Metfab to the rescue. My daughter’s Mini Split unit broke down just a few weeks after the 5-year warranty. The warranty should have been 10 years, but the builder failed to inform her she needed to submit the warranty registration when the new home was purchased. The original Mini Spit installer basically told us we were SOL and we were on the hook for a new unit. I called Mefab, and they said, no, that is not right. They worked with the reseller and manufacturer and got her warranty extended for the full 10 years. Within days we had the unit replaced and the heat flows once again. Thank you Metfab.

We had a great experience with Metfab. Jason provided a same-day estimate for the job and James and Trevor provided a quick and professional installation. Very pleased with our new ductless system as well as the service and communication throughout the experience.

After 38 years with baseboard heating and stuffing an air conditioner into the window each summer we chose Metfab Heating off the PUD list for a new ductless system. Jason did an excellent Job explaining it all when he came to give us an estimate. James and Trevor showed up exactly on time and were neat and professional as they installed it. The electricians they had also were very efficient and courteous. It was a big job made painless and stress free by this reputable business. We highly recommend Metfab.

to complete the furnace/AC install as quoted. With their own fab shop no waiting on ducting. Their price was
very close to my other bid but with the recommended improvements and their ability to schedule the job in short order to maximize my Energy Trust rebate it made sense. Thanks to Jason, James and the crew for a

This company has served me well over 30 years. My heat pump finally had to be replaced and, after several proposals, I choose to stay with Metfab Heating and cooling. Yesterday James, Trevor and Ben came to install my new heat pump.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable, they performed a great job. They were on time, worked diligently with respect to my house (cleaned worked areas). After a last check up on the equipment, they made sure I knew how to operate my machine and answered my questions.

Last Friday, our A/C shut down when the weather was in the high 90s°F outside with 50% humidity.

My husband contacted Metfab and they were able to make it to our home on the same day.

They fixed the problem by replacing some worn parts.

James and Trevor were awesome with the unit install and the electricians (sorry forgot their names) all did a good job, were fast and efficient and the areas were spotless when they left. Also very patient and understanding as we have a house full of kids.

We've been happy with the service over the past few years. They've helped with maintenance (Doug has been great) when needed and always available when we needed them, including quick call backs. They just replaced our furnaces and A/C units and did a great job. Jason, the owner, does all the sales consultations himself, which I like. He's super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick with the quotes. They only use Carrier which is one of the best brands, and the installation crew (James, Ben, and Trevor) was great to work with too - quick, respectful, and took care of anything needed (no hidden fees, etc). They make it easy. I recommend them to friends looking for an HVAC company.

We needed new ductwork under our house and decided to update our Carrier Furnace and the matching heat pump as well. Metfab was able to finish the installation in 1 day and their cleanup was excellent. All the employees I spoke to from the phone call to the installation were polite and knowledgeable. We are completely satisfied with our new system.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Metfab Heating and Cooling. After months of research and reviewing different proposals, our neighbor recommended Metfab, and we are so happy that we chose this company. Their proposal was by far the most reasonable and the heat pump system the most efficient for the price. Being retired and on a fixed income, this was very important to us. Jason, the owner, was very responsive, professional and courteous. His installation team of Trevor and Ben were the nicest of young men, very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. The left the installation area spotless and stayed to make sure we knew how to operate the thermostat. The electricians of 911 Electric whom Jason recommended were lifesavers on our other electrical needs besides what was required for the hvac installation. We are transplants from the Midwest and are overjoyed to find wonderful, competent and reasonable professionals such as Metfab and 911 Electric.

The installation crew (Doug, James, Trevor, Benny) did a great job with a complex installation and removal of old equipment. Our system was located in a cramped foundation space and attic. Other companies said they would have to cut a hole in the roof and floor to situate heat pumps. Metfab was able to do everything through existing access with everything done in two days.
Clean up was immaculate and new system runs great! Jason and Amanda in the main office are professional, responsive and helped arrange a smooth installation.

We have been a customer of MetFab's since we bought our house and they were the company who had installed and serviced our unit. Anytime we have had issues or a breakdown, they do their best to get to us as fast as they can. Last week our unit decided that it was done, Jason pulled some strings and got us an install appointment in just a few days, when it was install day, James and his boys came out and in less than 5 hours installed a whole new unit. Very friendly and efficient. Awesome prices too! Recommend them highly! Girls in the office are great too!

My wife and I were in the market for a new furnace and heat pump. Our home had electric wall heat only, and this was a big job to include ducting. We invited several contractors out to look at our home for bids, but Jason was different. He took the time to answer our questions about different products, cost vs benefits, and different rebate incentives and so on. Others we called were much less informative, one was even insulting. The system Jason and his team installed is efficient, quiet and fast at heating and cooling the home. Jason explained how he designed the system as if it was his own home, and I believe it.

Our furnace died on us and Metfab was the only place that could come right out and give us help. Their bid was the best and were able to schedule us right away. The tech did a fabulous job setting everything up. Even the city inspectors said, the work was done beyond the required limits. Great job! Would definitely recommend this company.

The Metfab team just installed a Daikin unit in our master bedroom. Our central sir just couldn't get the upstairs room cool enough. The team did an awesome job! Hunter, Aidin and Doug worked together the install. Everyone was professional and very customer service oriented. Highly recommend Metfab for all your heating and cooling needs.
