We had our heater break on a weekend and we called, Shelly picked up the phone and they got us booked. Michael came out and he was very respectful and asked where our heater was located. We showed him the indoor and outdoor unit, he inspected it all and came to us with a conclusion. What failed he had on the van and he presented us multiple options since our unit is old. Since it was repairable, he recommended that we just get it running and plan for a replacement in the future. We greatly appreciate the fast efficient service that was provided to us from subzero temp control.

Just want to our heat went out late at night and we freaked out because it is the coldest it’s ever been this year, we reached out and we had Michael pick up the phone and said they can squeeze us in early in the morning in Vancouver, Washington. The technician that came out, Jason was very sweet and very professional and respectful, they had all the parts in the van and got it repaired. We are very thankful for their service.

So glad I called this company for a second opinion, the first company I called misdiagnosed the problem and our furnace was out for 2 days during the cold time of year. Oh, whatever you want, bro we had subzero come out to our house when our heat stopped working, Michael was very proficient and dialed with our system, he taught us so much about our system that we had no idea about, he was on top of the repair and had all the parts on his van. Our heat pump has been having issues all year and this winter all are Freon leaked out and our heat strips shorted, we had Russ with subzero temp control come out and diagnose our system. He let us know what was going on and showed us exactly where all the leaks were and the electrical issues. We appreciate the transparency and the honesty. Living out in Richfield we never could find someone honest. We went through all the options and chose a high efficiency heat pump, and it was installed the next day. We had duct work changes made to make our house less noisy and more efficient, our kids always struggled in their bedrooms, and now we have perfect airflow. We appreciate the fast turnaround and the honest transparency.

New furnace installed, we had a low efficiency old furnace and we chose a two stage variable speed, gas furnace. They paired it with a heat pump system so we are even more efficient and have multiple options for the future. We got a rebate from Clark public utilities that subzero temp control helped us with. Russ and Jacob were very great with the support. Best company we’ve ever experienced in the Camas location.

we had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed by subzero temp control in our home in Vancouver, our system was 19 years old and it has been having issues every two months. We had Michael come out to our location and diagnosed the system, when we got options for our new system, they went through all the ductwork and did a 3-D print of all our rooms, we found out that our airflow was poured in the home and that could have caused our system to have issues through its entire life. We were impressed with the engineering that the technicians had, the installers also were very smart.

We got our water heater replaced and saw a drastic difference in our monthly bills! We are very satisfied!
