Techs were awesome! Chris came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning out ducts and replacing possibly moving our furnace out of the attic. Rico and Brock came out and got our ducts clean and we couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend!

Chris was very professional and speedy. He cleared out the clog in my toilet immediately, explained in layman’s terms how he did so, and was fantastic all around.

Had a great experience with Sarkinen! Scheduling was easy and the front office was very professional and responsive. Rico came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my wine cellar cooling unit. He was terrific! Will be calling them again when the need arises!

Rico was amazing at assessing and fixing my electrical problems with my furnace and thermostat. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all my questions! This involved him getting in and out of my crawl space multiple times which he did with a smile. Even complimented me about how well lit my crawl space was. Chris, Rico’s manager, has also been on site here, and he is a quality individual with “knock it out of the park”customer care skills. So, it’s nice to know that Chris has built such a quality team. I would be very happy to work with Rico again. My expectations have been exceeded!

Taylor did an outstanding job on our HVAC tuneup and explaining what he did and some add ons that we can think about.
Daniel stopped by part way through and explained everything about the maintenance program and when I asked about changing batteries in a smoke alarm that’s pretty high, he said they would do it and added it to the notes telling any technician that comes out to check and see if we need any batteries changed.
Definitely service above and beyond.

I had a great experience with Chris from Sarkinen Plumbing! He did a FABULOUS job unclogging my sink. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, respectful, and very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. Chris was also incredibly clean and made sure everything was spotless when he finished the job. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. I’ll definitely be using his services from here on out. Highly recommend!

These guys went above and beyond. After another cut rate installer did shoddy work, we replaced that system and these guys did great work and provided great service. We should have worked with Sarkinen from the beginning.

Sarkinen did a great job! Front staff/dispatchers were kind, Chris really went the extra mile to get the clog cleared, and Daniel was prompt and efficient when doing the camera scope. Both were very informative and clear about costs and what needed to be done. While we still will need more work done, which of course is never good news, we can at least know we have an honest and great company to get the job done.

Sean and Fernando from Sarkinen HVAC did a large ducting/zoning project at my home. They had to work in a cramped, hot, dusty attic to get the job done. They were friendly, polite and kept me informed. They had to make extra trips for missing parts, which made the workday longer. But they remained cheerful. The new system is working fine!

Sarkinen’s installation team did an amazing job putting in a new heat pump in my 100-year-old home. It’s a massive upgrade and I think it was a bit of a challenging job for them, considering it was originally an oil heated system. They were very professional, tidy and helpful every step of the way. That goes for the sales process as well. Thanks for bringing us into the 21st century.

Eli from TrueAir PDX was very professional and was able to clear out the vent in about 90 minutes. He showed me the compacted area and the final product. Made sure it was cleared. Very friendly.

This company has been great in providing service. Techs and installers were all very nice, informative, and enthusiastic about what they do. Got a new heater in what I thought was record time. Look forward to working with them in the future.
