This has been our "go to" company for any problems with our hvac system for several years. They have always given us fast (usually same day), excellent service and have always been able to fix the problem with reasonable charges.

The technicians have always been professional, kind and do a great job.

Wonderful - I can't believe the promptness & quality of T & C's service.My HVAC stopped working & after calling several companies, with service time 2 - 3 weeks off. I called T & C, they scheduled me for about a week out, but said if a cancellation came up they'd let me know. A couple of days later on a Thursday, I got a call with a opening the next day - AWESOME

Utilized this company for an emergency fire sprinkler repair. Experience was amazing. Gal in dispatch was extremely helpful. Gentleman by the name of Jacob even texted me before heading out. After calling 4 plumbers, they were able to fit me in the following day. Amazing service!!! Would strongly recommend!

Jake came out to replace a leaky fire sprinkler head in our home. Appt communication (with Caty) was great, including fielding emails from me about the part needed etc. Jake had an earlier slot available on the day of service so called me to see if I wanted to have him come out right away. 30mins later he was at my house. With 22yrs of experience, he knows what he’s doing. I did appreciate that he listened to me explain how my home was plumbed for the sprinkler system as it was not separate from the main water line nor did it have a separate riser. Bottom line, I was hoping it was just a leaking joint between the head and the pipe. Jake thoroughly investigated and put together a new head/connector assembly and got it installed quickly. So far not a drop of water, but we’ll be monitoring. Most appreciated was how he didn’t just start cutting into the drywall and went down the path of least invasive first. Others would’ve probably cut away to give themselves more working room. Bottom line, Vanport is highly recommended by me!

VanPort came out same day, diagnosed my heater problem and replaced the ignition unit. Efficient and reasonable price, although the igniter part was somewhat more expensive than expected. But skilled and friendly help from the service person who came out. Thank you.

Not only did Damian arrive ten minutes early, he was willing and able to perform a maintenance check after fixing our cooling system. Price was reasonable too! Great experience.

I have used multiple HVAC companies in the past with poor results. Vanport Mechanical was able to address the issues I was having, provide a quick fix and were extremely timely in doing so. I highly recommend them.

John was fantastic. Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year, which was a Friday in December. John showed up at 6:00 p.m., analyzed the issue and got it fixed expeditiously. It was not an easy diagnosis of the problem and required new parts. He did the analysis quickly and had the part in his truck. He saved the day.

Jon did the annual maintenance on my gas fireplace. He does it every year and it has always been an excellent, professional job.

We had this company service our heating and a/c unit and couldn't have been happier. During the inspection the tech discovered that our igniter was cracked (our heater would not have worked when the weather cooled down) My husband happened to be home that day and was standing there when the cover was removed and sure enough he saw the crack at the same time the tech did. We feel that we received a very fair price - were not taken advantage of (which we could have been). The tech was Jon J and he was very professional and was very experienced. We will definitely be enrolling in the annual service program and are so happy we found a reliable, honest and fair company for our HAC needs. THANKS A BUNCH TOWN & COUNTRY - FROM THE NORTON FAMILY.

Jake was on time and very friendly, he was very knowledgeable at servicing our fire sprinkler system, honest and straight forward. He was missing a couple needed supplies and had to go back to his shop to get them.
I definitely would recommend Jake and Vanport Mechanical.

Damian checked our HVAC system and replaced our non-functioning thermostat. He also recommended an outside temperature sensor, this allows our heat pump to work more efficiently and save us money. He was prompt, professional and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend Damian and Vanport for Furnace and A.C. work. Thanks, Steve.

John was great at respecting our home while he did a thorough job inspecting and maintaining the HVAC equipment. Now we have a perfectly comfortable climate controlled environment. Vanport is the best.

Jon with Vanport Mechanical and Fire Sprinkler has worked with us a few times now to keep our 20 year old heat pumps running. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. The company's customer service is absolutely excellent. Highly recommend them!

We have had Vanport, formerly Town & Country, service and repair our HVAC since we bought our home 6 years ago. They have always been good, but this last experience was exceptional. It' s a long story, but we were selling our house and the buyer's inspector insisted there was something wrong with our unit when there is nothing wrong with it. After having Damian come service and check the unit in the morning, VanPort sent him back a second time just to ensure that the buyer's claims were inaccurate as well as had another service technician and manager review all the pictures. They even bought a new carbon monoxide detector as part of their return call to make sure there were no leaks. VanPort then sent us all our warranty information and service information that we could give the new owners to put their mind at ease. They even called to follow up with me to make sure we had everything we need. Their service exceeded my expectations.

Damian was friendly, helpful and informative. He made sure that we understood everything he was doing and answered all of our questions very professionally. I would recommend Vanport to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

We have yearly maintenance on our heat pump done by Vanport Mechanical and even through the extreme hot weather we had last summer, our heat pump continued to perform. We have been pleased with the service from Vanport Mechanical from installation of our heat pump to annual maintenance, pleasant, reliable, competent service personnel. If I could give them more stars I would.

Our Furnace went out and Vanport Mechanical was able to get us an appt the same day we called. Our service tech Damian B. actually arrive early, fixed the problem quickly, he was very personable, friendly and honest. This is our second time using Vanport Mechanical with Damian B. as the service tech. We will continue using them for our future furnace needs
