The technician (Mark) was on time, professional in appearance, well spoken and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and told us some maintenance tips for our furnace to keep it running.

Jonathan called back just a few minutes after I contacted their after hours mesage center. He gave me several options and the immediate service call was the lowest cost, which was quite remarkable. He swapped out the defective capacitor, checked out everything else, and we now have AC through out the house during the hottest day of the year (104 degrees today). The entire service call, from my initial contact to getting cold air running, took less than an hour. Unbelievable service from Entek, who we have been with for several decades. Way to go, Jonathan and Entek!

As a single female I typically expect to be taken advantage of when having work I done on my home. What a pleasant surprise when Entek arrived for a complete HVAC install that spanned 4 days. This included installation of gas lines duct work and vents, along with a new water heater. They were here everyday promptly and jumped right to work. They were respectful, professional, knowledgeable and communicated continually, throughout the project. They cleaned while they were working and honestly I couldn’t even tell they were there as they left no trace other than the work they got done that day. The team Ivo, Jack, Dennis, Garrett & Tyler were always pleasant, helpful and truly love their jobs. I work from home which was another dynamic they had to consider. They were proactive in coordinating “noisy work” at a time when I was not on a call. We were around one another for 4 full days and I just can’t say enough good things about my experience with this crew from Entek. Well done!!
