Matt was awesome! My dryer ducts have never been more clean!

Excellent service.... very professional work for a decent price! If anyone in the Portland, OR, metropolitan area needs to have an exorcism performed on the ducts in their residence, then look no further... this is the company who will leave you satisfied because of their quality and integrity!

The scheduling and timely reminder of the appointment were well arranged.

Jason and Matt arrived on time at 8 am on November 26, 2024. They were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented and considerate, and took very good care of my condo with the paints, beige wool carpets and fine furnishings.

The cleaning of the eight air vents and the furnace were very well done with the clean equipment and drop clothes. Each step was explained in detail to me. Drop clothes with dirt and particles left on the patio floors from the cleaning were all carefully removed.

I wholeheartedly recommend the excellent and professional service that I have experienced. To me, Jason and Matt make a great team.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Jonathan and Jayden went above and beyond. Moved into a new house a couple days ago and there were nests and rodent skeletons and more in the vents….disgusting!!! Friendliest folks ever, felt like they were really taking care of me and my new home. All that and half the price I thought I was gonna pay. I was afraid to sleep with the AC at night because I didn't trust the air from the vents. In the past we had it cleaned but the companies who did the work never really cleaned all the way through. They just cleaned a few feet from the register.  This last hot spell motivated me to find someone who would do the job right. I did my homework and searched all the usual places and checked for reviews, ratings and complaints with BBB.  The time I spent was well worth it. I decided on Matt Jeppesen from Power Vac LLC. He arrived and in his no-nonsense way attacked the job. My husband and I were impressed with his tools and attitude. He did such a thorough job, I could immediately tell how much cleaner my air was. And his price was so reasonable. I had checked with other companies, and many wanted twice as much.   Matt is an authentic, honest and hard-working guy. I couldn't recommend this company more highly!

They did a duct/furnace cleaning for a small house project for me. Overall excellent IMO - the guy was friendly, efficient and informative. He arrived and finished up exactly within the estimated time frame and the cost was slightly less than the estimate, including a small extra service required at the furnace.

No issues at all with cleanliness, but I did lay out some construction paper in areas that led to the vents, but everyone should do this when any trades come into the house - it's cheap and fast and protects rugs and flooring.

Would certainly hire again.

Power Vac cleaned our long-neglected HVAC ducts and dryer vent yesterday, and they did a fine job. The two-person crew was prompt, professional, polite, and respectful of our property. Power Vac was recommended to us by Rose Heating, another excellent Portland company that has tended to our furnace and central AC for years. It was a great recommendation; I have no hesitation in passing it along to whomever needs duct services.

Can't rave enough. Had yelp send out requests to multiple companies for duct work cleaning. Matt responded almost immediately. He was by far the most reasonably priced and also had a special that included dryer vent cleaning as well. He was available to come the following day at 8am. How could I say no?

He showed up the next day exactly on time, walked the home and then got to work. He found some unexplained rust at the bottom of our furnace. He had a theory about why it was there and after the work was done in the house, turned things on to try and prove or disprove the theory with our AC. I’m grateful because now I know there is an issue and can get it resolved before the summer when we will need the AC. He also found that our ducts were not connected under one room of our home. He let me know and then offered to repair them for a minute additional expense. Done! He even tried to fix a weatherproofing strip that popped up while he was here!

Overall, I will keep this company name and number for future work and recommend them to anyone and everyone that asks. It's rare to find someone that does what they say and goes above and beyond anymore but power vac does.

Jason and Matt did excellent work at our house last week. They were courteous and respectful of us and professional on the job, plus super clean. Did not have to vacuum up after them! Heard a strange noise the following day, discovered our little prayer flags in the bathroom were flapping away in the newly strong breeze from the clean vent!

Jayden and John cleaned the duct work at my house. Very professional, kind & they did a thorough job. My dog kept getting in their business and they were both great with her, highly recommend.

Wow, how can duct cleaning be this difficult?Came home and found dust and debris all over my bathroom counter and floor. Reviewed camera footage and they did not seal all air registers to have the most amount of suction at the air register being cleaned. Imagine a vacuum hose with multiple holes in it, obviously the suction at the end will be compromised until you cover the holes.

Changing the return air filter was included in the service, they stripped the top lever to lock the door against the filter. No mention of that after their service. I reached out to NADCA for them to review their accreditation

We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Polar Heating & Cooling, and they recommended Power Vac LLC to clean our ductwork and vents. Mary immediately responded to my inquiry, we were able to schedule the work promptly and within our available timetable, and the estimate was very reasonable. There was even a discount for the referral from Polar. John and Jaden arrived on time and were wonderful to work with. They were thorough in their cleaning of the system, communicative throughout the process and were especially friendly with our pups. We will most definitely be working with them again for routine maintenance in the future.

This team is honestly the best!! If you are thinking about an hvac company to come and service your home, this is the one to go with! They called to put us on the schedule and were able to come out same day, the technicians John and Jaeden were absolutely phenomenal! They were kind and very courteous and were explaining the process every step of the way to make sure we were informed and satisfied. And let me tell you, we are EXTREMELY satisfied with their service and will definitely call them again when we need some more hvac/duct assistance in the future!
