Supermen provided excellent service and pricing on a new furnace and AC unit. An air purifier and air filter box were provided without extra charge. A higher capacity AC unit was provided without extra charge. Supermen worked on the weekend to complete the installation. Oscar Interiano chased down my dog after she escaped from our home. Had Oscar out for a system replacement and a new vent into a room a few years back. Turns out he didn't install the correct heat strip package for our home and we never had electric heat kicking on. He also didn't set up the thermostat to notice that there were heat strips.

On top of that, we had my licensed electrician check over everything and he found that wiring was done incorrectly. Oscar is NOT a licensed electrician and HVAC installers are NOT supposed to touch anything after the disconnect.

We also found that Oscar had no idea what he was doing when installing duct work. He cut a hole in our existing ducting and forced a piece of cheap ducting into it and thought there would be airflow, instead of putting in the correct diverter box for ducting.

Oh, did I forget to mention that his contracting license has MULTIPLE violations? Yeah, probably should have noticed that from the start.

I am always very uncomfortable with any worker in my home. The owner, Oscar and his crew were very accommodating and made me feel very safe. They also, did the job I needed done very well and so quickly. Oscar, not only was on time, but finished the job early and instructed me on how to use it in terms that were easy to follow. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a repair job or full installation of a heating/air system. Very professional, timely, and cost efficient.

This company seemed helpful at first. They were quicker to come out and check the HVAC and get us set up with a new one then the other companies could. However, when the system they installed began having problems they weren't sure how to fix it and eventually stopped taking my calls. I have been unable to get a hold of them since about July of 2023.

Thank you Oscar and crew for the wonderful addition of a dual fuel system and air conditioning. We have been enjoying the wonderful air and super quiet system. Not only did we get an amazing price compared to other competitors but they were efficient fast and friendly. If you want high quality and super efficiency these are the guys to call. Our bill barely went up and we are super comfortable in this heat. This is the place to go for a great deal and for high quality work and equipment. Also with the air scrubber included we have noticed a huge change with our allergies and i dont have a worry any day with my allergies!

When he first showed up he was so patient with me, a first time home owner with a billion and three questions. We shopped around at a couple of places and Oscar at Supermen Heating & AC was very knowledgeable and professional. The price for equipment and installation was almost half the price of one company we looked at. I like that being a small business owner makes him very conscious about how satisfied his customers are with the products and services they are receiving. He checks in consistently to keep you updated for time-frames of arrivals, who you should be expecting, and follows up to make sure the install went well and even after that will still check in to make sure the system is working as expected. Any questions we had, even after normal business hours were answered over text or with a call the next day. I would absolutely recommend his company to anyone in need of any HVAC repair, replacement or maintenance.

My furnace stopped working the weekend before the snow was to show up. I tried to fix it, but did not work. Called Superman Heating, after reading the reviews. The reviews were not wrong. They showed up that day, on time. He walked me through the process as he did his work. Teaching me what I could do next time. He never tried to upsell me, instead showing me, how I can save money.
He fixed the issue in 40 mins. Then when he told me the bill, it was at least $100 less than I had hoped to pay.
I would tell anyone, to use this company. They were fast, honest and fair.

Our old heat pump broke right on time in the middle of winter colds. We tried other companies but the wait time was for 2 weeks. This company immediately sent a specialist and started acting right away. They gave us the best quote and showed excellent customer service and profesionalism. We highly recommend Supermen Heating and Air.

Oscar is the absolute best! He has been our HVAC guy for several years. He knows his stuff, he is honest, he is hardworking.

Came back home at 10 pm from a trip to Idaho to learn my heat pump had gone out and the house was 85 degrees. Oscar came out at 11 pm, and charged a minimal service call fee. The v ery next morining he installed a new system at the lowest cost I had ever been quoted. Then he came back the day after that to clean the internal system, to extend its life and save me from having to replace it too. I do not write reviews, this is the first time I felt so compelled to do so. It the best service and price I have ever experienced. I will not call another shop again. I will call Oscar.

Our AC stopped working early Saturday afternoon. Oscar answered our call and was out within a couple hours. Replaced a struggling capacitor on the spot, educated us a ton on HVAC upkeep, inspected our gas heater and cleaned coils. House was cooling off before he even left.

5 star same-day service on a Saturday evening! Definitely not something you’ll find from the big companies. We called one before calling Supermen and they just took our info and said someone would call to schedule in a couple days, and they’d be scheduling out a couple days from there, which doesn’t help much when you’re boiling in your own home 🤣

Do yourself a favor and call Supermen. Get way better and more timely service while supporting a small local business.

Oscar was super helping in getting my Mitsubishi Electric split system back up and running during this heat wave. We talked on the phone and tried to troubleshoot different options for the heat pump since I replaced the disconnect switch. Oscar came after hours to come solve my issue. He checked all the different options it could be and finally he figured out that downstairs there was a reconnect button that reset the wireless controller. I’m very grateful that I was able to have Oscar solve my problem as I called other larger companies but they didn’t seem as personable. Oscar is there to solve your hvac needs and he even showed me about the filer systems that I will need to replace after the summer to keep things running smooth. Don’t call the other big companies, help your local small business supermen :)

I called Supermen heating and cooling. It was later at night and he try to help me over the phone but my thermostat didn't have emergency heat mode. So it was going to freeze that night so he said I will come out tonight to make sure you have heat for the night. That was greatly appreciated. He found the problem on the heat pump. It was a bad defrost control board system. So heat got the emergency heat working so we would have heat . He came back in a few days and Installed the new defrost control board. He gave me a discount which I was grateful for. He did a great job would highly recommend using Supermen heating and cooling.

I have been using Superman heating for years. Oscar has always been helpful and prompt. Got the work done in a timely fashion and very affordable.

Our A/C went out during a recent hot spell. We called EJ and he came out that afternoon. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the part, and had us back up and running within a couple of hours. He took the time to clearly explain to me everything he was doing in order to repair the problem. His fee for work performed was very fair. I highly recommend him if you have an HVAC issue.
