created some sawdust. The first 2 quotes were $700+ and $800+, which is on the high end of the national average for a home this size. PowerVac charged in the $500 range. John and Jake (or Jay, sorry couldn't hear his name) completed the job in a few hours, whereas one business said it would be a full day job. They showed us pictures of the condition of the ducts, explained everything they were doing, and were super cordial in their communication with us. Can highly recommend this company for this service.

I was very impressed by the service we received from Power Vac. The technician had 20 years experience and it showed. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and did a great job on our HVAC system. I also felt like we received a very good value from Power Vac. The other bid I got was twice the price, and Power Vac cleaned my dryer vent at no charge. I'll use them again if I need my ducts serviced. Great job you guys!

I used Power Vac for my dryer vent cleaning, and they were prompt, attentive, did fast and thorough work, and even showed me the debris that was preventing my dryer from doing its job. The folks were personable and professional, and I will definitely use them again for a job if needed!

First time getting our ducts & vents cleaned. I shopped around for the best reviews and decided on Power Vac. They emailed me an accurate quote and were very responsive. The service techs arrived on time and explained how the process would work. Alla & Bobby were FANTASTIC! Super friendly and did a great job. Showed me all the dust they pulled out when they were done. I should've had it done years ago. A+ for your employees!

John and his crew came out today to clean out our dryer vent for our dog salon. They were very accommodating to the schedule and did a great job, will definitely be using them for our regular cleanings!

I wish to start with the front office, the lady who took my call was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained the duct cleaning process, then quoted me a price. I had already made a half dozen phone calls, and cost quoted was competitive. I then scheduled.

Now to the tech team, John and Jayden. Both were personable, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. They also explained the cleaning process. They showed me before and after pictures of the work done. John and Jayden as a team were very careful around our belongings, and as individuals doing different task they were very careful. They showed up on time and upon leaving my home was as clean as when they arrived. FIVE STARS!!!

The people who installed our new heat pump strongly recommended Power Vac LLC, so we gave them a try. We were VERY impressed with this air duct cleaning service. Extremely thorough! Eric and Cole were the two fellows doing the work at our home. They were both very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They shared helpful information, explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. They took the time needed to do the job correctly. We have had some very poor duct cleaners in the past that did nothing much for us. Until Power Vac cleaned our ducts, I had no idea what a "true" duct cleaning entailed. Almost immediately I noticed an improvement in our air quality. I strongly recommend this company for high quality duct cleaning. We will definitely hire them again for future duct cleaning.

After a couple years, we called Power Vac again for air duct cleaning. Thank you Jon and Jayden for doing a great job with my house. Really nice guys. Highly recommend Power Vac. Cost is reasonable.

My wife and I moved into our home last Nov. We completed many renovations that included lots of dust and the vents and returns likely were never serviced, at least not for a LONG time.
So, I decided that I wanted my vents to be cleaned. After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!

We used Power Vac and had a very positive experience! When I submitted our information online to get a quote, I got a call back almost instantly. The woman I talked to was super informative and helpful. John + Jayden came out to our house and were extremely efficient, professional and extremely nice! There is a reason this business has been operating for so long.

Can't begin to say how satisfied we were with (Matt & Jason) the team from Power Vac. Very thorough and considerate during the whole process. I strongly recommend Power Vac. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Mary, the receptionist, was very helpful. Kenny, the technician, was on time, friendly and did an excellent job cleaning our long overdue ducts. I will call them for their service in the future and recommend Power Vac to others.

Andres and Vlad arrived on time. They were very nice and always had a smile on their faces. They explained to me what they would be doing and would be giving me updates throughout the process. They worked diligently and efficiently. They explained each step they were taking to clean the ducts. They showed me what they removed from the ducts, which was very little. They cleaned up after they were done, I thank you for that. I would recommend Better Air Northwest to do your duct work. They were GREAT!!!

Power Vac was subcontracted by a company not to be mentioned. Jaden and John from Power VAC cleaned our HVAC ducting and did a great job! They were here for at least 5 hours working on our system and were very personable, professional and reasonably priced. I would hire them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

John and Jayden were fantastic. They were informative, personable, polite, and knew what they were doing. I felt like I was getting the best service possible. The price was very competitive too.
