I inquired about much needed hvac service for my home and these people never got back to me. I guess I’ll give my money and business to a company that cares.

My furnace stopped working so I Googled through pages of contractors. Something about their listing must've caught my eye because I went to their website. I LOVED the instant online scheduling feature and found a time slot for early the next day. Vitalie showed up precisely on time, diagnosed the problem, and I'm up and running in my warm cozy house.

Lowest bid, best survey of existing equipment; Oleg was clear and comprehensive about what needed to be done. Good work quickly done. Central Heating & Air will be our go-to firm for maintenance.

Late last week, we found that our gas furnace wasn't working. We called Central Heating & Air, and they arrived the next morning to diagnose the problem. We have a Home Protection plan, and Vitaly was on the phone with them for about 30 minutes and explained the extent of our problem. We ultimately decided to replace (and improve the efficiency of) the furnace, and Vitaly's phone call locked in a substantial reimbursement from the Home Protection plan.

On Monday morning, a team of three from Central Heating & Air arrived, removed the old furnace, and installed the new one. In particular, they did a great job on the transition from the furnace to the ductwork. The new furnace was up and running by the afternoon.

Throughout the process, Central Heating & Air communicated clearly, kept to the schedule, and worked neatly and efficiently.

Vitaliy has worked on our heating and air conditioner units for many years. Not only is he a wonderful human being, he is also very honest and full of integrity. I have hired many HVAC companies in the past. Many have tried to upsell services and products I did not need. Vitaliy does only the work needed. It is so wonderful to know some with such great honesty and integrity.

We used Central Heating and Air to install a multi-head minisplit system in our shop. Oleg was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on a properly sized system that would meet our heating and cooling needs. Other companies that we received estimates from recommended undersized systems that would have not performed properly. Central did the job for a very reasonable price and the quality of the installation was very good. We obtained three competitive bids to replace our Bryant heat pump and air handler that was finally failing after 23 years of reliable service. I was set on another Thumbtack pro until I received a free estimate and bid from Oleg, one of the Central Heating and Air owners. I then thoroughly research any project of significant expense to compare apples, oranges and kumquats. Central’s bid was the best value for an upgraded Bryant system. Bryant is a rebrand of Carrier, one of the oldest and most reliable firms in the business that manufactures in the U.S., Mexico and China. The other most competitive bid was for a system manufactured solely in China. I wanted to make sure that if we ever have another trade war, we would be assured of parts availability since Bryant and Central also offered the best parts and labor warranty. We also chose an air scrubber to help us cope with those weeks when the air is smokey from forest fires — and to minimize exposure to germs and mold. After having our system installed, I cooked without using our portable air filters and the system itself prevented the spreading of cooking odors. Impressive! The removal and installation was done by the two company owners, Oleg and Vitaly with Mark, one of their employees. These are very smart, experienced HVAC pros. The project was done in one day with thorough cleanup, explanation of the new thermostat and prompt follow up of any questions. We couldn’t be happier than we are at choosing Central Heating and Air.
