OMG!! These guys are amazing.. our AC stopped working during the last heat wave we had and was told by 5 companies that we needed a whole new system.. that we had leak and blah blah.. but the cost is astronomical.. so we kept looking. FOUND WILLIAMS HEATING AND COOLING, AND I THANK GOD,.. he inspected and tested everything and I mean everything!! No other company did this that came. And he said we dont need a new system.. that our fan motor is bad. And couple wires were melted.. he fixed the wires but trusted we cld replace fan motor which we can so it keeps our cost to absolute minimum.. if you want an honest to God inspection and a true true diagnosis and at very minimal cost ,, these guys are who you call... very professional, courteous, personable, and Honest.. I can't say enough about how much I wld recommend Heating and Cooling.. Thank you guys ypu saved us thousands and I mean thousands of dollars..

Had a furnace service done. Mason was on time and very courteous. Very attentive to a noise it has but was just a loose door mount. Now it's ready for the winter. Thank you.

Really appreciated Mason Tibetts for his punctuality, and friendliness of service in changing our condenser fan motor and capacitor. Repairs were costly but seemed mostly in line with quotes from other local companies and they were available far sooner than others in the area.

Coils were freezing over on the inside unit of my split mini. They managed to squeeze me in the next day!! I called at 4pm!! Very professional. They looked over everything! I definitely recommend and I will always use this business in the future!

Woke up on Saturday (12/9/23) with no heat. Noticed the thermostat was going on and off. Changed batteries, messed with it a bit and decided to get help. Had a hard time finding a place open on the weekend but Williams was. Mason came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and thoroughly checked the entire system. Was completely professional and would recommend to everyone.

My AC unit went out and Williams heating and cooling was able to come out same day and get it up and running again! His price point was affordable and he was very professional and really nice! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

My air conditioner went out at my house during heat wave, I called around and all company’s were at least 2 weeks out, 1 appointment didn’t show up after a 2 week prior appointment. I called Williams heating and cooling and talked to Chris, he got me an appt within 2 days only because the next day was the 4th of July. He sent a tech out named Thomas, this gentleman not only was very professional he explained everything he was doing to me, My ac went out again due to a wire ing issue on my part,, I called chris again at 8pm and he not only answered, he assured me not to worry they will fix it. he sent a tech (thomas) out that next morning at 8am, not only was Thomas on time he stayed for 3 hrs and went under my crawl space and fixed my wires at no charge. this gentleman was not only dedicated to my system until it was totally fixed, but didn’t even charge me again. I’m a 56 year old and dealt with business my whole life and was very fortunate to have Thomas come over again. My unit is running again and Thomas and chris (the owner) went way far and beyond to repair my unit. I’m a very pleased customer. I can’t say enough about how well they treated and took care of me.
This is the company you need to call as customer service and employee services were outstanding. 5 stars is not enough, I give 10.

Mason Tibbets the technician/installer was amazing. So friendly and professional and did a wonderful job installing a new furnace and HVAC system. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I was not happy with your last visit on my AC maintenance. The visit lasted about 10 - 15 minutes and basically nothing was done. The technician seemed unconcerned when I mentioned that most other technicians from different companies had spent up to an hour cleaning and checking my AC. I hope I never have to use Williams again. I would never recommend Williams based on my experience with that technician.

Called late on a Monday afternoon after other local HVAC places were closed and had a technician out in less than an hour! Mason was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. After the service, he took the time to answer all of my questions. Thanks and I'll be calling the next time I have an HVAC need.

Chris is amazing, extremely responsive and helpful when we called with our HVAC issue. His technician Thomas came out on a Sunday and in a very short time had our issue diagnosed and resolved! Came home from out of town late last nigh to below freezing temps and a fairly new furnace that was non/functional. Tried for a couple hours to troubleshoot problem with builder. Had left a message with WH & C. They called back and was able to come out…on a Sunday!!
With 45 seconds of entering mechanical room Chris and Mason saw problem. They investigated to confirm and then FIXED! So courteous, professional, and proficient. Whatever membership plan they have I will be joining. Scratch this worry off my list of all the things in the world to worry about.

They installed a mini split heat pump system in my basement at the end of May. They were friendly and professional. I was impressed with their attention to detail. These guys were recommended to me by my realtor and I am so glad I called them. (They actually identified and fixed a problem with my system for the upstairs in the fall and were so good I called on them to do the install.) The system install looks clean. Everything is working beautifully. And it was even pleasant having them around during the install. They were very nice guys.

Williams heating and cooling came out same day to fix my AC unit I was so happy cause I thought it would take longer! He was very professional and his price point was more affordable than others! I highly recommend this business! He was also very nice.

We highly recommend WHC!! Our journey started with our furnace making noises and ended up having to replace the entire system. Over the course of doing this, we did our homework and got 3 bids. Out of everyone we met with WHC was the easiest to work with, had the best price, best equipment, and amazing financing options. They were a CLEAR winner! While we certainly didn’t want to replace the system it was 21 years old and limping along. We feel so taken care of and happy to have an awesome system. The work was completed on time and under bid. This was a SUPER positive experience!! Highly recommend!
