Sean was awesome! Took the time to show me what the problem was and explained my heating system to me. You can tell he loves his job!

Dean came out to look at my furnace. Wow this guy knows his stuff. He did a duct cleaning for me to remove all the dust, and also replaced my blower motor and air filters. Wow what a difference in the air quality in my house now!

Excellent communication and customer service. The technicians are on point. Dean worked with us and made the entire experience very easy. I definitely 100% recommend this company.

I don’t usually leave reviews or comments but I felt the need to go out of my way to leave a review from the HORRIBLE experience I had with the “owner” of this company.

I called this company on Saturday morning to schedule a maintenance service for a weekday.
After-hour receptionist answered the phone and relayed the message to a technician about a “maintenance service.” The receptionist said that someone from the company would be giving me a call in the afternoon.

A couple of hours passed and I received a call from a very rude and abrupt man.
The first thing he said was that they “only provide emergency services on weekends, so why are you calling on a weekend?” And that they “don’t service in the Beaverton area.”

First off, I called because the company website on google indicates that they’re open 24/7.
Secondly, I called to schedule maintenance for one of the weekdays, not for a weekend.

I apologized for calling on a weekend but he started to educate me on how doctors offices, dentists, and other services don’t work on weekends.
I told him that is not correct because many offices do open and provide services on weekends.

The point is that he was extremely rude when I only called to schedule a maintenance service and I confirmed (after what had happened) the call ticket mentioned “maintenance” so, if he was bothered about getting a non-emergency message on a weekend, I don’t understand why he couldn’t wait to call me on a weekday instead of calling me back and start educating me in a very rude demeanor.

After hanging up, I called to file a complaint about the rude and disrespectful customer service. Then, I got a call from the same person and he repeated the same thing in an even more abrupt manner and threatened me about calling law enforcement if I ever call that number again.

There’s more to the story but I will end it here for now.

Terrible customer service. First we were told they would call back next week to schedule an air conditioner repair, didn’t hear back. Call back ourselves after two weeks, schedule an appointment for two weeks out between 12-4. Get a phone call the day of at 4 that it will need to be rescheduled and they are now booked up a MONTH away. Use this company if you fancy wasting your time and getting no service whatsoever.

0 Stars, I called them to help with a thermostat installation (not for free), and the guy answered said "NO". Talk about customer service at it's best. Don't waste your time and money with this HVAC people, you will regret it.

Aire Serv arrived on time and cleaned out my dryer vent thoroughly and efficiently. My vent has a difficult set up to clean out, so I was impressed. I would definitely use them again.

We are fairly new to this area and we were concerned about finding a good HVAC company. I feel I hit the winning number in the lottery. They diagnosed some serious problems and fixed them. They installed the new furnace well and fixed problems previous installers had created. The technicians who serviced us were professional, friendly and informative.
We highly recommend this company.

Was recommended by a friend, but did not have the same great experience with the company. Lack of ability to follow through with scheduling and call backs has resulted in a low review.

After writing this review, the owner (Dean) contacted me regarding the review. After some back and forth, I asked Dean to please not contact me again. He persisted to harass me via text even after asking him to not contact me again. Just a heads up to anyone who decides to not use his services after making contact.

Dean and his crew have completed numerous jobs for me. Their workmanship and general positive attitude is awesome. They’re always on time, do a professional job and if there ever is a problem they resolve it properly.

We have been working with Aire Serv over the past two years. First for our AC and then more recently a furnace and hot water heater. They were wonderful in advising us on what we needed/when we needed it, and were always professional and respectful of our time. We priced around and read the reviews, and this was the company we went with for best price to performance with great service and I have no regrets! Very much recommend.

Aire Serv of Vancouver, WA did a phenomenal job with our new replacement AC unit. When I got ahold of Dean from Aire Serv, I was looking for other options in the Vancouver area, and didn't realize that they were now back up in running in Vancouver under new ownership. Their Lake Oswego location has a great reputation, and so was thankful to have that same great team working on our system here in Vancouver, WA. Dean is incredibly knowledgable about HVAC work, and has been in the business for a very long time. He was able to not only give me a bid for what I was asking for, but also advise me on what I truly only needed for right now, saving me a ton of $ and extra headaches. During the install, they were very helpful with asking about options of where I could run the new AC lines, etc., and went the extra mile with final fit and finish of several aspects of the project. They stayed until the job was completely done that day, and made sure that we were fully up and running and cool! (it was one of the near 90 degree days this May that they did the install). I highly recommend Dean and his Aire Serv team here in Vancouver, WA! We now have the cooled house we've been needing!

This company was amazing. I called them late in the evening because my sister who is recovering from cancer and going thru Chemo suddenly had her AC out due to a bad previous mechanic who ended up damaging her current unit requiring her to fully replace her AC. They showed up that night, diagnosed her problem, brought her temporary units until they could fully replace her unit and really worked with her to ensure she was comfortable until her new unit could be installed. I highly recommend this company, they are compassionate, responsive, and highly professional. I don’t know how she could have been comfortable thru her chemo without this very compassionate and caring company! Thank you so much for taking care of my sister!!

These guys were awesome and very helpful in making a decision to repair or replace. Dean was so informative and spent a lot of time explaining options. Never felt more informed and never pressed.
Unfortunately I don’t recall the installers name, but he too was so experienced and did a fantastic job.
They were on time, communication from the office pre and post installation was awesome!
A very professional group and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Oh, the new system is quick, quiet and comfy.

After having our furnace go out during cold weather, we tried to get service from several sources. They couldn’t fit us into their schedule. Anytime soon. We were referred to Air Serb who recognized the emergency nature and scheduled us for the next day. The tech Justin aka Earl was punctual, professional and went the extra mile to install a new furnace. We are now relaxing in a warm home. They even were willing to come out after hours to go over The operation and features with us. Highly recommended and will use their services again.

Wow! I cannot speak highly enough of Aire Serv! Our furnace when out just after Thanksgiving. With a pending ice storm in the future the team when above and beyond to work on a solution that not only best fit our family, but was installed expertly and timely. Jacob and Austin were at our home for 12+ hours making sure we had heat before the temps dropped 17 degrees. We had to change plans on routing, they were on the roof, in the attic, they were super heros. When it initially went out Dean was here the next day working through what happened and making sure we got the best bang for our buck. I could not recommend them more! Thank you to all at Aire Serve

Aire Serv was awesome! From coordinating scheduling, estimates, and actual installation. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. When I put another system in my other house I will use aire serve!

We came home from being out of town to find a 85 degree home and a non-functioning AC unit. I made several calls in desperation to get some help. Dean from Airserv got back to quickly and was even able to come out within the following 2 hours on Sunday evening. Dean bent over backwards for us. He was extremely explanatory and kind. Dean diagnosed the problem but did not have all of the parts. Dean gave us all the information we needed to get the problem resolved.
Dean continued the great customer even after the call had ended. I will definitely call again and will even schedule maintenance with them. Thanks again!

I was out of town this weekend and when I got back my AC wasn't working and we were having 90 degree weather. I called first thing Tuesday morning not expecting to get any one out same day, the receptionist was really helpful on the phone and they were able to send someone out that evening. Jacob the tech that came out was very thorough, and explained everything to me and was able to get me set up for a new unit early next week. I was also so thankful that he left to get a portable AC unit and helped get it set up in my room so myself and my dogs could be comfortable until the new unit is installed. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company to anyone needing heating or cooling assistance!

My Central Air Conditioning was not working properly so I called Dean at AireServ since they did a great job for me last winter replacing my Lennox Gas Furnace. My 28 year old AC unit is wore out so I had Dean replace it with a Lennox Air Conditioner. Dean even offered me a temporary AC unit until he could get the new one. Dean had an arm injury bandaged up but wanted to get my new AC system installed & up & running before going to get stitches at the hospital emergency. It has been in the 90’s & 100’s & Dean wanted to take care of his customers. Thank you Dean for your GREAT Customer Service!!!

My Furnace went out in 32 degree weather & I called Dean as he had done work on it previously. Now my 27 year old Furnace needed to be replaced as it wasn’t repairable. Dean provided the information on a Lennox high efficiency Furnace & arranged for Jacob (Sr Tech/Ops Sup) along with Installers Humberto & Austin to get the New Lennox Furnace installed right away & the Central AC unit that is next to the Furnace! The AireServ Heating & Air Conditioning Company “Team” was wonderful to work with so Professional, Respectful, Efficient, Knowledgeable, & Caring they even provided Space Heaters to keep me warm during the install!

We are so grateful to have Dan to replace our air-conditioning unit and furnace. He explained our choices and was extremely knowledgeable. He works very hard and gets the job done right. Highly recommend Aire Serv. with Dan and the office staff helping us, we were very well taken care of. Very skilled professionals.
