My family has used Advantage Heating and Cooling for years and years, they are reliable and know their jobs! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, they are excellent at communication- about times for appointments, and keeping you in the loop as to when your service person will be at your home- Jeff has been our service guy from the very beginning, and he is exceptional. Our family would not think of even looking for another company for our furnace needs,

Our old heat pump was pretty old and needed replacing. After several companies coming out to look at ours and tell us what we needed, Matt from Advantage Heating and Cooling showed up. He is the owner of this family business and most knowledgable, didn't push us to replace our old unit, and was easy to work with. We signed up with his company and the work was completed today. Josh and Wyatt, the two men who did the work, were awesome. They were quiet and respectful, yet fun to talk with. They explained how everything worked and left the areas as clean as they found it. Matt, the owner, also showed up on the first day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Permits, electrical inspections, county inspections and PUD rebates were all handled by the company. An easy and pleasant experience. We will be having them come yearly to service and clean. Can't say enough nice things about Advantage Heating and Cooling.

Advantage Heating and Cooling is my hero. Last night, the tech Jeff came out to repair my heater. It had stopped working, and even though I was the last client on his list and way beyond normal business hours, Jeff was personable. He was cheerful, kind, and he took his time and walked me through the whole process. I have been using this company for over four years, and I never have been disappointed. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

Jeff has done the annual HVAC maintenance for the past 8 years on our house. Jeff - and the Advantage organization - are absolutely top notch. They keep in touch to schedule annual maintenance checks, and make ask if we have any issues before the service tech is sent out. Jeff arrives on time, is polite and attentive, runs the system through all phases to make sure it is operating as expected, explains everything he is doing as he goes along, reviews all the results when done, and answers all our questions thoroughly. I wish every business I dealt with was this professional and courteous!

Advantage has saved our tenant from the dog days of summer! Their technician Jeff was excellent, professional and able to fix the issue with our almost 20 year old HVAC system at a reasonable cost. They were conscientious in calling to verify I as the property owner was ok with them making the repair and advising what the charges would be. Jeff explained the issue clearly and our tenants are no longer melting in a sweltering house. Also, the woman who called from their office was friendly, professional and helpful.

I believe his name was Jeff. He answered all my questions and was very informative. I recommend them to anyone who needs the services.

We had very good service from Advantage Heating & Cooling. Their technician Jeff came several times on short notice to solve all our issues and concerns with our new heating system. He patiently explained how the system works and how to use the new thermostat. We are now very happy with the new system.

Jeff was very courteous and thorough. He went above and beyond to repair our furnace and also applied additional sealing for better efficiency. He had repaired our furnace once before and each time we got excellent service and a friendly technician.

Advantage Heating & Cooling installed and maintains my furnace and heat pump system. They have always been very helpful on the phone and in person. Jeff is the tech that has usually come out. He has always been very professional and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new system or repair services.

We had several bids for a heat pump system and Advantage was the only one who actually measured the windows in our house to get us the correct size system. They weren't the lowest or highest bid but definitely the best. Everyone we've worked with from there has been professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them!

During the last cold snap we had a heat pump failure.
Called Advantage and they came to our house over tyhe next 2 days to correct the problem and also mak modifications to our filter system. Did all fo the above while fighting snow & Ice covered roads. From the lady who handled our phone request to the techician that showed up, I have never seen such polite, professional, and knowledgeable personel.

They were able to come the same day to take care of the heat pump which had quit working. In addition they gave me a two hour window. due to more extensive work that expected at their previous job site, they were very quick to call and let me know it would be later. and that was an hour before the scheduled time. When we got close to the new time, I was again called and given a heads up as to exact time when Jeff was on his way. What is more amazing is, they came at 5 pm. Did not cut me off due to end of work day.

Jeff is fantastic. Professional, courteous, and explains everything he is doing or diagnosing so you understand what is going on. Even though after normal business hours, Jeff stayed even longer after fixing the electronic problem, to perform the annual maintenance/tuneup. I was amazed. Should mention Jeff was very careful to double check everything to make sure the problem would not return. Again, he told me everything he was checking each step of the way.

Service like this is so hard to find, and is what makes me a loyal customer.

We have used Advantage Heating and Cooling for our heating and air conditioning maintenance for several years now. They do an outstanding job - they always show up at the promised time, they are always very professional, and always very informative. Jeff has consistently been our technician, which is really helpful. He remembers us from each visit and keeps track of changes to our system - and he has managed to keep our old furnace working like a charm!

Our electric heat pump water heater went out the night before Thanksgiving. Advantage had installed it for us about a year and half prior. When we called for service, it took them a little over a day to get back to us - I gather they were having some problems with their phone system, and they weren't getting their messages.

That said, when he did call us back, Jeff did an excellent job. He came out first thing the following morning, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly, for a fair price.

The company that makes our water heater had recently gone out of business, but Jeff said that Advantage would continue to honor the 10 year warranty that it it came with regardless. I was very impressed with with the level of service, and will be calling them again, when we get ready replace our furnace.

Five stars is not enough. From the initial quote by Matt, to the ice cold air cooling our house, we have been nothing but pleased with Advantage Heating and Cooling. Beyond just cost, they have their competition beat with their customer service. Scheduling, invoice/payment, and coordinating were super easy thanks to the helpful office team, I primarily dealt with Becky, Pam, and Stephanie. The technicians Josh, Cooper, and Wyatt were wonderful. They were very courteous, mindful of our time, respectful of our home, and were awesome with our dogs. Matt and Josh took the time to explain things in a way I could easily understand and remember. I have had several contractors in our home recently and I have not been more pleased than I have with Advantage. You could tell the family style atmosphere and level of respect for each other was genuine. Our new heating and cooling system is running great, and is quiet! I will definitely be singing their name to anyone interested. I cannot thank our neighbor enough for their awesome referral.

A long overdue review for an excellent installation of excellent HVAC equipment! We bought this house new in 1997. Advantage Heating & Cooling (AHC) were the original HVAC installer in the subdivision. There was no AC when we purchased the house. After the first summer we did purchase air conditioning add-on and we contacted AHC. Made sense since they were the original contractor. AHC has also serviced our system over the years.

27 years later and now it’s time for a complete HVAC replacement and an upgrade to modern equipment. In selecting a contractor, it took about a minute to decide that Advantage Heating & Cooling would be the right choice.

AHC specializes and recommended Daikin equipment for a replacement and after researching this company I agreed. Quite an impressive worldwide company! AHC have sent their employees to the company’s Texas facility for training and product familiarization and that solidified my decision further.

Working with AHC on this project was simple and enjoyable. Everyone within the company is professional and genuinely friendly. The bis process consisted of the estimator and a tech. They tested my home to make sure they were specifying the correct equipment for my home. Never did they try and upsell me to a system or add-ons that were not right for our house. Very impressive.

As expected, the install went smoothly. The two workers were friendly, professional and fully respectful of our privacy during the process. They communicated with regular updates of the progress without being invasive. The install took two days as estimated. There were no issues/problems whatsoever. After install they completely tested the system and made sure the thermostat was properly setup and that we understood its operation.

The new system is incredible! It is so much quieter than the old system. In fact, when I turned on the heat for the first time, I had to go out to the garage to ensure it had come on! The heating and cooling are both much more efficient and now our HVAC has become transparent. No noise. No excessive fan noise. It just works. The environment is much more comfortable and evenly heated and cooled.

I cannot recommend Advantage Heating & Cooling high enough. If you’re on the edge deciding, pick AHC. Add on top of that, the Daikin equipment is top notch, affordable and has a great warranty. Several of my neighbors have had their HVAC replaced over the past few years. Every one of then had one or more callbacks to fix installation problems. We have had zero problems since our system was installed March 2024.

Jeff at Advantage Heating and Cooling has been servicing my furnace and AC unit since I bought my house in Vancouver in 2007. He explains everything thoroughly, and in a language I can understand. On my most recent tuneup (fall winterizing of furnace), he found several cracks in the heat conduction unit (or something like that), and he had to switch off my heating system in the middle of a cold snap (temp was in the 20s).

Veronica from the Advantage office staff dropped off several space heaters so our family wouldn't be cold, and Jeff and the office worked very efficiently to make sure that my new heating unit was installed in as short a time as possible. The team that came out for installation (not Jeff since he does maintenance only, not installations) explained everything, and left my house/garage very clean.

Several years ago, Jeff introduced me to the maintenance plan, which saves me money on my maintenance work, as well as on the new furnace that I purchased. Alicia from the office is very good about calling me when it's time to schedule maintenance. I feel very comfortable that my equipment is in good hands and in good condition with the regular maintenance.

I am a huge fan of Jeff at Advantage. I won't have anybody else service my heating and AC equipment. He's come out twice for emergencies in the middle of the night, and he always arrives promptly for appointments.

I highly recommend Advantage Heating and Cooling in general, and Jeff in particular. He is very popular, so you might have to wait to get him for an appointment. However, he's worth the wait.
