Sean and Fernando come over to the house, and installed a new furnace and AC unit, with an air scrubber for us.. They both worked very hard and they were very knowledgeable. This is our first time using this company.

We had to make calls, because our heater wasn't working. They sent a tech out 3 hours after our call. The tech got it working temporarily. He suggested to get a hold of a salesman, since he could already tell us our furnace would not last us long. The saleman then came over and explained everything they had . They were able come over the next day, and install a new system. The tech's were able to get it up and running in short order.

I would highly recommend this company, we will be using them for our heat , ac , electrical and our plumbing.

We worked with Sean, Joe, Kristina, Greg and Jess to upgrade part of our HVAC system that was failing. As long time customers of Sarkinen, we have had great service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We really appreciate the fact that they provide us with expert service and educate us along the way.

Our existing and relatively new Coleman high efficiency gas furnace had unfortunately begun it's rapid reliability decline the past couple of years.
The original dealer had gone out of business only 5 years after installing it, and we'd been forced to find a local authorized Coleman dealer to service and repair it as needed. New motor, new pressure switches, new limit switches etc were all failing and were replaced over the past 24 months.

Ironically, the existing outdoor Trane A/C unit was still performing adequately with zero maintenance, year after year, for the entire 22 years we've lived in the home. The previous owner had purchased it.

A close friend near Eugene had recently selected Amercian Standard high efficiency HVAC replacement equipment, and told us that American Standard and Trane were literally the same products, built in the same factory, in Texas. We were unaware of that, and set up bids from five of the metro areas leading HVAC retailers. Trane, American Standard, Carrier, Daikin, and York all sent representatives over to do a site inspection and bid their solutions. We compared bids, and ultimately selected Integrity Air LLC based in Tigard Oregon. It was literally an offer we couldn't refuse

Pedro Rivera with Integrity Air was the Account Manager assigned to our account; he promptly responded time and again to questions we asked, concerns we had, and provided rapid turn-around responses on various bid revisions we wanted to consider.
Finally, we hit paydirt, and commited to the Gold S9X2 100K ECM gas furnace, with a single stage A/C unit, as typical Portland weather doesn't call for many days of intense air conditioning demands, Our home is a daylight ranch with over 4200 square feet on two levels. Cooler air recirculates from the lower level via fan circulation and reduces demands on the A/C. The final choice was ultimately very similiar to the first one he recommended; clearly the best value of price and performance by far!

A cutover date was selected, and on the appointed day at the agreed upon time 5 men were at our front door. They had previously advised it would be a same-day process to disconnect and remove our old HVAC equipment and install the new American Standard gear. And yes, it was all accoumplished in one day.

In a word, we couldn't be more more impressed with the HVAC equipment we selected, and the vendor we selected.

This was a great company! I had my own AC unit and Furnace that needed to be installed, this was the only company willing to do so. They even had an electrician come out. They showed up early, got right to work, did a clean job and finished early! I was very Impressed.

Integrity Air was friendly, polite and professional. There was always someone to speak with on the phone when I called or had a question. The system is working great so far and we are very happy we used them to install our new AC. Would recommend to a friend.

We recently called Integrity Air after receiving an extremely high bid from a competitor for a new A/C and furnace, with no offer of financing.

Integrity came out promptly and quickly proposed to do the job for almost $3000 less while using a higher rated A/C unit. They also offered 0% financing. They came out the next week right before a 100 degree heat wave, and installed it quickly, professionally and without a hitch. We’ve now had it just over a month, and are loving the new A/C!

We purchased a brand new home when it was 90 degree weather, the AC lines were installed by the contractor/builder but NO actual AC unit (pretty common on new Const) I did some research and found integrity to have phenomenal reviews. Called them right away, they were courteous, professional and came right out... with in a day or 2! AC was up in running in less than 6 hrs. Its still hot and our house is nice and cool! The installer offered to go over everything including how use the dampers and the thermostat. A+ on quality! Thank you Integrity Air!!!

When I started researching on having AC installed in our home I was actually recommended Integrity Air from my sister who had an AC unit installed in her house and had nothing but good things to say about her experience.
I am glad I decided to have Integrity Air install our AC unit. From the initial phone call on setting up an estimate to the final installation the service was outstanding. What I enjoyed most with working with them was they included you in on the planning and tried their best to work around your schedule. At the initial consultation I was asked where I would like the AC unit I told them where but upon further review they asked if I was open to other locations which would save me quite a bit of money. I was grateful they offered this option and made me feel more at ease at the total cost. Lastly I appreciated them showing up on their scheduled times. From the consultation to the install they were right on time. Their work is done professionally and now my family and I can enjoy the hot summer months in a cool comfortable home.

I'll never use this company. Its van drivers are always in the left lane like they're the only one on the road. They never move to the right. If they don't understand simple road rules how can they understand complex HVAC systems.

If HVAC had a personality test, Integrity Air would score professional, honest, and surprisingly funny for people who talk about ductwork.

They showed up on time (already suspiciously impressive), explained everything without making me feel like I needed an engineering degree, and—most importantly—did not try to sell me a brand-new system just because I sneezed near the thermostat.

My house is now the perfect temperature year-round. No Arctic tundra in winter. No surface-of-the-sun vibes in summer. Just comfort. Pure, glorious comfort.

If you want HVAC work done right, with integrity (yes, the name checks out), and without the usual stress or upsell nonsense—call these guys. I’d trust them with my furnace, my AC, and honestly… probably my Netflix password.

Alpine Mechanical Services today installed a new heat pump and Nest thermostat. Quick and quality job while finding and overcoming a leak in an existing line at a great price. Thank you for your expert service delivered when promised at the quoted price. Friendly honest people doing the job with a handshake, like the old days. Highly recommend!

I'm very pleased with Alpine Mechanical who recently installed two mini-split systems at a rental property. I three companies bid the job, Alpine was very responsive and did not oversell me. They were one of the less expensive companies and gave me options for good, better, best as far as equipment and shared their expert opinions. The install was very efficient, they came on-time and got the job done quickly, which is important when you have tenants. They were communicative and respectful and I will be using them for regular maintenance of all my HVAC systems.

Lovell got back with a phone call right away, the at the job the next day and did the work the following week. Everybody involved was courteous, professional and respectful of the property and our tenants

Lavelle came out to review the 22 year old system we had. After discussing all the options, I really felt comfortable with replacing the system. Him and Zach were very professional, communicative, reliable, and honest. Lavelle went above and beyond and it was a pleasure working with him!
