Woke up Friday to a cold house. Called Entek they were able to dispatch a tech. Who immediately diagnosed the problem. A bad circulation fan. Older unit had to find a motor not easy. Found one special ordered it received it Monday. Installed on Wednesday. Dalton the tech followed all safety procedures. I'm a retired electrician so I know. Less than 6 days including the weekend. Dalton was extremely knowledgeable personal and professional. Very impressed with the service from the dispatcher and Dalton. THANK YOU TO THE ENTEK TEAM!

Entek originally helped us by diagnosing and repairing a problem with my heat pump another HVAC company could not find. When I decided to replace with a new system they gave me a reasonable quote on an upgraded system. The installers were professional and efficient. It was found that the original wiring was not correct so their electrician replaced that. I have been saving money on my electric bill ever since.

They had a tech out within hours of calling. Turned out we needed a new motor and they were able to source it and have it installed the next evening. Jonathan, our tech, was very professional and informative. Will definitely call them if anything else comes up.

Jonathan came out to work on my mini-split that wasn’t producing heat. He was very personable and was able to quickly assess the problem. He provided a quick fix to get heat going in my house. I highly recommend him in the future.

Entek had been doing mainly for years and have been very pleased. A month ago my air conditioning would not work. Turns out Bandai’s would have cost over half of the cost to replace furnace and ac. I chose complete replacement as was original from 1999. Entek was awesome. Had it all installed first day then tested overnight to see if held pressure. Finished up the next morning. Answered all my questions and have explanations I could understand. They are a great group at Entek. Highly recommend. Inspection this morning. Took all of two minutes. Said their work is always well done.

I highly recommend Entek after a service call and repair on my heat pump. I was lucky to find Entek, a company that I have come to trust and feel good about recommending. The service tech, Mark, performed a diagnostic and subsequent repair for me this week. In the end, I am confident in the work performed and I appreciated his knowledge, workmanship, and professionalism

EDIT: I got a call from the company wanting to make everything right. I wasn't expecting that at all. We came to a resolution and I have changed my 1 star rating to 4 stars.

We were still under warranty when our heat pump started acting up so I called to get it looked at. The technician was very polite. He called to make sure we were still under warranty which we were. He said the parts are covered but not the labor. I was ok with that. 5 or 6 months went by without getting any sort of bill. Then all of a sudden we got a collections bill. I check the mail frequently and I know we never got a bill from Entek. And the bill was over $900. I called Entek to see what the deal was. She told me only one of the parts was under warranty and I was responsible for the rest, plus the labor. If I would have know I would be forking over a grand for something that was supposedly "covered" under warranty I would have called someone else.

I have another company I usually use but when we had a issue with our system my usual company couldn't get to me for several days. Giving them credit they are a really small company but I needed my system fixed asap. I called Entek and they came out right away. I was very happy with the service and price.

Great Service, Both Techs that came out knew what they were doing and were very polite and professional. Price was close to the same as other competitors in the area. I would recommend Entek (Longview) for all your heating and cooling needs and maintenance.

We needed some minor repairs to our HVAC and Entek was responsive and quickly sent a Technician. Our repair was done by Jonathan and he did a great job and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend Entek and Jonathan to all my friends and neighbors.

Entek recently replaced my gas furnace and I was pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. I wanted at least 3 quotes before making a decision and Entek was first back with a quote, had the most professional proposal and had the middle price quote of the three received. The lowest quote was a second tier brand, and the installer did not qualify to get the $800 rebate from the gas utility. Additionally, Entek does not charge an extra fee for a credit card. So, net, Entek was only a few hundred dollars more for a premium brand.
Entek also measured to make sure a future AC replacement would be an easy installation as the new refrigerants require a bigger coil box, so the furnace was mounted to accommodate a larger box when the need arises. Entek also objectively measured the duct leakage and filed the paperwork for the rebate. The work area was left clean.

Our 90% efficient furnace seems to freeze up during cold temps and accumulate sludge which requires extra maintenance. Mark did an excellent job cleaning up the system. Especially appreciated during this cold snap. He has noted on our service records to clean the condensation pipes as part of our regular maintenance. Appreciate attention to that detail to keep the system running smoothly.

There are many HVAC companies in the Portland-Vancouver area, but you can't find a better one than Entek. From the sales rep, Jeremy, to the installation crew led by Ivo, all were excellent, thoroughly professional and experienced, always polite, and patient in answering questions and explaining everything to us. It took two full days to complete the installation, because we opted to replace all three pieces at the same time (furnace, A.C., water heater) and thereby save substantial money. And we got top-of-the line equipment with Carrier brand. We're totally satisfied and thankful we chose Entek. Highly recommend them.

My wife and I had a probably 25 year old heat pump backed up by an oil burner which served as the air handler. The original oil tank had been decommissioned and in it's place was a 185 gallon free-standing tank. Too small to even have the oil company put on auto-fill or offer a discount for quantity. All in all, a horrible set-up. For the last five years, we'd had the heat pump go out and we'd do some lousy (but expensive) repair and then say we needed to get that thing replaced. Finally did it. Heard about Entek from our neighbors and read reviews after we'd had another firm tell us they would need to use all new ducting if they did a replacement. Entek told us, they'd work with our existing ducting. We got a quote, a little less than the other firm, but not much less and we spec'ed a nice Mitsubishi "hyperheat" unit. Our salesman was Jeremy (thoroughly nice guy who new his business) and lead was Igor (absolutely competent). When Igor and crew showed up we had for almost a week Igor, Emory, and Isaiah and one other fellow who was also really nice and had a strong back - and those guys removed the oil burner (an unbelievably heavy furnace/firebox from 1957), and the tank. Hauled those off, put up brand new spiral ducting along one wall, attached almost all of it up in the joists (daylight basement) and connected it to the existing ducting. It looks amazing if you like sort of industrial looking stuff. And, it works amazingly. So quiet. After the rattle and hum of the old heat pump and oil burner it's just startling how quiet it is. And, we've had a little cold snap with temps in the high 20's and no problem handling the heat. Overall, couldn't be happier with the system as spec'ed and installed by Entek. Oh yeah, and Grace is very competent on the phone scheduling and such. And Craig their electrician was also great, super clean work and fast. Fast on the job and words per minute too. Enjoyed all these folks. These guys are pros, work like it, act like it, and will earn your business if you check them out. Absolutely 5 stars.

Edward was very professional and prompt. Educated me and answered all my questions. I never had a heat pump type system so this is a new experience for us since we bought this new home. I had 3 different systems that needed both inspection and repairs. The guys were extremely professional, thorough, and explained everything in detail. In 40 years I have never had this level of service for my HVAC needs and I can say that Entek is the only company I will be using from here on out. They found issues that were affecting the quality of my home heating and air quality, and were meticulous in the work that they did, some of which will be completed next week. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend them-consummate professionals.
