Comfort 360 came to our rescue twice. Our air conditioner stopped working during the early morning hours on a day that was supposed to be 100. We called Comfort 360 Aand our air conditioner was fixed that day. Rob the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. And then when the air conditioner went out a couple weeks later, again on one of the hottest days again we called Comfort Air. They came out found we needed a new motor. They had to order it but would be able to come back out the following day. And once again we had the air conditioning fixed. Comfort 360 will always be our first call.

Wonderful! They arrived on time, were very professional and fixed our furnace quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend!

Bradley was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a timely fashion. He was able to explain what he was doing and answered my follow up questions. He clean fireplace and the glass the best he could with the stain it had. The job was reasonable priced too. I would recommend them 100%.

Jason showed up on time, and just like the previous three techs from Comfort Air was great! He explained everything to me, offered me a service that was needed (surge protector for the entire house) the cost was reasonable and he even checked my attic fan, plugged it back in and set the thermostat! Three electrical items replaced, surge protector and attic fan back in service!

After much research the combination of a system from Trane and the folks at Comfort Air worked the best for us. From the estimate through installation the process was professional and well done. I first used comfort air on a commercial property that was built in 1989. Comfort air installed a new unit as well as adding a mini split for the upstairs office. Extremely pleased with the service.

Update: 10/19/25, install was completed on time and the A/C worked great: 54 degree air blowing when it was 85 degrees outside. Manager walk-thru determined the indoor sound level was too high and he said there was an easy fix (replace a grill) or a harder (much more expensive) fix. The easy fix didn’t move the dial, so they completed the more expensive fix at their expense (and didn’t ask me for a nickel). It’s now 34 decibels in the hallway which is half the sound level before the retrofit: we can barely hear it running in A/C mode from the two nearest rooms. It’s even quieter in furnace mode. I couldn’t be happier: they put my comfort ahead of their profit.

Austin is great. He recognized a too regular cleaning requirement for our dryer vent, determined the cause and recommended (and after our approval) installed the resolution. Now things work much better without needing as frequent of cleanings. I appreciate the initiative!

We have been with comfort air for 3 years and we love their services. They are very efficient and professional. We pay a monthly service fee and they take of every through the year and always they send a reminder text for being time to schedule the service. They give us a short window for arrival of the technician with the picture of the person. Any extra maintenance they recommend is an absolute need and they never try to sell you extra unnecessary products or repair! We have been so happy with them. We had actually a service today and Austen, the technician was very polite and professional.

Ricky and Carter did such an awesome job today. They split our ducting system downstairs and upstairs so we have two zones in our home. There are separate thermostats to control both zones downstairs and upstairs. We can feel the difference right away by having the two zones! They helped us download the App to our phone so we can control it wherever we have the internet while traveling. They cleaned everything up so nicely and registered our new thermostats. They walked us through using the new system and made us feel so comfortable to call and ask questions anytime should questions come up. We highly recommend Comfort Air and especially Ricky and Carter. Controlling the temperature on both levels of our home was a problem but Comfort Air has a great solution with excellent customer service. We appreciate your service!

Comfort 360 was easy to communicate with to arrange an diagnostic of an air quality issue in my home. Trevor came out within just a few days and recommended both short and long term solutions. He took the necessary time to check my system thoroughly and was very personable and professional.
