Jon always goes above and beyond. This time it was getting 2 filters delivered from the office so he could replace them while he was here. This an honest and reliable company

Vanport technician showed up on time to service our Fire Sprinkler system in our commercial building. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and described in layman's terms how system worked and recommended servicing.

This company was great, Technician was polite and updated me throughout the repair. They were able to come out next day after I called. They got my system working better than it was before. There was a small hiccup with the finalized invoice, I spoke with them and they fixed it very quickly.

Highly recommended. We had an emergency AC situation on a hot evening and John came out at 10pm and got the AC back up and running. We had them out again to do some maintenance - John was very thorough in explaining what the issues were and how he would address them and then got the system running better than it had run in years.
We've had excellent communication with all members of Vanport's staff, and will continue to use them for servicing and potentially a new install.

John Jefferies serviced & inspected our HVAC system he is very professional & explains things easily to understand.
The system needed a part and Sean drove 45 minutes to deliver it to our house.

Jon at Vanport has been a lifesaver on several times when our furnace or air conditioning has not been working, He even came out once in a terrible snowstorm. He knows all units and is very efficient in getting the job done. We don’t know what we would do without him.

Woke to a 63 degree house this morning! Called Vanport Mechanical & Fire Sprinkler Inc. Jon Jefferies arrived about 10 am and got us up warm again. This is a nice company to work with from the purchase of this heat pump system to yearly maintenance. They are very accommodating Jon you can’t retire!

Well I'm not sure about the quality of their work , buy their employees driving leaves a lot to be desired..Just today one of the Airx vans being driven by a guy was speeding , going across 2 or a lanes at a time , then flew in behind me and began to tail gate me very close. I had to brake for traffic and his van slammed ar I understand and swayed all over due to him slamming on his brakes to avoid hitting me

They were able to diagnose and fix the problem efficiently at a reasonable price. Easy to talk to. Clear explanations of what was needed.

Kyle just did the 6 month check/maintenance on my heating system, and he was flat out awesome! Efficient, easy to understand, professional and caring. A+ in my book!

Entek is always great to work with! Over the years, I’ve worked with many different local HVAC vendors - landing on Entek as the only one I’ll work with or recommend ever again. Top notch technicians, great service and responsiveness to problems - overall just a great company to work with!
You get what you pay for with HVAC systems - if the price seems too good to be true, think long and hard - as it probably is. Entek is very thorough with their quoting system, whereas other companies like to low ball quote without explaining where they’ve cut corners to get the price down. Entek never does that - and in the end, you’ll pay more working with anyone else.

Prompt service, professional maintenance on my heat pump, great follow up service call from Jeremy. I’m going to probably need a new heat pump here in the near future, and I Would feel comfortable getting it from you guys! Thanks for taking good care of me.

We had Nathan from Entek perform an annual inspection of our home's heating and cooling system. Nathan was on time and did a great job. He answered several questions I had about our Carrier units filter and operation. He also fixed a problem with the home ventilator door making it much easier to access the pre-ventilator filters. I highly recommend Entek Corporation for all of your heating and cooling services.

My experience with Entek was positive from start to finish. Out of the five companies we were choosing between, Jeremy with Entek was by far the most personable, respectful, and educational of them all. He spent as much time as we needed with him going over various options and what the pros and cons were. We ended up going back and forth over email discussing various options and I never felt pressured to make a decision or that I was being a burden by asking questions. He was always prompt with his replies. The same goes for Grace, the person who assisted with scheduling. Additionally, the team who came on site, Isaiah and crew, were all very professional and completed the project as expected. Entek's bid was competitive and service was great. I look forward to continuing to work with them to maintain the HVAC system they installed.
