We had a huge water leak in our attic, we contacted Professor heat pump and they were out within an hour. They found a clogged condensate drain line, our emergency pan was also cracked. Shocked that the past company we used never noticed that, Big thank you to Russell who was very observant and dedicated. He presented a few repair options, we decided to just upgrade our equipment and have them install all the safety precautions so we don’t have leaks anymore. Highly recommended!

Air conditioning repaired on our home, we bought a home recently and we knew it was crazy old. It stopped working and we had professor heat pump come out. We had too many issues, they presented a repair proposition but we decided we’d rather invest in a new system. We got a dual fuel system, was very pleased that we could get this all taken care of in house from one company. Honestly felt like a family. We got taken care of and will be having them maintained our system yearly!

Our gas furnace went out late at night, called Professor heat pump, and they were out in the morning ready to take care of us. The technician Michael was very professional, and polite, was very obvious that he had a lot of training. Within an hour he knew what was wrong with our system, and give us a few options on Repair. Repair was done same day and we are back to being a warm family!
