We called for a second opinion and are so glad we did! Prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable. The repair was completed on the first visit and saved us a lot of money. The price I mentioned included signing up for their maintenance program.

We had Nick Martin show up for our regular maintenance . Of course, we joined the maintenance program. Nick came in and introduced his self. He did a walk through and then got to work. This guy is very polite and knowledgeable about the equipment. Nick did a fantastic job with the maintenance. I did not think we would get another technician as good as Shawn Butler, but I think we have found our tech. Thank you Area Heating and Cooling for having such great employees. What a great company you have. we look forward to our next maintenance service.

We had a fantastic experience with Area Heating & Cooling. Our heater went out, and their technician quickly diagnosed the issue and even coordinated directly with Trane to confirm the exact part we needed. Once the part arrived, the technician came out promptly and had everything up and running in no time — professional, courteous, and clearly very skilled.

The customer service team deserves just as much praise. The appointment schedulers were polite, friendly, and proactive with communication. They followed up, kept us updated, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

Area Heating and Cooling installed our system about 4 years ago and we followed up with maintenance agreement for our system. Every 6 months a tech arrives and checks our system. They email us for scheduling service and every tech has been very good. Checks system and communicates results very well. Recently added air purifier. Again great scheduling, installation and communication of new product. I'm sure many companies are good at what they do but Area Heating and Cooling are my go to guys.

Please please please do not use this company!! We went with them for an install back in 2021 and have had issues the entire time. Spent 1000s of dollars on equipment that seems to never be working properly. We had guys installing who were new that week apparently since our house wasn’t nice enough to send guys who knew what they were doing. (The workers words) multiple trucks coming and going the day on install since no one had a clue what was going on. Looked back and saw that Luis and John were are installers so he still doesn’t know what he’s doing years later. Had a leak day one and called the line to repair and they didn’t believe me. They came out two days later to fix it.. wiring was not correct making heat be cool and vise versa as well as a leak. Fast forward we have them out multiple times during the first few months. Dirty water would drip off the levers on the machine. It would be musty smell from the units. On install they also never filled the hole outside with all the line sets so anything could have fit under the house we had to call them back for that as well. Fast forward a couple years of these mediocre Mitsubishi units and the outside unit on the ground is completely tilted and not stable to where it was recommended for a concrete pad poured so the unit can be level. That cost us now 1000s because of the moving of the unit and cost of a leak check and refrigerant due to the installer Luis having a leak after installing it. These things have been a pain since we got them and I wish we never went with this company. If we wanted this company to come back out to look at our current leak that happened after their tech was here it would cost us money unless they thought it was their error to where they would fix it. (Not going to go with them when it wasn’t fixed any of the other times)

Jason came out right away and installed a couple of switches that I needed. One was a new install and the other was a replacement

He was professional and answered my questions regarding the service call. He even gave me good suggestions to maximize my care for system. Id recommend him to my friends anytime!

Carter & Ricky installed a new furnace for us and did a wonderful job. They were courteous, professional, clean, and quick. Thanks guys!

Jason upgraded my electrical panel and installed a whole house generator system. He spent two days from morning to night to make sure it got done in time and did a clean, professional job. Everything’s running smooth and transfers on automatically— solid work from someone who knows what they’re doing. Comfort 360 pleasant to work with! Definitely recommend!

Comfort Air is a fantastic company, and I highly recommend them! I have used comfort air for many years to perform annual maintenance on my Furnace and AC. They have great plans. Recently I had a problem with my system, and they got me scheduled very quickly. Jayme C. was the technician who did the work, and he is wonderful and did a great job. Jayme is kind, professional, hardworking, and takes time to explain the issue at hand. He has been the main technician who keeps my system up and running, and I highly recommend him. I called Comfort Care to switch the furnace and air conditioning systems in my home. In the process of working the quote I mentioned I also needed electrical work and they said their electrician could help. Their quote came in at less than half the cost of their competitors but the quality of the service was far superior from what I had received in the past from their competitors.

I have to give special praise to their electrician, Jason, because he was able to fix a problem I had spent thousands of dollars on and had gone on for months without resolution. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and tested it with several appliances to show is it was resolved. He was great, personable, knowledgeable, and professional; I can frankly say I will never call anyone else for electrical services!

The technicians came out to maintenance my HVAC. I had several questions which they answered. They were very detailed and knowlegable. They were very polite and got the job done quickly. I would recomend this business.

Our experience was excellent! The technician was super friendly, polite, professional, and very attentive. He explained everything he was doing and fixed our AC issue quickly. The customer service team was also great. They sent me text messages along the whole process. I would gladly recommend this business.

Incredible experience w this company on the hottest day of this year. Thermostat went out and called several local HVAC places and they were booked out for 2-3 weeks. Spoke to Vic the owner to see if he had any openings and he called back and sent his technician, Daniel over promptly. Fixed my AC system as well as walking me through every step of it and informing me of how to properly use my cooling and heating system. I SO appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness, and willing to accommodate to all my thermostat requests and questions. Also, price for diagnostic and repair was WAY more affordable than what other places quoted me. Affordable, quick, and professional. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks for saving me from melting during the hottest week of the year!

Comfort Air delivered on Memorial Day! 2 days ago when it was hot, my AC suddenly stopped. I called Comfort Air and they immediately found a slot in their schedule to come fix the issue even on a holiday— at the same weekday price. Rob did a fantastic job and fixed the issue fairly quickly. Comfort Air is highly recommended. Thank you to Julie and Rob!

Rob our techician was amazing. Super polite and professional. He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes. He replaced the capacitor, and installed a float valve. Now our ac and heater is working just in time for hot days and upcoming winter. They were able to get me in an appointment within 2 days. We had a wonderful experience and satisfied with the service. 5 stars!!!

This is the first time we have used Comfort 360 for our AC. Robert was so knowledgeable, and fast to find , and repair the problem within an hour. Of course, it was Sunday afternoon 96+ degrees and our regular HVAC company is closed on the weekends.

Rob was amazing! He was able to diagnose our issue quickly and didn’t upsell us. He took his time and did a thorough service. He educated us about our system and maintenance needed. We ended up joining the membership program which gives us peace of mind knowing our annual maintenance is on the calendar! One less thing to think about and remember.
