Dealing with Apex Air was an enjoyable experience from start to finish!
Brandon gave us a great price on an Ameristar 2 ton AC unit with new gas furnace and he even found a gas leak at the meter when he was out for the enitial bid, which the gas company promptly fixed. Crissy was spot on with scheduling and setting up arrival times for city inspectors and installers. Bob the installer and his apprentice did an excellent job with the installation and were very helpful helping me set up the new Honeywell smart thermostat and the whole system worked flawlessly, right out of the gate.
I can't say enough about this outfit. I highly recommend Apex Air for any new HVAC installations and repair.

We have been with Apex for seven years almost eight. Regular maintenance has been done on our heating unit and air. At the beginning of the recent heat wave our air went out. They were booked out for one week, no fault of their own. When they came out the man was very good at what he does and had the unit working in no time. He also checked out everything else on the unit to make sure it was also working before he left. We will be lifetime customers. We love you Apex thank you so much.

Apex air installed my 2020 new home’s Honeywell thermostat system.
But this system unable to connect my home Wi-Fi or App over my phone. The manual showed I need to press temperature for 5 seconds to set up. But it is not work. No matter how long I press. I google and YouTube to find helps. But not success. I called apex air. They ask me to pay $140 for their technician to come troubleshoot. And no one can help over the phone.

Just have to say a BIG thanks to Miguel Salamanca from Apex. He was really great to work with and answered every one of our questions and was extremely polite and considerate. Would not hesitate to call them for any thing we had going on with our heat/ac!!

What an awesome company. It all starts with Chrissy, who initiates the scheduling, and Brandon, who handles the sales call and ultimately, the service and/or equipment recommendation. Installation could not have gone better. David and Ethan arrived on time and were done earlier than the estimated completion time with assistance from Bob. All permitting was handled and filed by Apex as stated in the proposal and there were no surprises or additional expenses. Highly recommend Apex and their team to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC.

Changing to 5 stars based on the response from the business. Charles called me on behalf of the owner. While they are open 24/7, they stopped offering emergency overnight services. They have since updated the listing, and today now shows them as closed instead of 24/7. Charles and the technician were both very apologetic and are working with us to resolve ASAP.

For some reason, the technicians phone never received any of our answering service phone calls. The technician is now on his way out and believes this to be a capacitor issue. He thinks he can get one today if he doesn't have one on his truck for our specific unit.

Thank you for making this right Apex!

My landlord has a service contract with Apex Air. Annual Service was last competed at the end of January and the landlord paid to have Apex install a UV light and have the ducts cleaned.

Friday, after picking up our children from a long haul flight, we arrived home at approximately 5:15p to find the interior temperature reading 80, but the system and exterior fan running (just no cold air). I tried resetting the circuit breaker, but no luck. We change the filters regularly.

I immediately called my landlord who gave us permission to use the Apex emergency service as the temperatures this weekend has been in the 90’s. I called and was advised by the after hours on call service that someone would reach out shortly. No one called.

I continued to call every hour on the hour and was told they had no way to escalate the concern but kept telling me someone would call that night. Needless to say it's now 2 AM, and we're still waiting.

While Apex claims to be 24 hours, in reality they aren't. I have medical issues and am highly heat sensitive.

Thankfully my landlord has permitted me to use another companies emergency services, they are squeezing us in on Sunday, should Apex not call us back.

Apex is costing our landlord a lot of money and is at risk of loosing a long time contracted customer. Hopefully they make this right and call us ASAP before Sunday to get a technician out here. To not even receive a phone call is terrible customer service.

Amazing customer service, Brandon my estimator was fantastic to work with, great follow through & solid communication. David & Ethan, my installers was very professional, went up and beyond to ensure my system was installed correctly and kept me informed throughout the project. It is clear APEX staff care about their clients and value the jobs they perform. From start to finish A+, great job APEX!

Had such a fantastic experience. Brandon was over on a Friday evening and he did not only go up and check out everything I would need for A/C he supported my house with difficulties with the furnace. He explained everything in details and was incredibly helpful and friendly to me and my son. When we discussed price he was honest and followed through with any concerns or ideas that I had. It was so quick and easy to schedule and my A/C was in, in less than 2 weeks. Scheduling and coordinating was easy. Seth and another gentleman showed up. Seth was VERY throughout and friendly. He was helpful with all detail and explanation even again with my furnace that they were not here to manage. They were timely with install, they needed some support with an electrician who then showed up at my house not but 2 hours later. When there was a snag with his license I got a call from the scheduler in minutes to set up another electrician, once he came out, Seth came BACK out to check on everything working correctly without even needing it. Then Brandon came to check up, talk about any concerns ( there was none) he brought a lovely gift basket and was so easy to work with. What an affordable and seamless process! Thank you so much.

APEX Air is an absolutely FANTASTIC company!! Very professional: great communication (Crissy), service, installers that went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this HVAC company for all heating and cooling needs. David and Seth installed our new heat pump- They were professional, efficient and thorough through every step of the process. This company followed through on all promises. No hidden surprises! We are definitely glad we chose them for completing this project on our home! Plus they were able to help us with all the rebate options we qualified for!!!! Nice to find a company with great customer service!

Apex Air installed a new Mitsubishi ducted mini split heat pump in place of my old furnace and AC unit. Installation was quick and professional and the city inspector even complemented the cleanliness of the job. This unit performs great and keeps the indoor temp very consistent and indoor air quality is cleaner with lower humidity. My allergies are better and I can sleep through the night without adjusting the thermostat. My old furnace would cook me out of the bedroom in the middle of the night. I don't have that problem anymore. The team was knowledgeable and Brandon was great to work with in designing the system. I would recommend Apex Air and I would recommend this Mitsubishi heat pump system.

I hired Apex Air to install an dual ductless mini split at one of my commercial clients facility.
From estimate to completion, apex lived up to their name by providing the top of the line quality and professionalism.
The mechanical inspection passed without a hitch and my client is very pleased with the work.

This fall, we'll be calling them out again to upgrade our gas fireplace with a blower unit.

I can’t recommend Apex Air enough. They’ve regularly serviced my A/C and Furnace for four years. I needed a new set up, and Brandon was amazing to work with.

I hired Apex last year for routine maintenance on my AC and furnace to be proactive about potential issues. Unfortunately, my fan motor died this summer. When I called on July 18th, I was told the soonest a technician could come out was July 31st. As a returning customer who paid for preventive maintenance, I was disappointed that I wasn't prioritized, especially when other companies were able to offer same-day or next-day service.

Carter provided outstanding customer service. Not only is he an expert in his field, but he took the time to clearly explain our HVAC system and why he was recommending a damper install. We were very impressed by Carter and have already scheduled him to come back to install the component. Can't recommend Apex Air enough!

We chose Apex for a new heating and cooling system because the cost was competitive and the professionalism of Brandon from the bid to completion of the job. He explained the process to our satisfaction. Crissy from the office kept us informed on scheduling. From the initial visit with Brandon to get an estimate, to the installation bt Bob's crew, to the post installation walk through everything was perfect! They showed up on time (early for the measurements!), we're courteous and clean. They didn't even mind me checking in periodically on their progress! What a great experience!

I don't know how to write this review honestly without sounding like its a paid advertisement. Our heating system, like much of our home of 20+ years, was poorly designed, badly executed, and much more needing of replacement more than repair. Over the years we've wonderful contractors to improve it but not one came close to the work Apex did for us this year. What they accomplished took expert design and planning, awesome patience and skill, and an unexpected but more than welcome sensitivity to our anxiety and concerns about the dramatic change from traditional gas furnace/cooling to a heat pump system. Put simply, Apex not only exceeded our expectations, they exceeded anything we might have expected.

Miguel and the entire Apex Air team provided me with one of the best experiences I’ve had while dealing with an emergency situation with my heat. From my initial phone call to running tests and finishing the repair, Miguel showed amazing knowledge, professionalism, respect, and most of all a kind, caring and good hearted approach to helping and supporting me in my time of need.
