Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and is a highly competent technician. He did a thorough analysis and diagnosed our heating and cooling system, in a short time, explaining our options and price before each step. In addition to needed maintenance, he suggested follow up maintenance for continued peak performance. He explained our needs in understandable terms. He is very customer oriented and provided good service for the price. I high recommend Advantage Heating and Cooling as a service provider.

Advantage was so easy to work with! Katherine did the estimates and responded to like 5 different emails from me answering a litany of questions.

Josh and Calvin did an excellent job installing our new Daikin Fit heat pump! Josh was extremely professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. The team worked quickly and got us up and running in just a couple of days. Advantage was cheaper than other quotes I received for similar systems and did not push dual fuel or any extras that I did not ask for.

The electricians they subcontract (Elevate NW) with were also very friendly and professional. They worked with us to ensure we continued to have cooling with a window unit until the new system was ready.

Overall this was such an easy experience and I'm currently sitting in a nice cool room for the first time in weeks!

The new heating system installed made a 100% improvement to our home. The installers did a great job modifying/ changing the ductwork to improve air flow. We are very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend their services.

Our experience with Advantage has been excellent. The installation went very well and the periodic maintenance has been good. The staff in the office and those coming into our home have given us great customer service.

Had a great experience with Advantage. Just moved into my mobile home and didn't know how to operate my mini split AC units. Josh came out and very patiently explained everything on the remote controls and on the units themselves, took me outside to see the main unit and explained how that worked. I really appreciate the time he took with me - he really knows his stuff! Would highly recommend Advantage for any HVAC work you need.

We had been away for the weekend and arrived home, on a Sunday afternoon, to no AC during the this heat spell. Friends gave me Advantage's number. While I doubted anyone would be available to call me back, Jeff with Advantage Heating and Cooling did and was there within an hour of contacting me. He fixed the heat pump in short order, having the parts in his van. We were so grateful to have him give up time on his day off to help us out. Thanks Jeff. Most responsive, professional service I have received from an HVAC company - EVER. Called right before the holiday with a house full of guests coming and a heater that suddenly stopped working. The scheduler was courteous and noted they were fully booked but they would try to move up the call if an opening occurred during the day. I got a call back several hours later and they were able to squeeze me in THAT day! Tech (Jeff) absolutely crushed the troubleshooting and got me fully operational in short time, plus provided a future preventive maintenance option that would keep things in shape going forward. In this day of declining customer service hey earned a loyal customer for providing truly outstanding service.

Christmas Day, our heat went out while we have all our family over. We called a bunch of companies and nobody answered the phones. We called Professor Heat Pump and Katrina answered our call. Obviously they were booked out since it’s holidays, but once she heard we have a few newborn babies in the house, she called her manager and her manager personally came out. We got heat up within a few hours and working, we greatly appreciate it as we were very concerned about the children from the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Professor Heat Pump and Katrina for making it happen!!

Heat pump stopped working on the coldest night of the year. All companies booked out, but Professor heatpump answer the phone and came out within two hours once they learned we have a newborn. Pump repaired within a few hours and we were back to smiling and being warm. Five stars.
