I needed better lighting in my daylight basement, and better outlets. Sebastian and Jason were very helpful, offering great advice on what I needed (since I am not an electrical expert), and then following through to check and install new light fixtures and outlets. They provided excellent and reassuring help during a stressful time. I will be calling them for any additional help!

I am very happy with the service I received from Heatguy LLC. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly identified my problem which was a refrigerant leak.

I was unfortunate to have my unit break during a major cold spell so they were busier than usual, but they were still very responsive and scheduled me in as soon as they could. I'm extremely happy
they are willing to work on Mr Cool equipment.

Hopefully I will not have the need to, but I would gladly hire them again to repair my equipment.

Had problem with furnance in new house: Andrew fixed, and took the time to explain specifics about the system to me. He also checked on AC and provided advice. Really appreciate the fast service, local knowledge of Lennar houses, and expertise.

Andrew came out to the house and quickly assessed my issue! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had me squared away in about 20 minutes. It’s always nice to have someone who likes to help people! We need more Andrew’s in this world. I will definitely call upon hear guy I. The future for all of my HVAC needs!!!

My A/C capacitor failed overnight, and they were able to visit in the morning. I’ve always gotten a steady service, but this time they excelled

We had a Mr. Cool DIY system installed by our general contractor, but shortly after setup, it displayed an error code.
We reached out to several heating and cooling companies for help, but no one would touch it. All we heard were negative comments about Mr. Cool, and not a single company was willing to assist.
Thankfully, we found Heat Guy LLC, and they were absolutely fantastic. Jake and Chris came out, diagnosed the issue, and got the system working—all without a single negative comment or complaint. They were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing.

We couldn’t be more grateful for their help and highly recommend Heat Guy LLC for anyone needing HVAC service, especially when others say no.

I installed my Mr. Cool system and there was a warranty problem right away. Jake and Chris came out and did a full diagnostic and communicated with Mr. Cool to get the right part here and they installed a fancy new thermostat...the service was FANTASTIC and the price was just AMAZING! I'll call them every time! They are in Vancouver and I'm in Hillsboro and they made the trip and did the work cheerfully!

Dustin and his team did the HVAC work (2 mini splits with ducting) for our new two story home in Maupin, Oregon. The work was excellent and he was great to work with.

So very glad I found the "Heat Guy" in Vancouver, WA. Their claim of "Local, Honest, & Professional" is absolutely true. To compare & contrast them w/ my 4 other company bids clearly proved my "best choice" of the "Heat Guy". With several option plans, I chose the Mitsubishi HVAC ductless 3 mini split heads & condenser for my 1958 brick cottage to upgrade my old broken system. I am amazed how comfortable my home now is. My only regret is not finding them sooner. To Dustin, Chelsey, Chris. Brendan, Andrew, Tyler, & Nate, I am so very grateful for your excellence & service. Bravo.

Great company! I called and was able to make an appointment with ease. They were one week out so I took the first appointment available they had for Vancouver Washington. Andrew and Tyler called me day of and let me know when they were leaving their last site to let me know what their ETA was for our appointment. They were efficient, respectful of time, had great communication, and cleaned up the site better than they found it. I will be using them again! *They are having issues with their phone system and working to correct it, so be patient and persistent.
