Cole was great! Reassured me that all the voltages in the 24 and 240 parts of the system was working. Definitely threw a wired one at him and the conclusions is what I kinda of figured with my years of experience in the field. But I’d love to have him come back as he is he was super respectful and well communicative.

These guys were great. I got a same-day appointment and that was for maintenance Not repair. They were super pleasant to deal with and have written up a repair order as there is an issue with my heater. Then I can use that to go to my home warranty company.

Colt and Julian were very professional and considerate. They worked quickly and completed it all in a timely manner.
The communication from the company was not as great. I had to call multiple time to get answers and information about parts. I wish the company was more proactive with updating on plans since it is winter and I went without heat for multiple weeks waiting to hear about a plan.

Kova staff person Julian helped me understand which heating and cooling equipment should best suit my needs. After other Kova staff installed the equipment Julian adjusted and modified it to work according to my expectations. Julian is knowledgeable, attentive to detail and pleasant to work with. He patiently continued working until the job was completed. Highest recommendations.

Julian and his assistant did a wonderful job in cleaning my Lennox furnace's blower assembly. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. Their rate and understanding of the job was the best of the 5 or 6 companies I contacted, with no hidden surprises. KOVA is going into my address book for all future heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough words to express how much I truly appreciate this business and specifically Russ. Having purchased an older home, our HVAC unit was never upgraded. We bought the place and it supposedly had a good bill of health. Imagine our surprise when it started to fail. The timing was less than ideal (economy challenges, middle of a summer heat wave) but these guys kept their cool!

Russ got us in for an appointment within 3 days, took 30 minutes to assess our issue, and had us fixed up within an hour. His positive attitude, empathy and willingness to think outside the box has won this company customers for LIFE!

Russ was very good at explaining things but first he introduced himself in a very courteous manner, after the tune up in my furnace i asked him if they do A/C tune up he replied yes so he advise me to call early spring so i definitely will call them again.
