We have always received wonderful service from Advantage. They are prompt and professional and our service guys Jeff and Josh are friendly and honest. We've used the"cheap company" before and ended up regretting it as it cost us horribly in the end, we learned our lesson and will always call Advantage.

I was very pleased with Nick and his service. He diagnosed what was wrong with my thermostat and fixed the problem by replacing it with a new unit. He was helpful to by putting my furnace filters back in for me and showing which way they go in so when I clean them next time I will know. He's a very good technician and would welcome him back to fix problems again. Thank you Advantage for coming to my rescue so quickly. Carol Scott

Jeff has been providing AC and Furnace service to us going back about 2 decades (although sometime skipping years when times were tight). He is friendly and thorough, and does not pressure you to do work that probably should be done but can wait till next time; and we have made it.

I called to get an evaluation on my HVAC system and a bid on ductless heating and was given an appointment for the very next day. While the technician, Jeff , was here he advised that diagnostics be run on the existing unit and, if needed, a tune up completed. I agreed and he stayed to complete the work that evening.

Even though my system is old, 1994 and 1974, Jeff advised that the heat pump and furnace were still in very good working order and he taught me the things I needed to do to keep it that way!

Jeff was thorough, explaining everything as he competently performed his work. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have been more pleased and highly recommend this company and specifically Jeff!

Today Jeff came to our house to do an inspection on our A/C unit that was not working properly. He arrived on time and brought all the necessary tools. He was very knowledgable and polite. He spent over 2 hours to do every single check on the A/C system to make sure the unit will run fine. He even shared some tips. My wife and kids are so happy we have our A/C up and running. We really appreciate Jeff's work and strongly recommend Advantage for any Heating and ccoling services. Every year we renew the HVAC maintenance agreement with them. It is very cost effective. Advantage takes care of you 100%.

After dealing with several other local HVAC companies, I finally stumbled upon Advantage; and I'm glad I did. The initial inspection and quote process was extremely informative. Justin taught me how a heat pump and air handler work together to cool/heat a home. He also taught me about the different types of heat pump and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each (including price). I was not pressured to make a decision that day, which I am grateful for. Too many companies try to get you to sign a contract on the same day, and I need a night to sleep on big purchases. Once I reviewed the proposals and made a decision, I worked with Trish to get the financing figured out and we scheduled a date (from quote to completed install was 12 days, 4 of which were spent considering each of the proposals). They could have done everything in a week, I'm sure of it! Finally, the install. Wyatt and Brayden worked swiftly and skillfully to finish the entire install in 1.5 days. The quality of their work shows - everything looks and works better than I expected. They left no mess and were very respectful (I was working from home both days, and I was able to take meetings without any interruption - maybe just some drilling from time to time but nothing crazy). Both were wearing masks the entire time which is much appreciated given the current pandemic. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the product or the service provided by the team at Advantage. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks!

We had Advantage come out and put in a new furnace for us. They were on time, professional and made sure to clean up after themselves. Advantage is our go-to for HVAC and they've always been very good to us. Their staff are consummate professionals, very knowledgeable, and have always been willing to explain things thoroughly. I've used them for both my main home and a rental that needed a lot of help for a couple of years. I've always trusted their advice and never felt that they were acting in their own interests above mine.

Jeff is the BEST!!!!! He is attentive and thorough to every detail. Explains and answers any silly questions without condescending while always patient and in good humor. Of all the service calls one must keep for home maintenance and safety, I actually look forward to his visits. As I have sold my condo, and this may or may not be the last service visit from Jeff, he represents his company well. I will be passing on my recommendation of his expertise.

Jeff came out last week a little after 8pm and spent almost 2 hours diagnosing our furnace and heat pump, both of which are very old. The water heater is the original from 1966! He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and spent the time explaining everything to me so that it was easy to understand! I highly recommend Advantage for your heating and cooling needs!

Our heater was not working so we set up an appointment with Advantage Heating and Cooling to come take a look at it. They gave us a 2 hour window when a technician would be here and they called us to give us a better idea of what time we should expect them within that window. The technician (Jeff) arrived on time and was extremely helpful and informative. He took the extra time to walk me through what he was looking at and what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I would happily have this company come back out to do work again in the future.

We've done business with Advantage for over 6 years, 2 houses, and have always received excellent service on our HVAC systems and excellent customer service. Jeff is professional, detail oriented and always walks us through the condition of the units. Thanks to their monthly service we know the units are in great shape.

I have been with Advantage for five years and they consistently provide excellent customer service and high quality work. Jeff has been performing annual cleanings of my oil furnace for five years and has patiently explained things to me when I ask the same question over and over. I highly recommend Advantage.

I was very impressed with heat-pump service from Advantage Heating and Cooling. After requesting service, I received a reminder about the appointment a day before, and the technician (Chris) showed up within the proposed time window. He spent several hours checking and cleaning the outside heat pump and the air handling unit in the attic. He was very thorough and willing to explain his effort in detail. He even repaired some loose wires associated with emergency strip heating and verified that the system was delivering adequate air temperatures to ducts. I was so impressed that I signed up for regular service in the future. I highly recommend this outfit.

Jeff came out to the house, performed diagnostics on our heat pump, and determined we had a refrigerant leak somewhere in the system. He patiently explained not only how he arrived at his verdict but other parts of his process after I showed an interest in how it all worked. He was pleasant, conscientious, courteous, and well-trained.

I'm confident Jeff was honest in explaining why we were going to have to spend more money. Our system is 13 years old, so it has limited life left in it before other components fail and need to be replaced, with diagnostic and installation costs attached. He offered as one alternative the installation of a brand new heat pump with a 12-year parts and 2-year labor warranty, which we chose, thinking it will cost us less in the long run. I still believe that was the correct decision.

If I had to offer any way in which Jeff might improve his performance as a heating and cooling technician, I would have to stop and think hard, because he's so good at what he does. And then I would say this. He sometimes seemed rigid and unyielding in his conversational style, speaking in extended paragraphs rather than being open to a back-and-forth conversation. If he were more agile conversationally he would be seen as friendlier, although I'm sure he has the very best intentions and is a good-hearted guy. Sometimes I felt he wasn't listening to my question so much as planning what he would say as soon as I stopped talking.

He could also improve how he handled the paperwork. When I didn't have exact change and had to give him a little more cash than the amount he'd written on the contract, he scribbled through the original number and wrote the new figure next to it rather than making a banker's correction (a single line through the wrong figure, initialed, and the correct number next to it). I would have more confidence in my cash receipt if it were written up properly.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would be happy to work with Jeff again. Advantage Heating and Cooling will continue to be our first choice for service on our heat pump.

We had a problem with the heater which stopped working over the weekend and called Advantage Heating and while they don't work on Sunday, they sent someone the next day. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We fixed the problem and went above and beyond with his services. He even labeled the air intakes so we know which one is what. I gladly recommend this company and especially Jeff. Thank you for keeping us warm during the cold winter days!

Advantage made quick work of our heating problem. The heater just stopped working, and they came out the next day to take a look. Jeff was very courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained it clearly and made sure we knew the tasks he was performing. He also answered other heating related questions we had. The rate was very reasonable, and we will be using them in the future.

Today 12/2/22. Jeff Hall came and did a service maintained on my furnace and replaced one switch component. As always I am appreciate Jeff and Sherri(office manager) for their supper services. They are the people anyone should have and need when needing AC/Heating work. They are highly and professional and love what they do. I am so happy and appreciated every time I schedule a service for my need.

Thank you for Jeff and Cooper who came out to my house today(12/13/17 and service the furnace. They are nice and professional. This is second times that Jeff came to my house with in the last 5 years. It's always appreciated for his expertise. Also, thank you for Pam in the office for schedule and reminder call on the job. Today is May 23rd, 2018. Jeff Hall & Dennis with Advantage Heating and Cooling came over to my house and did services on my AC unit. Both Jeff and Dennis did a good job cleaning, checking and service my AC Unit. I would recommend to anyone. It's the best services and people you can trust. I gave them 5 Stars!

Jeff is a great furnace person. We had problems during the cold weather and contacted him after hours. He was very responsive and assured us the furnace would be all right until morning. He was at our house around 7:00 a.m. the next day and repaired our furnace. We have always been able to depend on Jeff and Advantage Heating. They do a super job.

I got a central air unit installed with existing duct work. From booking to install, clean and straight forward. Trish in the office got me squared away with a finance option. Even though the monthly interest thru Optimus is 20%, there's no penalty for early pay off. The technicians (Clavin and Wyatt) were professional and quiet with the install. They did a stellar job. Left the jobsite with it looking cleaner than when they arrived. I got 5 estimates before acting on this one and am happy I chose advantage.

6 months later. Tried installing an Ecobee thermostat to the furnace and had wiring issues. Called on a Sunday and left a voice mail for Jeff. Jeff got back to me 30 minutes later talked to me on the phone for an hour and allowed me to send him photos. Troubleshooted the issue with technical advice over the phone free of charge!
