My company uses 100tons of cooling, mixed conventional and splits. Mike and his team are always on the ready to troubleshoot any repairs and provide all preventative maintenance necessary to keep my operation running smoothly.

The service and options provided to us by Alpine Mechanical were not only welcome but made it feel like they truely cared about our team. The were professional and kina, things not always available in the world we live in.

Called on short notice on a Friday and they were able to get us scheduled the same day for our heating problem. Prompt, Honest, Reasonable, and Reliable. We would highly recommend Alpine for their superior work.

They were so kind and professional! We had our AC go out and they made it work to get out ASAP!! They communicated so effectively! Our tech was running late ( which we were just grateful he was even coming) and texted to let us know. Showed up was very kind- got everything fixed up and new parts installed within an hour. Cannot say enough positive things about alpine, and specifically Lavelle! We call them any time we have fireplace or cooling issues and they always offer quick appointments, and have always went above and beyond to get our unit fixed. Our most recent issue was addressed by a technician named Nick who was also fantastic! Very knowledgeable and upfront about everything that was being done!

We recently hired Alpine Mechanical Services to cap off a gas line. Their technician Nick is very capable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Excellent communication skills. We will definitely hire them again.

Our heat pump system, under warranty had several parts burn up.Lavell was able to replace the bad parts needed and its operating again. He was able to refund the money spent on the parts. He has good knowledge and know how.

I had a wonderful experience working with Lavelle and Alpine Mechanical! They were considerate, efficient and pleasant to be around. They fully installed two mini split heating/cooling pumps with the outdoor unit in only one day! I am very satisfied with their service and the continuation of care they provide even after the install.

They are professional friendly knowledgeable at all times. I had them repair my HVAC last year and signed up for their regular service as well. They did maintenance and cleaning of my condenser this year. They are not cheap but do what I believe is required to maintain my system in good working order.

Lavelle replied to a request on social media for a good HVAC person to help with heater outage. It was a Saturday. Fully repaired within 2 hours and not at all expensive!! I was so grateful!! Also impressed with the professionalism he displayed. Highly recommended!!

The service tech, Darrin, was incredibly kind, respectful, and knowledgeable, and he was able to get her heat back up and running the same day. Alpine Mechanical Service is fast, reliable, and efficient. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I’ve had Alpine Mechanical working on my heat pump since November, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the company and the technicians—especially Darren and Nick.

From the start, they were professional, conscientious, and clearly very knowledgeable. What stood out most was their honesty. They could have easily pushed me toward replacing my entire system, but instead they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and worked hard to extend the life of my existing heat pump. That meant a lot to me, and it showed real integrity.

Darren and Nick went above and beyond—staying late, putting in extra effort, and making sure the system was actually fixed and running properly. They were friendly, hardworking, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on at every step. Pricing was very fair, and they were understanding and transparent throughout the process.

As a company, Alpine Mechanical was also extremely prompt. Each time I called for service, they either had someone out the same day or the very next day. Nick even tackled inspecting my ducting with a great attitude, despite my crawl space being small and difficult to work in.

Overall, Alpine Mechanical delivered excellent service, reasonable pricing, and genuine care for doing the right thing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

I’ve had two great experiences working with Alpine Mechanical so far. The first was when my air conditioner suddenly crapped out, and they were able to get in within just a few hours to fix everything quickly and at a reasonable price. I would’ve been melting for sure if they hadn’t gotten there. And more recently, they just replaced an old air-conditioning unit at my house. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, affordable, got everything done as promised, and went the extra mile to make sure that it was done right without charging me extra. They were patient and helpful in answering all my questions and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. We will have a few more units to replace at our house in the near future, including one more air conditioner and two furnaces, most likely, because they are all aging out, and Alpine will definitely be the first company I call. Thank you to the team for all your hard work and for making the stress of dealing with HVAC issues that much easier to bear. Appreciate you guys!
