Excellent service. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone, and were able to pencil me in the following day for a diagnostic.
Then we’re able to get someone out to fix the problem 2 short days after that.
Will absolutely go with Williams heating and cooling for any and all hvac needs I may come across.

Mason arrived right on time and fixed the issue very quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable and worked fast. He explained the issue and how it was fixed. It was a great experience having him fix the issue with our HVAC.

Never let Mason leave your company. He is the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with before. He was knowledgeable, kind, hardworking, transparent and very respectful of our environment. Thank you for all of your hard work Mason.

Williams heating and cooling will now be my go-to HVAC company! Their tech, Mason, was so professional and got the job done right. When so many other companies didn't realize the issue with my heating system, Mason was the first person I had out to my house to actually figure out the problem, and offer a reasonably-priced solution. My house has never been so toasty! It doesn't hurt that Mason was so handsome either ;) I will DEFINITELY be calling him again!

Williams heating is amazing. They installed a new system in my home quickly and professionally. They also provide excellent maintenance service. They are always on time, friendly, and efficient. They know what they are doing and they do it well. I am very satisfied with their work and their prices. They are the best HVAC company around. Five stars!

Edit: This business seems to have taken our money and disappeared completely. I'll leave my previous review in place so as to give them proper credit for the good work they've done, but from what I can tell, they've all disappeared off the face of the planet.

We keep getting notifications for our upcoming maintenance appointments, but then no one shows up. Calling them goes straight to a recording saying their mailbox is full. Contacting them on Facebook messenger shows that someone reads the message, but no one calls back or acknowledges our existence.

Something is going on over there.

Avoid them - they'll take your money and disappear. They're not accredited with the better business bureau, but the BBB is about to get a complaint anyways.

Right in the middle of one of the worst heatwaves we've had here in Vancouver, WA in a long time, my compressor went out. Not only did these guys come out the same day for a diagnosis, they worked their butts off to install a new compressor and heat exchanger for me. All in one day. During a heat wave. Not an easy task at all.

I can't express how much I appreciated their hard work and bedside manner. It felt like having friends over for a day. :-)

I had a very positive experience with Mason and Derek. My furnace started failing and they were very honest on what our best options were and not just recommend the most expensive option. They fixed everything very quickly and my new furnace works great. It was a pleasure working with them!

The experience was great and I was so appreciative that they were able to fit me in. Mason was a great tech who explained everything and fixed the AC unit right away. He also went up and beyond and checked the vents and filters to make sure everything was working properly. I would and will recommend Williams Heating and Cooling.

From the first call Becky has excellent customer service to start. Mason is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. Showing me every step with video and pictures. Fixed my issue with great professionalism. The only heating and cooling company I will use!! Hands down the best!!!

My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. WH&C was able to get me scheduled and have it repaired within 24 hours. The communication was fantastic. Becky, in the office, was great communicating with me to get me scheduled. They sent a reminder email in advance of my appointment, and my tech Mason T called in advance to let me know he was on the way. Mason walked me through what the issue was, made the repair needed, and also gave a few tips and pointed out a few items on my AC unit to be aware of.

WH&C really took a lot of the stress out of a stressful situation. And the cost of the repair seems really reasonable.

Mason Is amazing! Becky also was very accommodating they scheduled us same day when Area and Tri-tech scheduled us for the next week!!!! Temperatures in the heat wave cant wait .. so thankful for them!!! Mason was very knowledgeable and tested everything sealed the tubes and replaced our filter! I had a great experience with Williams heating and cooling company. First of all, I would like to say that scheduling here was easy and painless. All the staff members on the phone were very helpful and were able to give me quotes on their services. I was able to schedule a service right away when my heating system recently quit working.

Mason and his cowork (Derek) came out to do the maintenance on my heat pump. They helped answer all of my questions about the heating system as well as recommending which parts to replace. For instance, there was an issue with my thermostat which was wired incorrectly to turn on the heater and the emergency heater at the same time which was causing a lot of power draw on my electricity. This caused my electric bill to sky rocket during the early winter season. They recommended to replace the thermostat so that they can correctly redo the wiring so that the heat pump would run correctly. Mason and Derek were efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends that live in the area.

Great service and support from owner Chris diagnosing the problem and working with my homeowner's insurance plan in getting my repair covered. Mason did the work professionally and quickly and got our system back up and running in minutes. He explained the problem with their solution and the hose started cooling off immediately. Can't thank the team at Williams enough for their help.

Our technicians Mason and Nick did a wonderful job doing a full assessment on our gas furnace and AC unit. They were respectful and extremely thorough in their work. We plan on contacting them again to install a mini split into the older home we are purchasing. Highly recommend using this company.

Mason, their installer, came today to remove an old microwave/hood vent and install a new vent to a different location after our new cabinets were installed. Mason was very friendly and helpful. He answered many of my questions and the installation went great. The outside sidings will need to be fixed but the contractors will be coming next week to fix that so he added insulation and sealed the outside cutout of the old vent to prevent any moister and cold from getting in since we're going to have heavy rain this weekend. Overall he did a great job and I would recommend his services in the future.

Today we had Mason T come down and work on our single room mini split system. Mason did an excellent job telling us what he was doing to do, and found us our best financial options to fix our problem. He did a full clean and refurb of our unit, and it works wonderfully. Mason was professional and very kind, and Williams Heating and Cooling got us helped out in 24 hours from my call.

I fully recommend this company, and definitely appreciate Mason specifically. We will be calling again for our next big project.

Update: 9/4/24
Just had our first annual PM and we continue to be impressed with Williams. Our technician, Mason, was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond making sure both the outdoor and indoor units were looking good. Scheduling was quick and efficient, and Mason even gave me a call when he was heading our way to let me know his exact arrival time. We look forward to continuing to work with Williams for the lifetime of our system!

We have been immensely impressed with the customer service at Williams. Chris was so quick to respond to my questions, and was willing to provide me with several configuration quotes while we were deciding on the best Heat Pump/Mini-Split for our home. His installation team was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend his services, and look forward to working with him again in the future.

My heat went out and these guys were out that day to get the furnace working again. Friendly and informative tech who walked me through and showed me the issues. Would highly recommend.
