My ductless AC went out right at the last few weeks of summer. That was our hottest days. I got some quotes from bigger name companies and EJ Ideal Heating & Cooling's cost for the repair AND maintenance was less than half of what the other copies offered for just repair. Scheduling and service was prompt and professional. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Estaban does great work, and his bid was very competitive with the 3 other contractors I solicited. He took the time to explain to me the pro's and cons of different heat/cooling systems, and price differences. I did the electrical work myself (permitted), and I enjoyed working along side him. I recommend him.

I was referred to EJs by my neighbor Aaron who owns ecoNW after calling a few places who were booked out. Luckily it landed us here and we are so pleased and thankful for EJs Sebastian came the same day and fixed our heater problem, cleaned it out and replaced the filter upstairs he was extremely professional and kind thank you for your work! We will be needing a new A/C unit in the future but we know who to call now!

Esteban was fantastic! He provided a competitive bid and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. It took him only three days to install everything, including two mini-split heads and eight ducts!

I couldn't be happier with the results. My new HVAC system is finally installed, and I can feel the difference right away!

Our older home had radiant ceiling heat and we were looking to upgrade our system. We had 5 different companies come out to give us bids and EJ stood out to us immediately because he didn’t have the “high powered” sales pitch that others had. He really listened to us and was genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution for our home and budget. He was so patient with us and quick to respond as we asked him multiple questions over the course of our week-long decision making process.

He had many options for us and we ultimately decided on a traditional vented heat pump which meant ductwork would also need to be installed. His team was quick, CLEAN, and even went out of their way to help time their work in one of the bedrooms so that one of my grandkiddos would be able to take his nap!

Shane and Ty, the techs, came over to fix a non-functioning furnace. They were professional, competent, and answered all of our questions. Shane offered to vacuum some insulation up before they left!

This was a 5 star experience! The techs Shane and Ty were amazing. They took the time to troubleshoot multiple scenarios and were able to get my system up and running. Their teamwork was great and efficient. Shane also went above and beyond in walking me through what the issues were and giving me tips on how to help prevent some issues in the future. Honest and informative made my service call a success.
