Do Not Trust This Company! The man that came out to look at my mom's furnace lied to us, he said the furnace was leaking toxic acid and couldn't be fixed and we need a new one. My mom told him we can't afford it. He said it's too dangerous not to because of the carbonic acid that's leaking out. What he put my mom was criminal, she has been beside herself with worry for the kid's health.
We went to the county for help. A man sent by the county inspected it, and he said it was all lies, there's no toxic acid and all we need is a new valve.
This guy was bad enough to scam a kind old woman who's worried about her grandchildren.

Very professional company. I really appreciated the 20min advance notice arrival phone call. Sean evaluated my dryer and the duct outlet. He immediately saw an issue with the out-take area and provided solutions to help minimize the clogged area. Then he cleaned the entire system and his work area. Afterwards, he showed me pictures and discussed a maintenance program with me. Having long haired cat’s I definitely need to keep up my dryer ducts. I would highly recommend Aireserv!

I am a newish homeowner with an inherited Split System Air conditioning/Heat pump. A what??? Not knowing what to expect, Sean, the Aire Serv technician was great. He provided clear information about the system, what I was experiencing at the moment, and what to expect from system performance based on potential weather conditions. This information was invaluable to me. He was very patient and detailed when answering my questions. He pinpointed what was causing my concern and quickly took care of the issue. This is the third system I have had installed by Dean from Aire Serv from Vancouver. 1 at each of my businesses and the last one at a rental property. Always done professionally and in a timely fashion. Dean is very detail oriented and attentive to the needs of the customer before and after the installation. I will use them for all future heating and a/c needs. I highly recommend them for your needs.

I never usually take the time to leave a review but on this occasion it's worth it. My experience with Air Serv Heating AC was excellent from start to finish, from Amber who works in the office to Dean the technician. I got my old furnace replaced super quick. They had good communication all the time, good price and job well done.

I would highly recommend Aire Serv of Vancouver to anyone! I called initially when my AC went out and Dean came out the same day to diagnose the problem. My entire unit needed to be replaced, so at that point I started the process through my home warranty company as it was going to be a bigger fix then I was willing to pay out of pocket. Fast forward a month and a half later when I was still waiting on the home warranty company to get the unit replaced and had a terrible experience with the tech they sent out. I decided to call Dean back as he had been great to work with and was just going to pay for it to get done at this point rather than wait any longer. He was amazing, he came out same day to double check the unit again and got me on the books right away. He then called me the next day to discuss the units they had available to be put in right away and worked with me on finding one that would match what I could afford and would work for my house. It was a Friday night when he came by and he was able to get the AC unit installed that Wednesday. The tech that came out was also great and Dean even stopped by to check on the job part way through. Overall they did an amazing job and clearly care about their customers. I highly recommend Dean and his team for any of your heating/ac needs, you definitely will not be disappointed!

If you are looking for an honest, professional, and unbelievably kind company for your A/C service needs, I highly recommend Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning Vancouver! My air conditioner went out in 100+ degrees! Even though he was already booked, Dean came to my house to diagnose my problem. My unit needed to be replaced and instead of leaving me to swelter in the heat, he provided me with 2 floor air conditioning units until my air conditioner could be replaced. He also gave me information on how to keep my house as cool as possible until my air conditioner was installed! Thank you so much, Dean! Your thoughtfulness means the world to me! It is so refreshing to know there are still such kind and caring people in the world!

I never thought I’d say I loved a company, but we LOVE Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning - Vancouver. What they say they will do, they will do!

Our new air conditioner was installed yesterday by Dean from Aire Serv. It was 103 degrees last week when our old A/C died and parts of it actually melted. I think I was frazzled when I called their scheduler but she was helpful, patient and just downright kind. Dean came out that day. The loaner A/C was a life saver. Dean is amazing. He’s super intelligent, very personable and has lots of experience. He worked absolutely tirelessly. My husband was quite impressed by his skill and efficiency. Best of all, he is a compassionate person with excellent communication skills and, as a bonus, a good sense of humor. He kept us well informed by phone and text.

This was our second big purchase from Aire Serv this year. We discovered Aire Serv last winter when our old furnace died on a terribly cold day. Aire Serv was here that very day with space heaters and with Dean and his crew. All were quite cheerful even as they worked into the night to finish the install. And that very night, we had a new efficient furnace!

We’ve been treated so well by Aire Serv and its employees that we feel a real connection. We are their customers for life.

Extremely happy with their service and response. I will be calling them from now on. My air conditioning went out when it was 100° and they were able to come out immediately. They were able to replace my unit the very next day for a very reasonable price. Polite and professional, Sean worked all day long in the hot sun and my house is cool and comfortable again. Dean and Sean were absolutely wonderful to work with, 10/10 would definitely recommend! We called AireServ for a huge problem that we inherited from the previous homeowner. Not only was our furnace not working..the whole installation was done without permitting and with multiple code violations. Dean supported us through every step of the process and always treated us with respect and dignity. Within 2 days from our initial call, we have a working furnace, installed correctly and legally! Thank you Dean and Sean for saving the day and keeping us warm! We are now AireServ customers for life.

Like a lot of people I had to call on a day that was over 90 degrees and my system died on me. Unlike a lot of heating and air companies, Aire Serv was available to come out the same day. They were even able to get a whole new furnace and AC installed within a few days. I will definitely be calling on them for any future issues or service needs. Thank you Sean for all the hard work and having to listen to all our dogs bark at you all day.

Is there EVER a good time for a furnace to go out? Just a few days ahead of frigid temperatures, Dean swooped in to save the our frost keisters. Being first-time homeowners, we were ignorantly unaware of just how shoddy/shady EVERYTHING in our home had been done by the previous owner. Dean was SO kind and patient with us and made us feel at ease right away. Sean did the brunt of the install and his humor and patience were so refreshing as well. Though I trust with our new furnace we won't NEED their help anytime soon, Aire Serv is the only company I will ever use for these services! Thank you so much again, everyone!

Spent nearly $3000 on repairs and now the furnace is leaking. The man who came to provide the service was so rude. I called about the leak today and he said “I don’t just have people standing around doing nothing.” - I specifically told the dispatcher DO NOT send the rude man again. I would go so far as to say he was down right mean. Now I need them to fix things and they aren’t calling. I think it’s a franchise and a central call number and nothing local, service-oriented, or decent. Literally no idea how they stay in business. I tried having grace and thinking I don’t know his story. But now I’m dealing with them on a second level and I have never experienced something so condescending and rude.

This company sent the MOST rude service technician to my home. I gave him the benefit of the doubt (it’s hot, he’s over-worked, etc) but communication was difficult at best. He bid the work and I felt confident in his ability and experience. He returned to do the work and again was super agitated and rude. The work was complete and the A/C was back on so I thought that would be the end of it. However after a minor issue arose I called to get it looked at (mind you I spent $2500 with this company) because they were last ones to touch it. The man was rude on the phone and when I expressed that I did not want to engage with his rude behavior he texted me “do not ever contact me again or I will call the police.” A representative for the owner called and apologized but stated they didn’t have any other service personnel to come and look. Now my A/C is completely not working again. I emailed to get help and no one has returned my email. I called and no one answered. Again, I can have grace as it is HOT and everyone is calling and short-staffed. But THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!! Do NOT hire this company. Over $2500, over a week waiting for parts, a rude service man, personal threats AND my A/C still isn’t fixed!!!!

I own rental two properties and I'm currently living outside the area. I have relied on Aire Serv for over a decade to do installations, handle the emergency repairs, maintenance services and provide honest consultation for my house and condo: with new HVAC units having been installed in both by them.
I received knowledgeable and straight forward advice on which units would be best for the requirements of my properties.

Throughout these years, I have worked with their representative Dean ,whom I have grown to trust implicitly. I've had problems in the midst of summer heat and as my units or rentals, I am of course, concerned for my tenants. Dean has responded quickly to emergencies and repairs.
I have spent thousands of dollars between my two properties for HVAC units and services. I will continue to do so when necessary as I have complete faith in his expertise.

This is a company I confidently recommend my family and friends too.

Super knowledgeable technicians. Just in talking on the phone with Dean, felt very confident in his knowledge and expertise. They worked hard and did all the extra little things that make you want to return back to them whenever you need more service. Sean crushed the install and did really high quality work. Very professional.

We had such an excellent experience with Dean. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our HVAC system and was diligent and very detail-oriented in his work. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know so that we could make the right decision. When we needed to replace our furnace and AC. It never felt like the information he was giving us was biased towards having us spend more. In addition, he was neat and tidy and a pleasant presence to have around the house while he was doing the work. This is really all you could ask for when somebody comes in to service something in your home. Couldn't recommend them more.

I have used Area Heating & Cooling since I moved to the Vancouver, WA area. I am very pleased with the service. They are prompt, courteous and professional. I've had to call in for emergency repairs in the past and they have been very concerned about getting my heat back on as quickly as possible. I am a loyal customer.
