I’ve used Comfort 360 for several years. They’ve installed multiple systems for me including furnaces, A/C, and heat pump for ductless mini splits. I always use them for maintenance and most recently had Austin come do our maintenance. He did a great job and showed me how to easily clean our new reusable filter. I’d highly recommend them!

We had to replace our furnace, A/C, and ducts due to water leakage. The installation initially did not replace all metal duct, which we had made clear was important to us, and was written in the estimate. I appreciated Andy's quick response to come back redo the installation as agreed. There was some poor workmanship during the install: 3 separate holes (about 1-5 sq inch each) leaking hot air, and a big hole to our crawl space. Again, Andy was great in acknowledging the issues and making sure they were addressed. We also included duct cleaning, which was great, without any issues.

I really appreciate that Comfort 360 came back several times and completed the scope of the work as agreed and up to code, despite that it was more work than they had anticipated.

I had a great experience working with Austin. He was very informative and consistently kept me updated on what needed to be added to my next maintenance schedule. His communication and attention to detail made the process smooth and efficient.

We just had our first maintenance/service check with Comfort 360. Austin did a really great job! He was right on time, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything is in good working order for winter. We are definitely going to continue using Comfort 360 based on the good experience we had today. Thank you!

For context, the service from the technicians is 5 stars. I highly recommend Comfort 360, but recently they've moved to using AI assistance with call handling. I have to be blunt, this is extremely disappointing. I understand that it can save time and get people through the process, but I personally like talking with a human representative whenever possible, especially when it comes to things that have to do with my home. I ask a lot of questions before moving forward with scheduling appointments in the case that there may be some user error on my end and I can avoid having someone come out for something thats easily fixable.

I tried many times to connect with a human representative, granted this was during the holidays (I called on normal business days after actual holiday days), and I know a lot of people can be out of office. Personally, if there was some messaging saying that there could be delays due to the time of year, that would be a lot better for me, as I want people to prioritize family over work. That being said, the AI assistant wouldn't direct me to a human representative, and insisted on scheduling a technician when I know that just having someone out to my home will typically cost some kind of fee (I know not it all cases).

If you're going to continue using AI assistance for appointment scheduling, please adjust the AI to at least give me the option to talk with someone. When you're spending that kind of money on AI, you should be able to have an answering machine for people who'd prefer to talk to a human representative if you're not around. Like I said, before they started using AI for call handling, I would give them 5 stars for sure.

Amazing experience. Contacted Andy who managed to match best bid/proposal from local competitor. I am glad he did, because what a clean and professional job they did.
Alex came to do the install. He was working until 9pm two days in a row to deliver on time. Attention to detail, professionalism, and top notch knowledge are his strengths. If you need HVAC work, call Comfort Air. Make sure to ask for installer Alex and Andy.

We asked to not be upsold when they first arrived. They kept suggesting other services not related to our repair. Even when reminded they still kept pushing extra work and services.

We asked for an itemized quote. They don't do itemized quotes. I do not like doing business with someone who won't tell me what they are charging me for.

A replacement motor online is around $200. Their quote was $936. I can see paying extra for the motor, but the labor couldn't possibly make up the difference. It's a ten minute job, at most. 4 small screws, 3 hose clamps and 2 wiring harnesses.

I was a Service Engineer who taught maintenance classes. I'll replace it myself. I refuse to be taken advantage of.

I paid for the diagnostic service call. It was the only reasonable part of the call at $172.

I see you replied. You just don't get it! If you don't supply an itemized quote, you're not being transparent with your customers! I want to know what I'm paying for!

I had a great experience with Comfort 360, Inc. when my heater stopped working properly. Mr. Bradford came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. He was incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit, which made the situation much less stressful.

After 28 years, it was time to replace our gas furnace and A/C. Andy was very patient, and I hired Comfort 360 based on his professionalism and because I fwlt I could trust him. They had to create an entirely new return air duct, which exceeded the scope of work. I was at their mercy (it was 92 degrees outside).and the cost of that upgrade was reasonable. Their installers (Josue and Anton) were very professional and stayed late to finish the job. UPDATE 8/23/25: both upstairs and downstairs are 72 degrees and it’s 98 outside. Upsizing the return air duct made a huge difference: the upstairs used to be 6 degrees warmer than down and our SW facing bedroom was the hottest in the house. Not anymore. Upstairs and downstairs are the same temperature now. The air quality is noticeably improved: we are all sleeping better. There are two remaining items they are addressing. The financing terms (from GoodLeap) were exactly as quoted and i expect a lower gas bill this winter. I couldn’t be happier.

Austin was courteous and professional and quick about doing my HVAC tuneup. Had good suggestions dealing with potential future issues. Comfort Air did initial install of my AC unit had has been doing annual maintenance over several years. I would recommend them to everyone.

These people are so nice and very honest!!! Gary who does our maintenance is so friendly and fun to talk too, he told us our unit was on its last leg and totally explained and showed us what was wrong. We had a new unit put in with air conditioning and they were very careful and cleaned everything up and explained everything before they left. Amanda in the office will take care of you totally and she is very knowledgeable about the units and the business. We would highly recommend Metfab.

I used Met Fab to install a complete HVAC system in a older home. I’m now sitting in a very comfortable living room with no noise of portable A/Cs running it’s so quiet. Jason came out in the spring & gave us an estimate & we decided to have them do it. He had to order the unit & of course everything is on back order. He got everything in & scheduled us for install on 7/26 today is 7/27 & it’s all done & a super high quality clean job. Goodbye Cadet wall heaters hello Carrier. I have been using Metfab for over 15 years. Both Doug and Gary have come out over the years for the annual maintenance of our heating/cooling systems and they are always thorough and professional. Great company. I needed furnace repair. My first great experience started with the a phone call. Amanda was a great listener, helpful and very knowledgeable. Doug the technician was respectful, thorough and provided a comprehensive repair report allowing me to decide. Jeanie was also great on the phone answering questions.
Appointments on time, service great and would recommend to everyone in the area. Their response time was great. I called on a Monday and my furnace was fixed Wednesday after they overnighted replacement parts and the price was lower then I expected.
