10/10 experience, my heat pump has been having issues for years now and companies could never get me taken care of without return visits. Professor heat pump came out and spotted the main issue fairly quickly! There was a short in the system that nobody ever found, very grateful to find real heat pump specialists!

Russel was a big help, late at night they came out and helped us. We have a new born, our heat broke, we started to panic, within a hour we had a tech out. This is a customer oriented company. Had a nice talk with the tech, he loves working at this company. Honest people.

Both Tom in the shop and Tony who came to our home to fix our gas fireplace, did excellent work! They made our 30-year old fireplace work like new. Fantastic and friendly service! My tankless hot water heater stopped heating the water and Tri-Tech was able to come out within 4 hours of when I called to clean the system and get it working again. The person I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment had good knowledge of tankless water heaters and what may be needed to fix it. The technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional. Very good value for the service provided, would highly recommend them for servicing of tankless water heaters.
