Lavelle took our call for a broken AC on Mother’s Day and was out looking at our unit within the hour!! Other companys would only give us prices on replacements but Lavelle was confident he could do a repair and our air is working great!! He does great work! So does Tyler who did the repair with him they started at 12:30 and didn’t stop until we were up and running that evening around 7! They’re the best!!!

I should add our unit hasn’t been serviced in several years as we’re newer buyers of the house so they cleaned years of stuff out of our AC that was affecting our air flow! Super thorough, affordable, and efficient!

So here is the back story! I have a 4 level house I replaced the heat pump 8 years ago and didn’t realize that the one that went bad was under sized it was a 2.5 ton unit (R-22) to boot. I called Lavelle with Alpine cause my house was not cooling or heating properly. They came out and found I needed a 4 ton unit! He gave me a quote on replacing the heat pump and new Furnace to match. Of course I called for a few other quotes and Alpine beat all of those quotes by a large margin. They came out removed old units and installed new units in less than a day start to finish, also they crawled under my house to check all the ductwork to make sure it was good. Now my house cools and heats like it should and more efficiently. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling you need, highly professional and efficient. Thank you guys for all your hard work keep it up and see you for all my future installs and maintenance needs! You rock!!

Highly recommend! I contacted Alpine Mechanical Services, because my furnance was not working at all. Lavelle responded quickly and came out the next day. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and explaining the issue with the furnace. He had to order a part to fix it and was very transparent about the time frame to repair it and the cost. His communication was excellent. When the part arrived they worked arround my schedule due to my availability. He and his coworker arrived to install the part and also replace my thermostat. They cleaned up after the installation and mentioned I could reach out with any questions. I can't say enough amazing things about this company. I would absolutely use them again and refer them to anyone in need of heating and hvac services. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a home repair.
