Our technician, Shane did a great job. He ran the system diagnostics, found the problem and fixed it on the spot. He also performed maintenance and cleaning to our HVAC system. I would recommend Sure Tech to anyone in need of this type of service. Ask for Mr. Shane Edwards he did a great job!

We had Sure Tech install a duct-less mini split system in our home. Justin was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the options available to us. His bid for the job was in the middle range of our many bids and he was very accommodating of our requirements. Shane, the installer was great, he was very conscientious and paid attention to the details, cleaned up after himself and showed respect for us and our home. They were both very responsive to any concerns we may have had. We love our new Daikin system and I would highly recommend Sure Tech for any HVAC needs.

Shane has needed to come out multiple times to troubleshoot mysterious issues (which has now been fixed!) we were having with our unit. He’s always been very professional and explains what he finds and next steps to resolve. We are glad to have our unit working again!

Shane was great—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He unclogged the drain lines so my mini-split units could run again, explained everything in plain terms, and used gentle, low-odor products instead of harsh chemicals. He also provided clear options and estimates for a deep cleaning to improve efficiency and air quality. I also appreciated that the office responded quickly to my voicemail and scheduled service promptly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Shane Edwards from SureTech Heating and Cooling. Our heat went out 2 weeks ago while in 48-56 degree weather, these guys worked us into their schedule short notice within 2 days and replaced our old cracked and broken furnace. Furnace is working great now.

Justin and Shane were excellent with explaining what was wrong with the old furnace and how to best maintain a healthy new furnace.

We had two mini spit heat pump systems installed last spring by Sure Tech heating and cooling and I would recommend them. They were very good to work with and the price was reasonable. They knew what they were doing very well and we have been happy with the units last summer and this winter.

Shane and Ty were lovely. They were polite and answered all of my questions. Shane took the time to walk me through how to use the new thermostat. The ac unit looks great. I recommend!

Sorry for such a delay, got a newborn so get side tracked very easily, but October 10th Shane Edward's came and did a routine maintenance check on our unit, he was very fast and as quiet as he could be. Having a newborn i appreciated the ease, just had to open the garage for him and he took care of the rest! He was very nice and had great communication. Made sure to give us a 30 minute heads up of when he'd be there and he was on time :)) thank you for such quick and good service! :)

If anyone is on the fence about getting a Halo installed, I assure you it's worth it! They really work! Our household of three has only been sick once since getting one. Do yourselves a favor, get one ASAP!

We moved into a new home and the HVAC system needed some minor repairs, so we scheduled a service with Suretech. In between scheduling and the appointment, I completely bungled the instal of a new Ecobee thermostat, so there was more to fix than expected. Shane was super knowledgable and really helped us out and went out of his way to source the proper parts that we needed rather than getting the easily available generic parts and modifying them to fit. Great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Can't recommend enough. Things are warm and cozy now, thanks Shane!

We called after hours about needing service for our HVAC. Response time was impressive, they were out to help the very next day. Communication was great, updating us on a time frame. Our techs that came out, Shane and Cole were knowledgeable and respectful. We appreciated their attention to detail and tips on what to do next time. Would highly recommend this company all around!

The SureTech team has been incredible to work with. Of course the furnace went out over the weekend and Justin the owner was out quickly. Unfortunately, we needed extra parts, but his team got out first thing on Monday. The issue was more complex but Shane and Cole did an awesome job! Great communication and customer service!
