They did a great job removed and capped off the gas line from an old heating unit and had it done quick painless

We had Sure Tech heating & cooling come to our home cleaned our furnace system installed the new Halo LED air purification system and couldn't be happier. Our technician SHANE is very fast, knowledge and a pleasure to talk with.He explained everything well to us and we will definitely be using them in the future as our heating and cooling company.

Love my new mini-split, and SureTech! It is so refreshing to find a company that does what they say when they say they'll do it. During my initial appointment, Justin took the time to explain what size mini-split would work for me and just what to expect. Installation was just a few days later, and Shane and Ty were in and out in no time flat. I had considered a do-it-myself unit. But after seeing the care that Shane and Ty took, and how they mounted the exterior unit, I'm glad I left it to my professionals.

This is the first time in 69 years that I've had a heat pump and air conditioning, and loving it! Thank you SureTech!!

Absolutely do not recommend this company. Take a day off work for an estimate, and they don’t show up. No call, no email, nothing. The entire mini split system is not working, and no other source of heat. Very unprofessional company.

Called this company to come to our house for a quote on our mini splits for Friday the 13th at 3 PM no one showed up, called The company to see what happened and they said someone would call us back same day and that was two days ago. I don’t think they will call us back. Bad communication.

Justin came out to give us a bid on a new system. He looked at our furnace and asked why we were replacing it. I explained that another company did our yearly maintenance the week before and told us our system suddenly needed $4000 in repairs and should just be replaced. The system is working fine and we have had no issues with it so it took us by surprise that suddenly it needed to be replaced. Justin actually went through the system and gave us a second opinion. Replaced one part that did need to be fixed and his price was a third of the other company's price for that part. We have found our new go-to company for HVAC. Thank you Justin!!

Suretech came through again for me! This time, my furnace stopped working. I contacted them Sunday night and they were there Monday morning! Again, they were able to get the job done quick, and my heat was running again in a little over an hour! Thank you Justin for taking the time to call my landlord and share with him the options to repair. I appreciate you!

This is the second time I have had Sure Tech heating & cooling come to my home to fill a large soffit full of Insulation for my vent pipes from the furnace. SHANE Was the technician that did a fantastic job of Insulating that soffit area. Wasn't easy or fun I'm sure, but he got it done with a smile. He's always a pleasure to be around. Took a picture of the area before I enclosed it with cardboard until I get sheet rock put on.

SureTech is Awesome! I was in a real bad way on a cooker of a day. They responded quickly to my call for help. They diagnosed the AC problem and had my system back in order in under an hour, all while being friendly and flexible. Thanks guys, great job!

My combo unit fan wouldn’t shut off and I have a really old unit. I was told to call SureTech by a friend and I’m so happy I did. Shane made it out the same day and made a plan to fix my unit so it was safe to use. He came back the next day to fix it. I’m a customer for life and will recommend them to everyone.

I am so pleased with the pool heat pump they installed. Started at 51 degrees and in 4 days was up to 76 degrees, very reliable, stands by there workmanship, prompt communication and very friendly workers, I recommend them to anyone who needs their service, Shane and Ty and Justin were so professional, cleaned up after themselves, and made a great impression 100%
